Background
Ultraviolet radiation in the sun is a major environmental factor causing skin aging and skin cancer, and sunscreen products are increasingly used in order to prevent skin damage and skin diseases. However, the traditional chemical sunscreen agents have the problems of low solubility, high irritation, poor light stability, greasy skin feel, low ultraviolet absorptivity and the like, so that the sunscreen day cream which is good in sunscreen performance, good in light stability, fresh and non-greasy is required to be provided.
The sunscreen ingredients in the current commercially available sunscreen skin care product formula system are roughly divided into three types: a pure physical uv screening agent sunscreen component, a pure chemical uv absorbing sunscreen component, and a formulation system in which a physical sunscreen component is combined with a chemical sunscreen component. However, the sun-screening day cream alone cannot provide good repairing capability and cannot meet the requirements of consumers, so that an effective repairing component needs to be added into the formula to improve the repairing capability of the day cream.
The growth factor secreted by the stem cell has extremely low content in vivo but extremely high biological activity, can promote cell differentiation and proliferation, induce and chemotaxis inflammatory cells, and influence cell division and migration. Thus, growth factors secreted by stem cells play an important role in skin repair. The stem cell factor extracting solution is a supernatant culture solution collected in the culture process of stem cells which are extracted from human umbilical cords and induced to differentiate, wherein the stem cell factor extracting solution contains the following stem cell factor types: epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF), Platelet Derived Growth Factor (PDGF), platelet endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and the like. Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) can promote metabolism of skin cells, and indirectly promote secretion of collagen and hyaluronic acid.
