2. Effect of cosmetic soothing repair compositions on histamine release from KU812 cells
Human peripheral blood basophilic (KU812) cells were often used as effector cells for studying allergic reactions, and the effect of samples on histamine release from KU812 cells was examined using KU812 cell histamine release model.

3. Effect of cosmetic soothing repair composition on expression of KU812 cell proinflammatory cytokines
The effect of the sample on the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines by KU812 cells was examined using KU812 cell histamine release model.
Preparing and treating a test sample: the solution of the cosmetic soothing and repairing composition of example 1 was prepared with DMSO at 10% mass and diluted with 10% fetal bovine serum medium to 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.20%, 1.00% concentration. Sodium lauryl sulfate at the same concentration was used as a control.
KU812 cells were diluted with 10% fetal bovine serum-containing IMDM medium to adjust the cell density to 2.2X 106one/mL, the resulting cell suspension was then seeded in 96-well plates at 180 μ L per well.

10. The cosmetic according to claim 9, wherein the cosmetic soothing repair composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 further comprises glycerin, water, butylene glycol and potassium sorbate, in an amount of 0.5% to 0.8% by weight of the total weight of the cosmetic.
