Abstract
本发明公开了一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉、南极磷虾粉、血浆蛋白粉、鸡肉粉、肉骨粉、虾壳粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、去皮豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、花生粕、发酵豆粕、虾膏、啤酒酵母水解物、酵母提取物、产朊假丝酵母蛋白、β‑葡聚糖制剂、杜仲叶提取物、面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂、磷酸二氢钙、氯化胆碱、氯化钠、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料、抗氧化剂、防霉剂;本发明还公开了所述饲料在南美白对虾养殖中的应用。本发明的饲料营养高、易消化,能够全面满足精养模式下南美白对虾对营养素摄入量的需求,提高南美白对虾的生长性能,同时减少氮、磷的排放量,净化水质,还利用多种免疫因子,提高对虾的免疫能力,提升养殖的成活率。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产虾类饲料领域,具体涉及一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料及其应用。
背景技术
南美白对虾养殖是我国沿海水产养殖的重要组成部分。目前对虾养殖区域及养殖量在不停的增长,基本上形成了粗养、半精养、精养三种传统养殖模式。随着养殖行业不断的发展,其整个产业也在面临着一些变化。其中一个变化是,对虾养殖模式在尝试中拓展,比如对虾小高位池养殖、工厂化养殖等。高密度、小面积集约式精养已经得到广泛的发展。随着养殖模式的拓展,养殖密度也在不断增加,因此对虾对饲料的营养需求和对饲料的功能需求也在不断提升。高密度对虾精养养殖需要加强饲料营养,以确保对虾能保持较快的生长速度,从而缩短养殖周期,减少病害风险。
虽然我国沿海地区南美白对虾养殖面积迅速扩大,精养程度不断提高,但是在高密度养殖模式不断发展的今日,虾类饲料产品的定位相比之前并无太大变化,目前缺乏主要针对高密度精养模式的南美白对虾饲料。因此,有必要开发一种适合高密度精养模式的南美白对虾饲料高档产品。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料及其应用,所述饲料不增加鱼粉的使用量,且能够改善精养模式下南美白对虾的养殖效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉、南极磷虾粉、血浆蛋白粉、鸡肉粉、肉骨粉、虾壳粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、去皮豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、花生粕、发酵豆粕、虾膏、啤酒酵母水解物、酵母提取物、产朊假丝酵母蛋白、β-葡聚糖制剂、杜仲叶提取物、面粉、鱼油、大豆磷脂、磷酸二氢钙、氯化胆碱、氯化钠、维生素预混料、矿物质预混料。
本发明饲料利用多种水产原料组分,可保证产品质量,同时通过多种原料改善对虾的摄食能力,充分提高蛋白质等营养素的消化利用率,降低饲料氮、磷排放量,促进对虾排泄物快速分解,这也是精养模式对饲料的必要要求。
酵母类原料具有纯天然、营养丰富、味道鲜美醇厚等优点,富含多肽、氨基酸、呈味核苷酸、B族维生素及微量元素。另外其加工性能良好,可有效增强饲料鲜美味。杜仲叶提取物具有广谱抑菌作用、抗氧化作用、保护肝胆和刺激肠胃消化系统,可以促进虾类快速生长。
作为一种优选的技术方案,还包括以下组分:抗氧化剂、防霉剂。

作为一种优选的技术方案,每千克所述矿物质预混料含有:Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O5.0g、CuSO4·5H2O 20.70g、FeC6H5O7 9.90g、ZnSO4·7H2O 40.50g、MnSO4·7H2O 0.98g、KIO40.41g、CoCI2·6H2O 4.02g、NaH2PO4 102.00g、MgSO4·H2O 6.20g、KCI 18.10g、Na2SeO33.00g。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述饲料的制备方法包括:按重量份数称取各组分原料,将除鱼油以外的组分原料送入混合机中进行一次混合,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,再经过超微粉碎,达到95%以上物料通过80目筛网,然后将超微粉碎后的物料按批次送入混合机进行二次混合,混合过程添加鱼油和适量水,要求混合后的物料水分达到11.5~12%,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,物料经过二次混合后进入调质工段,物料在调质器中加入饱和蒸汽,饱和蒸汽的压力为0.2~0.3MP,通过调质器主轴旋转使物料搅拌混合并充分与蒸汽和水接触,物料迅速升温到95~100℃,物料水分达到15.5%~16.5%,通过保质器延长调质时间至5~6min,物料淀粉糊化,蛋白变性,可显著提高物料的可加工性和适口性;经过充分熟化的物料进入制粒室,通过压辊挤压使物料从环模孔呈圆柱状挤出,通过切刀切成适当长度,挤出压缩比要求为24以上;成型的颗粒物料经过后熟化,保温45~60min,物料进一步熟化,提高颗粒的耐水性;最后的半成品经过冷却至室温,筛分去除粉末杂质,包装后即得。
本发明另一方面还提供如上所述的针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料在南美白对虾养殖中的应用。
本发明所提供的饲料营养高、易消化,能够全面满足精养模式下对南美白对虾高产的要求,提高南美白对虾的生长性能;同时利用多种免疫因子,提高对虾的免疫能力。本发明有利于我国南美白对虾饲料产业和养殖业的健康发展。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、通过进口鱼粉、鸡肉粉、南极磷虾粉、血浆蛋白粉、虾膏、发酵豆粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、玉米蛋白粉等原料的合理配伍,改善南美白对虾的摄食能力,充分提高蛋白质等营养素的消化利用率,降低饲料中氮、磷的排放量,促进对虾排泄物快速分解;
2、通过发酵豆粕、啤酒酵母水解物、酵母提取物、产朊假丝酵母蛋白、β-葡聚糖制剂、杜仲叶提取物等原料的合理配伍,有效提高南美白对虾的抗病力和免疫机能,增强对虾的体质,提高对虾的活力和成活率,并改善其色泽。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。在未作说明的情况下,本发明所采用的试剂、设备和方法均为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
实施例1
一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉18份、南极磷虾粉4份、血浆蛋白粉1份、鸡肉粉5份、肉骨粉4份、虾壳粉5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、去皮豆粕14份、玉米蛋白粉4份、花生粕12份、发酵豆粕6份、虾膏0.5份、啤酒酵母水解物0.2份、酵母提取物0.2份、产朊假丝酵母蛋白0.3份、β-葡聚糖制剂0.01份、杜仲叶提取物0.01份、面粉19.4份、鱼油0.12份、大豆磷脂0.25份、磷酸二氢钙0.15份、氯化胆碱0.15份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。

本实施例所得到的饲料的蛋白含量约为45.0%,粗脂肪含量约为8.0%,赖氨酸含量约为2.7%,蛋氨酸含量约为0.9%,能充分满足南美白对虾的营养需求。
实施例2
一种针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉15份、南极磷虾粉5份、血浆蛋白粉1.5份、鸡肉粉6份、肉骨粉4.5份、虾壳粉5份、大豆浓缩蛋白3份、去皮豆粕12.92份、玉米蛋白粉4份、花生粕14份、发酵豆粕7份、虾膏0.4份、啤酒酵母水解物0.30份、酵母提取物0.20份、产朊假丝酵母蛋白0.30份、β-葡聚糖制剂0.01份、杜仲叶提取物0.01份、面粉19.4份、鱼油0.20份、大豆磷脂0.25份、磷酸二氢钙0.15份、氯化胆碱0.15份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。
制备方法同实施例1,在此不赘述。
本实施例所得到的饲料的蛋白含量约为44.7%,粗脂肪含量约为8.2%,赖氨酸含量约为2.6%,蛋氨酸含量约为0.85%,能充分满足斑节对虾的营养需求。
对比例
一种普通商用南美白对虾饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:进口鱼粉32份、鸡肉粉5份、虾壳粉5份、去皮豆粕20份、花生粕12份、发酵豆粕5份、面粉19.6份、鱼油0.15份、大豆磷脂0.24份、磷酸二氢钙0.15份、氯化胆碱0.15份、氯化钠0.15份、维生素预混料0.15份、矿物质预混料0.3份、抗氧化剂0.01份、防霉剂0.1份。
试验例1
采用实施例1制得的南美白对虾饲料与对比例的普通商用南美白对虾饲料进行为期8周的对比养殖试验。
挑选活力好、规格整齐、体长约为1cm的同批次南美白对虾进口一代苗作为实验对象,在水泥池(池长2米,池宽2米,池深1.8米)中进行对比试验。试验设有2个处理组,每个处理组设6个平行,每个水池(平行组)放苗800尾,密度为111尾/m3。处理组1投喂实施例1制得的南美白对虾饲料,处理组2投喂对比例的普通商业南美白对虾饲料。每天投喂4次饲料,投喂时间分别是早上7点、中午11点、下午5点、晚上10点。试验结果如下表1所示。

从表1的结果表明:实施例1的南美白对虾饲料可以显著提高南美白对虾的摄食量,充分提高南美白对虾对蛋白质等营养素的消化利用率,提升其增重率。
试验例2
采用实施例2制得的南美白对虾饲料与对比例的普通商业南美白对虾饲料进行为期3个月的对比养殖试验。
挑选活力好、规格整齐、体长约为1cm的同批次南美白对虾进口一代苗作为实验对象,在池塘池中进行对比试验。试验设有2个处理组,每个处理组设5个平行,每个水池(平行组)放苗800尾,密度为111尾/m3。处理组1投喂实施例1制得的南美白对虾饲料,并选取广东湛江遂溪市场的5口高位池进行饲养;处理组2投喂对比例的普通商业南美白对虾饲料,并另选取5口高位池进行饲养。每天投喂4次饲料,投喂时间分别是早上7点、中午11点、下午5点、晚上10点。试验结果如下表2所示。

从表2的结果表明:养殖90天,处理组1南美白对虾的存活率为85%,出虾规格为17.8g;处理组2南美白对虾的存活率为74%,出虾规格为12.5g;可以得知,实施例2的南美白对虾饲料能够有效提高南美白对虾的生长速度,还可以提高对虾的免疫力,减少养殖的死亡率。
试验例3
采用实施例1制得的南美白对虾饲料与对比例的普通商用南美白对虾饲料进行为期8周的对比养殖试验。

从表3的结果表明:实施例1的南美白对虾饲料相对于普通料,可以在试验期间减少机体氮磷的排放,从而降低水体总氮、总磷的含量,一定程度上改善养殖水质。

6.根据权利要求1所述的针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,每千克所述维生素预混料含有:VA 6.00g、VB1 15.00g、VB2 15.00g、VB6 10.00g、VB12 2.20g、VC 10.00g、VD3 10.00g、VE 72.00g、VK3 6.00g、泛酸钙92.00g、烟酸112.00g、叶酸9.25g、D-生物素2.4g、肌醇109.12g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,每千克所述矿物质预混料含有:Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O 5.0g、CuSO4·5H2O 20.70g、FeC6H5O7 9.90g、ZnSO4·7H2O40.50g、MnSO4·7H2O 0.98g、KIO4 0.41g、CoCI2·6H2O 4.02g、NaH2PO4 102.00g、MgSO4·H2O6.20g、KCI 18.10g、Na2SeO3 3.00g。
8.根据权利要求3所述的针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料,其特征在于,制备方法包括:按重量份数称取各组分原料,将除鱼油以外的组分原料送入混合机中进行一次混合,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,再经过超微粉碎,达到95%以上物料通过80目筛网,然后将超微粉碎后的物料按批次送入混合机进行二次混合,混合过程添加鱼油和适量水,要求混合后的物料水分达到11.5~12%,混合均匀度变异系数要求≤5%,物料经过二次混合后进入调质工段,物料在调质器中加入饱和蒸汽,饱和蒸汽的压力为0.2~0.3MP,通过调质器主轴旋转使物料搅拌混合并充分与蒸汽和水接触,物料迅速升温到95~100℃,物料水分达到15.5%~16.5%,通过保质器延长调质时间至5~6min;经过充分熟化的物料进入制粒室,通过压辊挤压使物料从环模孔呈圆柱状挤出,通过切刀切成适当长度,挤出压缩比要求为24以上;成型的颗粒物料经过后熟化,保温45~60min,物料进一步熟化,最后的半成品经过冷却至室温,筛分去除粉末杂质,包装后即得。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的针对精养模式的南美白对虾饲料在南美白对虾养殖中的应用。
