Claims (8)
1.一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
罗汉果2-3份、百合1-2份、陈皮5-6份、枇杷3-4份、梨3-4份、竹笋1-2份、白萝卜2-3份、杏仁1-2份、薄荷1-2份、荸荠1-2份、银耳1-2份、山药1-2份、黄芪1-2份、金银花4-5份、连翘1-2份、黄芩1-2份、甘草1-2份和桔梗1-2份和辅料4-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品,其特征在于:所述辅料包括冰糖和蜂蜜,其重量份为冰糖4-5份、蜂蜜4-5份。
3.一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,清洗原料,通过取罗汉果3份、百合2份、陈皮6份、枇杷4份、梨4份、竹笋2份、白萝卜3份、杏仁2份、薄荷2份、荸荠2份、银耳2份、山药2份、黄芪2份、金银花5份、连翘2份、黄芩2份、甘草2份和桔梗2份进行清洗,保证原料的干净,清洁;
步骤S2,原料晒干,通过将清洗的原料平铺在外侧,通过太阳进行自然晒干;
步骤S3,辅料制备,通过取辅料冰糖5份和蜂蜜5,通过粉碎装置将冰糖粉碎,再通过搅拌设备将粉碎后的冰糖和蜂蜜进行搅拌混合;
步骤S4,加入辅料,通过将已经晒干的原料放置进步骤S3中的冰糖与蜂蜜的混合液中,再次通过搅拌设备使原料的外侧均粘上冰糖与蜂蜜的混合液;
步骤S5,烘干,通过将步骤S3中的原料放在托盘上,通过烘干设备对原料进行烘干,使原料表面的冰糖与蜂蜜的混合液凝结;
步骤S6,巴氏杀菌,通过将巴氏杀菌设备对原料进行杀菌;
步骤S7,打包,通过打包设备对已经杀菌完成的原料进行分装、打包。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中对原料进行清洗的时候需要对枇杷和梨进行去核去皮处理。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中对原料进行清洗后,需要对原料进行裁切处理。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中对原料进行自然晒干的时候,通过将原料平铺在晾晒板上进行晾晒,直至晾晒到原料含水量低于30%。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中需要对冰糖粉碎至120目。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有止咳化痰功能的保健品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S7中对原料进行打包的时候在包装中加入干燥剂包。
