Abstract
一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统及其堆垛方法,该双预堆垛系统其包括:沿辊道依次设置冷床检查台架、带定尺功能的切头剪、双边剪、1#喷印机、前预堆垛机、定尺剪、测长测厚仪、2#喷印机、表面检查/尺寸检验及形合、后预堆垛机。本发明钢板双预堆垛系统及其堆垛方法解决了生产倍尺数高的钢板时剪切线后区喷刻印、形合、预堆垛慢的问题,实现一条剪切线同时在双边剪后和表面检查处后进行预堆垛作业,实现了钢板在剪切线的二个地方同步喷刻印、同步形合和同步预堆垛功能,提高剪切线生产速度成品库入库效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及板坯剪切堆垛技术,特别涉及一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统及其堆垛方法。
背景技术
厚板生产线的剪切线传统工艺布置一直以来采用的是切头剪切头尾分段、双边剪切双边、定尺剪定尺钢板合同长度、喷刻印、表面检查/尺寸形合和预堆垛入库的操作流程,由于当剪切线一块大板的子板数超过5块时(倍尺数5),后区喷刻印、形合、预堆垛出现瓶颈,导致切头剪切、双边剪或定尺剪等出现产能放空现象,但剪切线常规作业的具体工艺布置如下:
现有技术存在如下问题:
传统剪切、形合、预堆垛的生产方式效率较为低下,生产子板数多的钢板时在喷印机、表面检查/尺寸检验和预堆垛区域产生严重堵塞现象,特别是在剪切倍尺数高的钢板时出现切头剪、定尺剪产能放空的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统及其堆垛方法,解决生产倍尺数高的钢板时剪切线后区喷刻印、形合、预堆垛慢的问题,实现一条剪切线同时在双边剪后和表面检查处后进行预堆垛作业,实现了钢板在剪切线的二个地方同步喷刻印、同步形合和同步预堆垛功能,提高剪切线生产速度成品库入库效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统,其包括:沿辊道依次设置冷床检查台架、带定尺功能的切头剪、双边剪、1#喷印机、前预堆垛机、定尺剪、测长测厚仪、2#喷印机、表面检查/尺寸检验及形合、后预堆垛机。
本发明所述的用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统的堆垛方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)冷床检查台架处对轧制钢板的表面进行检测,同时将冷床检查台架出口的钢板定位后送入切头剪入口辊道;所述钢板包括毛边钢板、宽度方向切边钢板;
2)当定尺剪处钢板小于2块待剪切时,带定尺功能的切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段;当定尺剪处钢板有2块以上待剪切时,切头剪对钢板进行定尺剪切;
3)毛边钢板直接通过双边剪,宽度方向切边钢板在双边剪进行切双边;
4)切头剪已定尺钢板需在双边剪处对钢板表面质量和板形进行判定;如出现板形问题和质量问题,钢板不进行预堆垛;切头剪分段未定尺钢板不需进行检验。
5)钢板在双边剪出口辊道处对四边剪切合格钢板进行喷刻印;
6)喷刻印完成后在双边剪出口辊道和定尺剪入口辊道处的前预堆垛机对表面质量、尺寸和板形合格钢板进行预堆垛作业;
7)完成预堆垛作业钢板排在定尺剪待剪切钢板后方,待前方钢板剪切完毕后直接通过定尺剪、表面检查尺寸检验及形合处入库。
优选的,当定尺剪处有2块完成预堆垛钢板时,切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段,不进行定尺作业,直到定尺剪重新出现3块以上待料再重复步骤2)的作业。
本发明的有益效果:
1)通过一种剪切线双预堆垛的方法解决剪切线剪切多倍尺钢板(5倍尺以上)喷印和预堆垛的瓶颈问题,提高剪切能力和入库能力。
2)厚板产线单剪切线的剪切产能完全不能满足厚板轧机的产能需求,特别是倍尺数高的钢板剪切能力严重不足,通过此方案可以大幅度提高厚板剪切线多倍尺钢板生产效率,预计综合入库效率可以提高30-50%。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但仅仅用以解释本发明,不对本发明有任何限定作用。
参见图1,本发明所述一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统,其包括:沿辊道依次设置冷床检查台架1、带定尺功能的切头剪2、双边剪3、1#喷印机4、前预堆垛机5、定尺剪6、测长测厚仪7、2#喷印机8、表面检查/尺寸检验及形合9、后预堆垛机10。
本发明所述用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛系统的堆垛方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)冷床检查台架处对轧制钢板的表面进行检查,同时将冷床检查台架出口的钢板定位后送入切头剪入口辊道;所述钢板包括毛边钢板、宽度方向切边钢板;
2)当定尺剪处钢板小于2块待剪切时,带定尺功能的切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段;当定尺剪处钢板有2块以上待剪切时,切头剪对钢板进行定尺剪切;
3)毛边钢板直接通过双边剪,宽度方向切边钢板在双边剪进行切双边;
4)切头剪已定尺钢板需在双边剪处对钢板表面质量和板形进行判定;如出现板形问题和质量问题,钢板不进行预堆垛;切头剪分段未定尺钢板不需进行检验。
5)钢板在双边剪出口辊道处对四边剪切合格钢板进行喷刻印;
6)喷刻印完成后在双边剪出口辊道和定尺剪入口辊道处的前预堆垛机对表面质量、尺寸和板形合格钢板进行预堆垛作业;
7)完成预堆垛作业钢板排在定尺剪待剪切钢板后方,待前方钢板剪切完毕后直接通过定尺剪、表面检查尺寸检验及形合处入库。
优选的,当定尺剪处有2块完成预堆垛钢板时,切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段,不进行定尺作业,直到定尺剪重新出现3块以上待料再重复步骤2)的作业。
实施例
1)定尺剪处有3块以上待剪切钢板待剪;(如有29719437100、29719437300、29719437500在定尺剪前待剪)
2)切头剪处对来料42m的钢板进行定尺剪切,剪切成4块长度10m的子板;(如29719438100、29719438200、29719438300、29719438300)
3)双边剪对此4块子板进行切双边作业,剪切成宽度3000m;
4)双边剪后1#喷印机对4块子板进行喷刻印作业,同时质检判断其中3块钢板尺寸、表面质量和板形均已合格,进行形合作业;对1块不合格钢板进行追加修磨、冷矫或者追加火切等挽救工序;(如29719438100、29719438200、29719438300完成形合,29719438300追加冷矫)
5)设置于喷印机后的前预堆垛机对3块合格钢板进行判定后自动进行预堆垛,不合格钢板直接通过预堆垛,到定尺剪前进行等待;
6)已切成品的预堆垛的钢板和追加工序的成品钢板在定尺剪处等定尺剪等定尺剪待剪切钢板全部完成后自动通过定尺剪;
7)定尺剪完成定尺剪切的钢板直接到1JC处进行喷印喷印和形合检验,合格钢板直接到1JC后预堆垛机进行预堆垛作业;不合格钢板追加挽救工序进行后续挽救(下线修磨火切或转冷矫压平等);
8)后续29719438300追加冷矫钢板直接通过1JC后横移台架转冷矫,29719438100、29719438200、29719438300三块已完成预堆垛钢板直接通过1JC和后预堆垛机进行入库作业。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于单剪切线的钢板双预堆垛方法,其特征是,沿辊道依次设置冷床检查台架、带定尺功能的切头剪、双边剪、1#喷印机、前预堆垛机、定尺剪、测长测厚仪、2#喷印机、表面检查尺寸检验及形合、后预堆垛机;并包括如下步骤:
1)冷床检查台架处对轧制钢板的表面进行检测,同时将冷床检查台架出口的钢板定位后送入切头剪入口辊道;所述钢板包括毛边钢板、宽度方向切边钢板;
2)当定尺剪处钢板小于2块待剪切时,带定尺功能的切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段;当定尺剪处钢板有2块以上待剪切时,切头剪对钢板进行定尺剪切;
3)毛边钢板直接通过双边剪,宽度方向切边钢板在双边剪进行切双边;
4)切头剪已定尺钢板需在双边剪处对钢板表面质量和板形进行判定;如出现板形问题和质量问题,钢板不进行预堆垛;切头剪分段未定尺钢板不需进行检验;
5)钢板在双边剪出口辊道处对四边剪切合格钢板进行喷刻印;
6)喷刻印完成后在双边剪出口辊道和定尺剪入口辊道处的前预堆垛机对表面质量、尺寸和板形合格钢板进行预堆垛作业;
7)完成预堆垛作业钢板排在定尺剪待剪切钢板后方,待前方钢板剪切完毕后直接通过定尺剪、表面检查尺寸检验及形合处入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的堆垛方法,其特征是,当定尺剪处有2块完成预堆垛钢板时,切头剪处按正常工序对钢板进行切头尾分段,不进行定尺作业,直到定尺剪重新出现3块以上待料再重复步骤2)的作业。
