Compared with the prior art, the nutritional food suitable for the diabetics has the following advantages:

The balsam pear contains a substance with contraceptive effect, and the alpha-charantin and the beta-charantin can cause abortion or teratogenesis in early and middle stages of pregnant mice.
Furthermore, puerarin in the kudzu root powder has the function of expanding coronary arteries and cerebral arteries, can reduce blood pressure and can obviously increase the blood supply of ischemic tissues; the kudzu root powder contains more than 10 amino acids and more than 10 trace elements required by human body; has certain cancer preventing and resisting effects.
Furthermore, lily is a traditional and rare food in China, is a first plant which can be used as both medicine and food and is recognized by Ministry of health, is praised as vegetable ginseng, and has the health-care effects of nourishing yin, moistening lung, clearing heart fire, calming nerves and the like. The Bulbus Lilii powder is dried fleshy bulb starch of Bulbus Lilii, and is extracted from wild or artificially cultured Bulbus Lilii bulb, and the underground bulb contains starch more than 70%; the health-care product has extremely high nutritional value, is rich in vitamin B1, B2, C and other components, and also contains amino acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron, lily glycoside A, lily glycoside B, colchicine and the like, and the components are comprehensively acted on a human body, so that the health-care product not only has good nutritional and nourishing effects, but also has the auxiliary effects of moistening lung to arrest cough, promoting wound healing, calming the heart to calm the nerves, tranquilizing and hypnotizing, preventing gout, protecting gastric mucosa and enhancing immunity.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing a nutritional food suitable for diabetic patients, comprising the following steps:
step S1, adding water into mulberry leaves, cyclocarya paliurus leaves, bitter gourds, sealwort, kudzu roots, cassia seeds, lilies and reed rhizome according to the proportion of 1: 8-1: 15 respectively, heating to slightly boil, keeping slightly boiling for 2-3 hours, filtering, concentrating the filtrate until the density is 1.06-1.12, taking the concentrated solution to measure the content of solid matters, adding maltodextrin according to the proportion of medicinal materials to complement the weight, uniformly stirring, and spray drying after the maltodextrin is completely dissolved;
and step S2, uniformly mixing the product obtained in the step S1 with skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, oil-added desalted whey powder, oat fiber, wheat oligopeptide, fish oil powder, compound mineral substances and compound vitamins in proportion, detecting and removing foreign matters, and filling into a package.
Wherein, the solid content of the concentrated solution can be as follows: 12-18% of mulberry leaf concentrated solution, 7-12% of cyclocarya paliurus leaf concentrated solution, 7-12% of bitter gourd concentrated solution, 15-19% of rhizoma polygonati concentrated solution, 10-20% of radix puerariae concentrated solution, 5-15% of semen cassiae concentrated solution, 15-20% of lily concentrated solution and 5-10% of rhizoma phragmitis concentrated solution.
Specifically, the nutritional food may comprise: 150-400 parts of skim milk powder, 100-330 parts of full cream milk powder, 80-440 parts of oil-added desalted whey powder, 60-180 parts of maltodextrin, 8-80 parts of oat fiber, 7-66 parts of wheat oligopeptide, 5-62 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 4-55 parts of cyclocarya paliurus leaf powder, 4-50 parts of bitter gourd powder, 5-30 parts of rhizoma polygonati powder, 1-15 parts of fish oil powder, 1-12 parts of radix puerariae powder, 1-12 parts of semen cassiae powder, 1-12 parts of lily powder, 1-12 parts of reed rhizome powder, 2-25 parts of compound mineral substances and 2-5 parts of compound vitamins.
Further, the detecting and removing the foreign objects may specifically include: respectively detecting and removing iron with the grain diameter not less than 0.7mm, nonferrous metal with the grain diameter not less than 1.0mm and stainless steel foreign matters with the grain diameter not less than 1.5 mm.
Further, the pouring package may specifically include: after the can is sealed, the vacuum pressure is detected to be between 7KPa and 15KPa, and the residual oxygen content is not more than 3 percent.
Three groups of specific formulas of the nutritional food suitable for the diabetics are described below, and the ratios of the nutritional ingredients in the formulas are analyzed:

A nutritional food suitable for diabetics is characterized by comprising the following components: 150-400 parts of skim milk powder, 100-330 parts of full cream milk powder, 80-440 parts of oil-added desalted whey powder, 60-180 parts of maltodextrin, 8-80 parts of oat fiber, 7-66 parts of wheat oligopeptide, 5-62 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 4-55 parts of cyclocarya paliurus leaf powder, 4-50 parts of bitter gourd powder, 5-30 parts of rhizoma polygonati powder, 1-15 parts of fish oil powder, 1-12 parts of radix puerariae powder, 1-12 parts of semen cassiae powder, 1-12 parts of lily powder, 1-12 parts of reed rhizome powder, 2-25 parts of compound mineral substances and 2-5 parts of compound vitamins.
2. The nutritious food suitable for diabetics to eat according to claim 1, wherein the compound mineral comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 11.828% of ferrous sulfate, 3.047% of zinc sulfate, 0.427% of copper sulfate, 0.057% of manganese sulfate, 0.012% of sodium selenite and 84.629% of lactose.

The nutritious food suitable for diabetics according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mulberry leaf powder, the cyclocarya paliurus leaf powder, the balsam pear powder, the rhizoma polygonati powder, the radix puerariae powder, the semen cassiae powder, the lily powder and the rhizoma phragmitis powder are all extract powders in the same proportion, and the extract is smaller than 80 meshes.
5. A preparation method of a nutritional food suitable for diabetics is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adding water into mulberry leaves, cyclocarya paliurus leaves, bitter gourds, sealwort, kudzuvine roots, cassia seeds, lily and reed rhizome according to the proportion of 1: 8-1: 15 respectively, heating to slightly boil, keeping slightly boiling for 2-3 hours, filtering, concentrating the filtrate until the density is 1.06-1.12, taking the concentrated solution to measure the content of solid matters, adding maltodextrin according to the proportion of medicinal materials to complement the weight, uniformly stirring, and spray-drying after the maltodextrin is completely dissolved;
and (3) uniformly mixing the product obtained in the step with skimmed milk powder, full-cream milk powder, oil-added desalted whey powder, oat fiber, wheat oligopeptide, fish oil powder, compound mineral substances and compound vitamins in proportion, detecting and removing foreign matters, and filling into a package.

The method for preparing a nutritional food suitable for diabetics according to claim 5, wherein the solid content of the concentrate is as follows: 12-18% of mulberry leaf concentrated solution, 7-12% of cyclocarya paliurus leaf concentrated solution, 7-12% of bitter gourd concentrated solution, 15-19% of rhizoma polygonati concentrated solution, 10-20% of radix puerariae concentrated solution, 5-15% of semen cassiae concentrated solution, 15-20% of lily concentrated solution and 5-10% of rhizoma phragmitis concentrated solution.

The method of preparing a nutritional food suitable for consumption by a diabetic patient according to claim 5 or 6 wherein the nutritional food comprises the following components: 150-400 parts of skim milk powder, 100-330 parts of full cream milk powder, 80-440 parts of oil-added desalted whey powder, 60-180 parts of maltodextrin, 8-80 parts of oat fiber, 7-66 parts of wheat oligopeptide, 5-62 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 4-55 parts of cyclocarya paliurus leaf powder, 4-50 parts of bitter gourd powder, 5-30 parts of rhizoma polygonati powder, 1-15 parts of fish oil powder, 1-12 parts of radix puerariae powder, 1-12 parts of semen cassiae powder, 1-12 parts of lily powder, 1-12 parts of reed rhizome powder, 2-25 parts of compound mineral substances and 2-5 parts of compound vitamins.

The method for preparing a nutritious food suitable for diabetics as claimed in claim 7, wherein the detecting and removing of the foreign matter specifically comprises: respectively detecting and removing iron with the grain diameter not less than 0.7mm, nonferrous metal with the grain diameter not less than 1.0mm and stainless steel foreign matters with the grain diameter not less than 1.5 mm.
9. The method for preparing a nutritional food suitable for diabetic patients according to claim 8, wherein the filling package specifically comprises: after the can is sealed, the vacuum pressure is detected to be between 7KPa and 15KPa, and the residual oxygen content is not more than 3 percent.
