背景技术
随着炼油工艺的提高,在世界范围内II类III类基础油的产量越来越高,使用II类、III类基础油调和高性能柴油机油已经成为趋势,然而基础油随着精制深度的增加,性能提高的同时,溶解性大大下降,特别是石蜡基基础油,为了达到合格的低温性能,往往需要加入百分之五到百分之十的粘度指数改进剂,而粘度指数改进剂都是有大粘度高分子量的物质物质组成,在内燃机的高温高剪切下,粘度往往会慢慢地变小,使柴油车的压力降低,同时粘度指数改进剂高温性能不好,对油品的清净性及抗氧化性不利,使使用寿命大大减少。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提供了一种高增压长寿命的柴油发动机油及其制作方法,本发明的柴油发动机油具有优异的清净分散性、高压稳定性和高温抗氧性。

(2)、依次投入超碱性磺酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺、胺型高温抗氧剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、硫磷双辛基碱性辛盐、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯,恒温60℃-70℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
超碱性磺酸钙,它具有优异高温清净性和酸中和能力,并具有防锈性,可有效减少发动机部件上的高温沉积物,延长换油周期。
聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺,优异的清净分散剂,可抑制发动机活塞上积碳和漆膜的产生,与金属清净剂形成络合胶团,具有极佳的协和效应。

实施例1:一种高增压长寿命的柴油发动机油,准备石蜡基Ⅱ类500N 928kg,100℃下粘度为100mm2/s的聚α烯烃(150)48kg,聚酯PriEco(4035)24kg,超碱性磺酸钙20kg,聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺80kg,硫化烷基酚钙15kg,硫磷双辛基碱性辛盐15kg,油溶性石墨烯0.01kg,胺型高温抗氧剂3kg,聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂1kg,复合抗泡剂0.01kg;
制作方法:向反应釜中投入500N、聚α烯烃(150)、聚酯PriEco(4035),升温至60℃-70℃,搅拌10分钟,然后依次投入超碱性磺酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺、胺型高温抗氧剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、硫磷双辛基碱性辛盐、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯,恒温60℃-70℃搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。

制作方法:向反应釜中投入650N、聚α烯烃(200)、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,升温至60℃-70℃搅拌10分钟,然后依次投入超碱性磺酸钙、硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯多丁二酰亚胺、胺型高温抗氧剂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、硫磷双辛基碱性辛盐、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯,恒温60℃-70℃搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
