Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sun-screening repairing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The global environment is continuously changing, one of the most interesting topics is the greenhouse effect caused by global warming and human environmental pollution, which can cause the destruction of the ozone layer to form huge holes, and the intensity of ultraviolet rays entering the earth is increased day by day. When a human being is irradiated by ultraviolet rays for a long time and in a large dose, the human being can cause great damage to the skin and even an organism, the skin is slightly peeled and red and swollen in the superficial layer of the skin, the cell tissues and collagen in the dermis layer can be damaged due to the continuous penetration of the ultraviolet rays, a large number of melanocytes are generated, the skin is aged and photoaged prematurely, various skin diseases, even skin cancer and the like can be seriously caused to threaten life.
With the progress of human civilization, people pursue a healthier life style, and the activity of outdoor activities is improved. According to the statistics of the world health organization, the index of air pollution in large cities exceeds 80%, and more skin problems are caused by the fact that the skin cells are damaged by smoke dust particles polluted by industrial waste gas, motor vehicle tail gas and the ecological environment due to exposure to urban polluted environments, so that various skin problems are caused.
The damage of ozone caused by environmental pollution can cause the increase of solar radiation reaching the ground surface, the solar radiation can be simply divided into visible light and invisible light, in the invisible light, except for ultraviolet radiation well known by the public, the often neglected infrared ray accounts for more than 50% of the total amount of skin sunlight and is far higher than 7% of the total amount of the ultraviolet ray reaching the skin sunlight, and the infrared ray IRA can directly penetrate through the whole dermis, so that collagen is damaged and lost, and skin aging is caused. Meanwhile, the environment for human living cannot be influenced by visible light, wherein the energy of the blue light wave band of 400-500nm is the highest, the blue light wave band exists in sunlight, and also exists in a large amount in a background light source of a digital product, and the strong penetrating power to skin can accelerate the aging of the skin by being close to ultraviolet rays in a broad spectrum.
With the increasing demand for skin care, sunscreen should not be limited to resisting ultraviolet rays, and consumers are increasingly pursuing multifunctional sunscreen products that can protect against ultraviolet rays, reduce the increase of free radicals, and prevent and reduce photoaging. Therefore, in addition to increasing the protection capability of UVA and UVB sections, the sun-screening product formula design also needs to pay attention to other skin problems caused by light radiation and urban pollution, and meanwhile, the addition of the free radical scavenger in the sun-screening product can not only enhance the protection function of the sun-screening agent, but also effectively prevent photoaging.
Most of the common traditional sunscreen products in the market are limited in the field of simple ultraviolet protection, and various skin care functions related to light protection, which cause skin photoaging, are ignored. With the increasing demand of the public for skin care, sunscreen products are no longer simple combinations of sunscreens, and consumers are still looking for multifunctional care products that better meet their appeal.
After the sun-screening product is used, daily light radiation inevitably generates scorching on the skin to cause stimulation and dehydration, and the moisturizing, repairing and antioxidant ingredients are necessary to be added while providing comprehensive light protection for the skin, so that the capability of the skin for resisting the light radiation is enhanced, the generation of free radicals is reduced, the photoaging is delayed, and the auxiliary synergistic effect is exerted. Meanwhile, fine pollution particles in the urban pollution proved at present can penetrate through the skin to damage skin cells, and an anti-pollution active substance is added to form an invisible protective film on the epidermis so as to prevent pollutants from permeating into the skin.
The protective capacity of the sunscreen product is determined not only by the sunscreen performance and the application amount of the sunscreen product, but also by the loss of sunscreen components caused by sweat, water immersion, clothes friction and other factors, so that the sunscreen capacity of the product can be obviously improved by adding the polymer with the water-resistant performance, the sticky feeling of the sunscreen agent and grease is reduced, and pleasant skin feeling experience is brought.
A more comprehensive sunscreen repair formulation should take into account several aspects: 1. full band photoprotection (UVA, UVB, HEV, IRA); 2. the waterproof and sweat-resistant effects of the sunscreen product can enhance the sunscreen performance; 3. helps the skin to resist external pollution and protects the skin from barrier damage. 4. The biological active raw materials are added, so that the skin defense capability is enhanced, the damage of light radiation to the skin is reduced, the oxidation resistance is enhanced, and the photoaging is prevented.
Based on the composition, the invention provides the sun-proof repairing composition which can perform all-band photoprotection and enhance the capability of skin to resist external stimulation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sun-screening repair composition, and solves the technical problem that the existing sun-screening products cannot realize comprehensive sun-screening repair.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the sun-screening and repairing composition.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sunscreen repair composition comprising sunscreen repair components, the sunscreen repair components comprising the following components in mass percent based on the total sunscreen repair composition: 0.05% -50% of a sunscreen composition; the sunscreen composition consists of isoamyl methoxycinnamate, silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, phenyl benzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol.
Furthermore, in the sunscreen composition, the mass percentages of the isoamyl methoxycinnamate, silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol in the total amount of the sunscreen repairing composition are respectively 0.01-10%, 0.01-10% and 0.01-10%.
In the sunscreen composition, the protection waveband of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid is 280-340 nm, the protection waveband of isoamyl methoxycinnamate is 280-340 nm, the protection waveband of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is 280-400 nm, the protection waveband of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate is 280-430 nm, the protection waveband of methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol is 280-900 nm, and all-waveband protection of ultraviolet light, blue light and infrared light is covered. The methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol is a water-soluble UVA, UVB, HEV and IRA all-band sun-screening agent, is a sun-screening agent with the longest protective band in the current sun-screening technology, and has the performance of instantly blocking infrared rays, so that the sun-screening sun-. Sunlight is resistant to heat, and refers to the skin or the surface of an object, the temperature of the surface is stably increased after being irradiated by light, and the temperature is increased in a low amplitude or maintained at a low level after a specific substance is added.
In the sunscreen composition, phenyl benzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol are water-soluble sunscreens, isoamyl methoxycinnamate and diethyl amino hydroxy benzoyl benzoic acid hexyl ester are oil-soluble sunscreens, and silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine can be uniformly dispersed in water and oil phases. Through the matching of the water-oil two-phase sun-screening agents, a compact protective film is easier to form, and the damage of ultraviolet light and visible light can be more comprehensively protected. The sunscreen composition is efficient, stable, mild and low-sensitive, can still keep strong sunscreen performance for a long time under ultraviolet irradiation, hardly permeates skin, and has very high mild performance.
In the present invention, the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is a silicon dioxide-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine.
Further, the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is obtained by the following steps: the bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is wrapped by silicon dioxide and then is obtained by surface modification.
The silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine wraps the sun-screening agent bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine in silica through the process, so that the sun-screening agent is stabilized, the skin absorption of the sun-screening agent is reduced to improve the mildness, the effects of light scattering and light absorption are stronger on optical protection, and the refreshing skin feel is provided, and the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is a future type sun-screening agent. Technically, silica encapsulation of such shells also has a light quenching effect.
The invention can be improved as follows, the sun protection and repair component also comprises a defense factor composition, and the defense factor composition consists of the following components in percentage by mass based on the total amount of the sun protection and repair composition: 0.0001% -5% of small-fruit coffee seed extract and 0.0001% -5% of carnosine.
In the sunscreen repair component, the extract of the small fruit coffee seeds is extracted from coffee seeds, and the coffee seeds are rich in active component glycopeptide, so that the sunscreen repair component has a strong absorption effect in a blue light region, and can improve the ultraviolet protection performance. By effective blue light protection and matching with the sunscreen composition, the overall protective performance of the formula is enhanced, and the effects of relieving stimulation, removing free radicals, resisting aging and the like are achieved.
Further, the extract of the small fruit coffee seeds is obtained by a subcritical water extraction method. The physical and chemical characteristics of subcritical water are greatly different from those of water at normal temperature and normal pressure in nature. The polarity of water is stronger under normal temperature and pressure, and hydrogen bonds of subcritical water are opened or weakened along with the rise of temperature under the subcritical state, so that the polarity of water can be changed in a larger range by controlling the temperature and the pressure of the subcritical water, thereby realizing the continuous extraction of effective components in natural products from water-soluble components to fat-soluble components and realizing the selective extraction.
In the sunscreen repair component, carnosine is an amino acid polypeptide, is present in human muscle, has super-strong anti-aging capability, and helps human body resist aging. More than half of the energy of infrared IRA reaches human skin, while most of IRA reaches dermis, which can decompose and destroy collagen, and accelerate skin aging. The carnosine can obviously inhibit the generation of metalloproteinase MMP-1 and the decomposition of collagen.
The invention can be improved in that the sun-screening and repairing component further comprises a synergist, and the mass percentage of the synergist in the total sun-screening and repairing composition is 0.0001-5%.
Further, the synergist is poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate. The poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate is a film forming synergist, has an EWG (average particle weight) score of 1, represents the green and friendly performance, is suitable for the current trend of environmental protection, can be combined with a sun-screening agent, effectively improves the uniformity and toughness of a sun-screening film, and improves the water resistance of sun-screening components. The poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate can enhance the water resistance and the rubbing resistance of W/O and O/W system products and improve the photoprotection durability after the sunscreen repair component is applied to daily chemical articles.
The invention can be further improved, and the sun-screening and repairing component further comprises a bioactive composition, wherein the bioactive composition consists of saccharide isomerate, fullerene dispersion liquid, vitamin C ethyl ether, anti-pollution algae extract and tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid. The bioactive composition disclosed by the invention can deeply lock water, enhance the skin defense capability, has super-strong oxidation resistance, and can block urban pollutants while performing light protection.
Further, in the bioactive composition, the mass percentages of the saccharide isomer, the fullerene dispersion, the vitamin C ethyl ether, the anti-pollution algae extract and the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid in the total amount of the sunscreen repair composition are respectively 0.0001% -5%, 0.0001% -5%, 0.0001% -5%, 0.0001% -5% and 0.0001% -5%.
Further, the fullerene dispersion liquid is a fullerene water dispersion liquid with the mass fraction of 0.02%.
In the bioactive composition, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid has the functions of protecting cells and enhancing the skin resistance to UV light and dry weather, and is one of ideal sun-screening and anti-aging raw materials. The anti-pollution algae extract is added to be applied to the skin, a hidden protective film can be formed to protect the skin, and meanwhile, the anti-pollution algae extract has the effects of chelating heavy metals and protecting cells and is used as a skin-friendly active component to realize the anti-pollution effect of the invention. Fullerene can remove free radicals through surface adsorption. The fullerene plays a role in electron transmission in the process of scavenging free radicals, and has no consumption loss in the process, so that the fullerene can stably exist on the surfaces of products and skin and can play a role in resisting oxidation for a long time. Because of the unique performance, the hair conditioner can realize the effects of resisting aging and oxidation, repairing hair follicles, resisting acne, tightening pores, whitening, relieving and the like. The invention adds fullerene to remove a large amount of free radicals generated by sunlight, thereby being capable of achieving effective protection from the cytology. Vitamin C ethyl ether is a new generation of stabilized vitamin C derivative, has hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, is commonly used as an antioxidant, has reducibility, can inhibit the oxidation of a melanin intermediate dopaquinone into melanin, is very easy to oxidize, and improves the stability and the bioavailability by being converted into the derivative. The saccharide isomerate can be tightly combined with water, can play a role in short-term and long-acting moisture preservation, can durably strengthen the skin barrier, and particularly aims at the phenomena of dryness, water loss and the like which are frequently encountered in the sun.
