本发明提供了一种机器人专用油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂的量为基础油的5.8~8.3%,所述基础油至少包括三种组分:聚醚80~88%,大粘度聚酯10~15%,聚异丁烯2~5%;所述添加剂至少包括八种组分:油性剂2~3%,氨基硫代酯2%~4%,油溶性石墨烯0.001~0.005%,复合型抗氧剂0.3~1%,复合抗泡剂0.001~0.002%,有机钼0.1~0.3%,磷酸铵混合物0.1~0.5%,金属减活剂0.3~0.4%。本发明具有优异的抗摩性能,极佳的低温性能,优异的抗氧化性能,优异的温度控制性能,极佳的防锈性能,可生物降解,环保。尤其是成本低,相较于使用国外产品,成本能够降低十几倍,同时打破国外技术垄断,有利于产品国产化。

一种机器人专用油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,具体地说涉及一种机器人专用油及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国劳动力成本的上升、劳动力供给的下降以及产业升级的需要,成为中国制造业用工业机器人替代人工的驱动力,也推动了我国工业机器人需求的快速增长,尤其是有着工业中国工业机器人发展元年之称的2015年,无论是中国版4.0“机器人革命”还是“万众创新”推进实施“中国制造2025”,都像一剂“强心剂”为中国工业机器人及其配套油的发展,也促使我国连续三年成为全球工业机器人市场第一大国。然而,与我国第一大工业机器人市场不相匹配的是高性能机器人专用油,长期依赖进口,进口机器人专用油,价格昂贵,技术垄断,技术的空白所带来的沉重的成本压力,使国内汽车、电子、金属加工等行业对机器人用油的国产化需求非常迫切。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种机器人专用油及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种机器人专用油,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂的量为基础油的5.8~8.3%,所述基础油至少包括三种组分:聚醚80~88%,大粘度聚酯10~15%,聚异丁烯2~5%;所述添加剂至少包括八种组分:油性剂2~3%,氨基硫代酯2%~4%,油溶性石墨烯0.001~0.005%,复合型抗氧剂0.3~1%,复合抗泡剂0.001~0.002%,有机钼0.1~0.3%,磷酸铵混合物0.1~0.5%,金属减活剂0.3~0.4%;
优选的,包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂的量为基础油的6.9545%,所述基础油至少包括三种组分:聚醚85%,大粘度聚酯12%,聚异丁烯3%;所述添加剂至少包括八种组分:油性剂2.5%,氨基硫代酯3%,油溶性石墨烯0.003%,复合型抗氧剂0.6%,复合抗泡剂0.0015%,有机钼0.2%,磷酸铵混合物0.3%,金属减活剂0.35%。
优选的,所述聚醚为PAG68;
优选的,所述聚酯为聚酯700;
优选的,所述聚异丁烯为PIB1300;
制作机器人专用油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、向反应釜中投入聚醚、聚酯、聚异丁烯,升温至60~70℃,搅拌8~10分钟;
(2)、依次投入油性剂、氨基硫代酯、复合型抗氧剂、磷酸铵混合物、金属减活剂、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯、有机钼,恒温60℃~70℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优异的抗摩性能,极佳的低温性能,优异的抗氧化性能,优异的温度控制性能,极佳的防锈性能,可生物降解,环保。尤其是成本低,相较于使用国外产品,成本能够降低十几倍,同时打破国外技术垄断,有利于产品国产化。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面详细说明一种机器人专用油及其制备方法:
实施例1:一种机器人专用油,准备PAG(68)840kg,聚酯(700) 130kg,PIB(1300)30kg,油性剂20 kg,氨基硫代酯20 kg,油溶性石墨烯0.01 kg、复合型抗氧剂5 kg、复合抗泡剂0.01 kg、有机钼1 kg、磷酸铵混合物2 kg、金属减活剂3 kg。
制作方法:向反应釜中投入PAG(68)、聚酯(700)、PIB(1300),升温至67℃,搅拌10分钟,然后依次投入油性剂、氨基硫代酯、复合型抗氧剂、磷酸铵混合物、金属减活剂、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯、有机钼,恒温67℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。

本发明由于由于使用清洁型、可生物降解的合成油为基础油,辅以多功能添加剂,使油品具有优异的减摩、耐高温性能,极佳的粘温性能,良好的抗泡性能和氧化安定性能,倾点低,安全环保。

Claims (2)

1.一种机器人专用油,其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的组分:基础油和添加剂,添加剂的加入量为基础油的6.9545%,所述基础油包括三种组分:聚醚PAG68 85%,大粘度聚酯700 12%,聚异丁烯PIB1300 3%;所述添加剂包括八种组分:油性剂2.5%,氨基硫代酯3%,油溶性石墨烯0.003%,复合型抗氧剂0.6%,复合抗泡剂0.0015%,有机钼0.2%,磷酸铵混合物0.3%,金属减活剂0.35%。
2.制作如权利要求1所述的机器人专用油的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、向反应釜中投入聚醚PAG68、大粘度聚酯700、聚异丁烯PIB1300,升温至60~70℃,搅拌8~10分钟;
(2)、依次投入油性剂、氨基硫代酯、复合型抗氧剂、磷酸铵混合物、金属减活剂、复合抗泡剂、油溶性石墨烯、有机钼,恒温60℃~70℃,搅拌30分钟,经1μm滤袋过滤后变为成品。
