技术领域
本发明属于石化技术相关领域,具体涉及一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油及其制备方法。
背景技术
普通减速机用齿轮油采用的是石蜡基基础油和气味比较重的极压剂作为主要原料,带来的问题是气味很大,不能用在许多场景的人工智能设备上,诸如银行、酒店等地方。石蜡基基础油低温性能不理想,在严寒地区使用会导致动作不灵敏,且石蜡基基础油不会生物降解,这对环境问题也提出了挑战。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明是为了解决目前市场中普通减速机齿轮油油存在的严重不足,针对人工智能设备的工作特点,特别设计了一款精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油来满足人工智能技术的发展要求。
技术方案:一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油,它包括如下质量份数的原料:质量百分比含量为95%~98%的啮合减速机齿轮油基础油、质量百分比含量为0.2%~0.4%的酚类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量为0.4%~0.6%的胺类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量1.5%~2.0%的浅色、低气味极压剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的腐蚀抑制剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的消泡剂。
优选的,所述啮合减速机齿轮油的基础油采用食品级双季戊四醇酯,其40℃粘度为100mm2/s—110mm2/S的作为基础油。
优选的,所述酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或4,4-亚甲基双(2,6二叔丁基酚)。
优选的,所述胺类抗氧剂为N-苯基-α-萘胺或二烷基二苯胺或烷基化二苯胺。
优选的,所述浅色、低气味极压剂为二烷基五硫化物。
优选的,所述腐蚀抑制剂为烷基琥珀酸衍生物或脂肪酸和胺的盐或噻二唑衍生物。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷或丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物或乙酯和乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将质量百分比含量为95%~98%的啮合减速机齿轮油基础油、质量百分比含量为0.2%~0.4%的酚类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量为0.4%~0.6%的胺类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量1.5%~2.0%的浅色、低气味极压剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的腐蚀抑制剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的消泡剂顺序打入调合釜进行调合,调合温度为40-70℃,搅拌时间为40-65分钟,直到物料完全混合均匀,成品清澈透明,得到精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油不仅具有优异的抗氧化安定性、热稳定性、油水分离性,同时采用了食品级双季戊四醇酯作为基础油,使得该产品具有99%的可降解性,不会污染环境。区别于普通减速机齿轮油的臭鸡蛋气味的极压剂,该产品采用浅色、低气味的极压剂,使得该产品能在更多的环境使用。

下面的实施例是对本发明的进一步阐述,但本发明的内容不限于此。本实施例中,所有原料组分均可通过市场购买获取。
以下为具体实施例:
实施例1:将质量百分比含量为95%~98%的啮合减速机齿轮油基础油、质量百分比含量为0.2%~0.4%的酚类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量为0.4%~0.6%的胺类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量1.5%~2.0%的浅色、低气味极压剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的腐蚀抑制剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的消泡剂顺序打入调合釜进行调合,调合温度为45-55℃,搅拌时间为60分钟,直到物料完全混合均匀,成品清澈透明,得到精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油。
实施例2:将质量百分比含量为95%~98%的啮合减速机齿轮油基础油、质量百分比含量为0.2%~0.4%的酚类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量为0.4%~0.6%的胺类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量1.5%~2.0%的浅色、低气味极压剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的腐蚀抑制剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的消泡剂顺序打入调合釜进行调合,调合温度为55-65℃,搅拌时间为60分钟,直到物料完全混合均匀,成品清澈透明,得到精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油。
实施例3:将质量百分比含量为95%~98%的啮合减速机齿轮油基础油、质量百分比含量为0.2%~0.4%的酚类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量为0.4%~0.6%的胺类抗氧剂、质量百分比含量1.5%~2.0%的浅色、低气味极压剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的腐蚀抑制剂、质量百分比含量0.01%~0.03%的消泡剂顺序打入调合釜进行调合,调合温度为55-65℃,搅拌时间为45分钟,直到物料完全混合均匀,成品清澈透明,得到精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油,其特征在于,所述啮合减速机齿轮油的基础油采用食品级双季戊四醇酯,其40℃粘度为100mm2/s—110mm2/S的作为基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或4,4-亚甲基双(2,6二叔丁基酚)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油,其特征在于,所述胺类抗氧剂为N-苯基-α-萘胺或二烷基二苯胺或烷基化二苯胺。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种精密控制用啮合减速机齿轮油,其特征在于,所述腐蚀抑制剂为烷基琥珀酸衍生物或脂肪酸和胺的盐或噻二唑衍生物。
