Description

Artificial feed for feeding broadband eudipleus aphis, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of artificial large-scale breeding of natural enemy insects, in particular to an artificial feed for breeding broadband eudipivorous aphids.
Background
Predatory natural enemy insects are widely applied to biological control of agricultural and forestry pests, and play a great role in guaranteeing the safety of the yield and quality of agricultural and forestry products and protecting the environment from being polluted by pesticides.
The broad-band euivora piricola can control aphids on various agricultural and forestry crops, and is a good predatory natural enemy insect.
The current broadband aphid artificial breeding method mainly adopts aphids for feeding, but the aphid breeding is labor-consuming and time-consuming, the labor cost is high, and the temperature and humidity regulation difficulty is high and the aphids are easy to parasitize in the large-scale breeding process.
Compared with aphid feeding, the artificial feed feeding technology is simple, the feeding cost is low, the large-scale feeding can be realized in any region and laboratory, the pupation rate can reach 72%, and the pupation eclosion rate can reach 94.4%.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems, the invention provides the artificial feed which is more suitable for manually feeding the broadband eudipivorous aphids in a large scale and the method for feeding the broadband eudipivorous aphids by using the artificial feed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an artificial feed for feeding broadband euivora piricola comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 of bee pupa; agar 0.5-1 min; 4-6 parts of beer yeast, 4-6 parts of sucrose and 55-65 parts of water.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of bee pupa powder, 0.5 part of agar, 5 parts of beer yeast, 4.5 parts of sucrose and 60 parts of water.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme: the bee pupa powder and the beer yeast provide nutrient substances required by development for the broadband predatory aphids, the sucrose provides energy for the broadband predatory aphids and stimulates the broadband predatory aphids to feed, the agar and the water ensure that the artificial feed is semi-solid, and the broadband predatory aphids can conveniently feed.
The preparation method of the artificial feed for feeding the broadband preferred aphids comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the required bee pupa powder, agar, beer yeast, sucrose and water according to the weight parts;
(2) Mixing pupa Apis powder, cerevisiae Fermentum and sucrose into 25-30deg.C water at half volume to obtain solution A; dissolving agar in the other half of boiling water to obtain solution B;
(3) After the solution B cooled to 60 ℃, the A, B solution was mixed and left to stand until the artificial feed became semi-solid.
The invention also discloses a method for feeding the broadband preferred aphids by using the artificial feed as a food source.
Preferably, the artificial feed is used as a food source for feeding the 3-year-old broadband euivora.
Because the death rate of the artificial feed for feeding the 1-2-year-old broadband euivora is high, the invention feeds the 1-2-year-old broadband euivora with living myzus persicae, and feeds the 3-5-year-old broadband euivora with the artificial feed.
Preferably, the method for feeding the broadband euivora sphaeroides comprises the following steps:
(1) Broadband preferred aphid collection and breeding in the wild: collecting broadband euivora piricola imago in the wild, putting the broadband euivora piricola imago in a first insect raising cage, and raising the broadband euivora piricola imago by adopting 10% honey water and rape pollen;
(2) Broadband euphaga aphid spawning pairing: placing a tobacco plant with myzus persicae in a second insect raising cage, then inoculating 1 pair of broadband euivora sphaeroids adults, and collecting egg grains every day when the broadband euivora sphaeroids spawn;
(3) Hatching the broadband euphaga aphid eggs: after the broadband preferred aphids lay eggs, taking out the broadband preferred aphid eggs, placing the broadband preferred aphid eggs into an insect raising box filled with filter paper, and placing the insect raising box into a climatic chamber for hatching;
(4) Feeding 1-2-year broadband euivora piricola: when the broadband euivora pirina eggs begin to hatch, feeding myzus persicae in an insect breeding box, and adding myzus persicae every day;
(5) Feeding 3-year-old broadband euivora aphis: after the broadband predatory aphid grows to 3 years old, feeding the broadband predatory aphid with artificial feed, and putting the broadband predatory aphid into the broadband predatory aphid according to 1.5 times of the body type of the broadband predatory aphid, wherein the artificial feed is replaced every day;
(6) Broadband preferred aphid pupae collection and eclosion: and after the broadband euivora is pupated, taking out the broadband euivora pupa, putting the broadband euivora into a third insect breeding cage, and then putting the third insect breeding cage into a climatic chamber, and waiting for the broadband euivora to emerge.
Preferably, in the feeding method, the feeding temperature of the broadband preferred aphids is 26+/-1 ℃.
Preferably, the length, width and height of the first insect breeding cage and the second insect breeding cage are 120cm by 120cm; the length and width height of the insect rearing cage III is 30cm-60cm 30cm 60cm.
Preferably, the individual aphid amount of the tobacco plant with the tobacco aphid in the step (2) is more than 3000.
Preferably, in the step (4), the myzus persicae is put into the insect raising box according to the head number ratio of the broadband eudorsum to the myzus persicae of 1:100-1:150.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the artificial feed is simple in preparation method, can replace aphids in the 3-year stage of massive feeding of the broadband predatory aphids, can reduce the artificial large-scale breeding cost of the broadband predatory aphids, and can reach a pupation rate of 72% and a pupation eclosion rate of 94.4% in the long-term feeding process.
