Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有分割表面的球形空心逻辑玩具,包括八个旋转单元和十二个置换单元,并具有一个外径和一个壁厚。
背景技术
上述这种玩具已经被文件DE-A-3127757公开。该已知玩具具有一个由旋转单元和置换单元形成的外空心体。外空心体与一内空心体同心布置。每个外空心体旋转单元均布置成可绕内空心体处的一个径向轴线旋转。可旋转地连接的单元的边缘与三个相邻的置换单元的边缘搭接。在扭转旋转单元之一时,该旋转单元与相邻的置换单元一起绕旋转单元的径向轴线转动。由此,可以改变各个单元彼此间的相对位置。该已知玩具结构复杂,因为为了保持外空心体的单元,需要一个内空心体。此外,该已知玩具难于将旋转单元布置在偏置120°的中间位置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题包括:
—如何将直径为D且壁厚为d的球分割成相互联结的、能够形成球体的单元的结构方案;
—连接的结构方案:该连接使各单元能够互连、以及旋转和置换,其目的是:通过球体各分割体环绕所述立方体的对角线旋转,将各单元引入确定位置。
—各个球体分割体(单元)的定位的结构方案。
具有分割表面包括旋转单元或置换单元的球形逻辑玩具的结构方案解决玩具单元的结构、互连、以及各单元的旋转与置换等难题。通过球体各分割体(每个分割体含四个互连的单元:三个置换单元和一个旋转单元)绕所述立方体的对角线旋转,以听觉和触觉效果将各单元引入确定位置。
玩具单元结构的说明(图1)
直径为“D”且壁厚为“d”的球被八条长度为“OM”的表面线穿透(“OM”长度等于 ),这些线绕着包围球体所形成的立方体的对角线旋转,形成顶点在球心的八个锥形表面。点“M”的旋转直径等于所述立方体正方表面的对角线( )。所生成的锥形表面(锥体)穿透球体(直径为“D”且壁厚为“d”),结果产生八个旋转单元1和十二个置换单元2。
旋转单元1构成三个相互相切的球体分割体之间的空间,而置换单元2构成的空间等于两个分割体的联合体的截面。通过各旋转单元顶点的平分线之间互呈120度夹角。
所生成的单元(八个旋转单元和十二个置换单元)由连接铰链互连,该铰链提供同步的互连与可动性,能保证八个分割体(一个分割体由一个旋转单元和三个置换单元组成)围绕所述立方体的对角线旋转移位120度角。在球体分割体旋转时,会产生最多为总数N的各种不同组合:
N=38×12!=3,142,729,497,600种组合

具体实施方式
根据附图(图2,3,4,5和6),具有分割表面包括旋转单元或置换单元的球形逻辑玩具是由八个旋转单元1和十二个置换单元2组成的玩具。每个旋转单元1与三个置换单元2相接触,每个置换单元2与两个旋转单元1相接触。旋转单元1和置换单元2是形封闭连接的(图2中A-A视图及细部“D”)。
在侧面,旋转单元1具有突出部分(图3中细部“L”),而置换单元2具有凹槽(图4中细部“S”)。
该玩具是通过将旋转单元1和置换单元2按照组装图(图5)联结起来而构成的。
一个旋转单元1和三个置换单元2构成一个分割体,用手施加力,可将该分割体旋转三次,转120度角。在分割体旋转时,可旋转唯一的旋转单元1并互换三个置换单元2。该玩具总共由八个分割体组成。以听觉-触觉效果将各分割体引入确定位置,该效果是由旋转单元1上的凸起(图3中细部“K”和E-E视图)与置换单元2凹槽中的凹穴(图4中细部“R”和F-F视图)所产生的。
在中间位置,通过将置换单元2的两个凸起装卡入旋转单元1的两个凹穴中,来拼合所有球体单元。旋转单元1总共有六个凸起,置换单元2有4个凹穴。这些凸起和凹穴分别位于旋转单元1侧面突出部分以及置换单元2凹槽的两端。在玩具操作所必不可少的手动力作用下,会使凸起和凹穴之间产生摩擦力。旋转单元1的凸起将分割体提升到配合高度,并使分割体能旋转120度,直到与随后的凹穴形成密配合。在分割体被推出其“座位”的当时,各个置换单元2由相邻的旋转单元1的六个凸起支承。在另外七个分割体旋转时也发生同样的过程。该玩具有四个旋转轴,它们是由球体所确定的立方体的对角线。该玩具没有内芯(是空心的)。玩具单元的尺寸与球体直径相关联,球体直径理论上可从零直到无穷大。
该玩具将按照组装图(图5)依各步骤(a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,r,s,t,u)进行组装。由组装两个半球开始进行总装,其中上半球包含四个旋转单元1和四个置换单元2(图5,步骤“r”,视图“B”),而下半球包含四个旋转单元1和八个置换单元2(图5,步骤“r”,视图“A”)。在组合上、下半球时,旋转单元1的四个突出部分装卡入置换单元2的四个凹槽中,因此,凹槽延伸继而在装配和/或总装之后再回复正常尺寸。
玩法之一是对旋转单元和置换单元的颜色进行组合(假定旋转单元与置换单元具有不同颜色)。各种各样的符号、图画、数字、字母、商标等等均适合设在玩具的表面。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有分割表面的球形空心逻辑玩具,包括八个旋转单元和十二个置换单元,并具有一个外径(D)和一个壁厚(d),
其特征在于:
旋转单元(1)具有突出部分,置换单元(2)具有凹槽,其中一个旋转单元(1)和三个置换单元(2)构成一个可旋转的分割体;
每个旋转单元(1)具有六个凸起,位于旋转单元(1)侧面突出部分的两端上,每个置换单元(2)具有四个凹穴,位于置换单元(2)凹槽内,使得上述旋转单元和置换单元具有确定的相对位置关系。

其特征在于:
