4) Oxidation resistance test
Test samples: the foundation solutions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 (foundation diluted with water at a mass ratio of 1: 6).
The test method comprises the following steps: 5mL of ABTS (7mmol/L) and 88. mu.L of potassium persulfate (140mmol/L) were mixed and left to stand overnight at room temperature in the absence of light to form an ABTS free radical stock solution. The ABTS free radical stock solution was then diluted with distilled water at a ratio of 1:50(v/v) so that its absorbance at 30 ℃ and at a wavelength of 734nm was 0.7. + -. 0.02.
To the test tube were added 200. mu.L of foundation solution and 3ml of ABTS radical stock solution, the blank tube was substituted for the foundation solution with distilled water, and the control group was substituted for the ABTS radical stock solution with distilled water. After each test sample was left at room temperature for 1 hour in the dark, absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 734nm, and 3 replicates were set, and the results were averaged. Ascorbic acid (VC, 20. mu.L) was used as a positive control.
The results of the measurement are calculated by the following formula:
