Abstract

Description

连接装置
本发明涉及一种用于两部分可拆卸连接的连接装置,包括一能放入第一部分通道内的杯型壳体,其中,壳体内带有一带榫头的螺栓伸出第一部分沿枢轴转动,该螺栓能被放入另一部分的膛孔内,被一闩锁住,与螺栓相连的径向驱动杆穿过壳孔。
从DE4437272C2得知的该类型连接装置中,按照其第一个实施例,径向驱动杆固定连到螺栓上,于是在锁闭状态其伸出壳体产生一不平表面和糟糕的外观。如果驱动杆制造的更短允许其在锁闭状态埋入壳体,其仅能很困难的用手将其打开。
依据以上所知连接装置的第二实施例,限定在壳体孔部位螺栓形成一齿状部分,和一带有相应内齿圈的驱动杆,通过驱动杆在通道内轴向移动使该驱动杆以与螺栓的齿状部分相啮合或分离的方式来锁紧螺栓。当该实施例允许驱动杆的大的埋头在壳体孔内螺栓处于锁紧状态时,然而,由于存在轴向移动驱动杆在锁闭状态不能完全覆盖孔口的问题,通过驱动杆与螺栓的轴向运动,与螺栓互锁方式啮合及而后的解脱是很复杂的。
本发明的目的是提供一如前所述型式的连接装置,其易于用手单独安装,驱动杆在连接装置的安装位置未伸出壳体,连接装置在安装状态形成了紧凑和吸引人的外观。

按照本发明的连接装置,能够用手驱动的驱动杆通过压入一嵌入位置能很容易与螺栓互锁。当螺栓由驱动杆转至锁定位置时,其能被拉出,于是与螺栓的互锁连接解脱,螺栓沿枢轴转至一螺栓能以埋头方式被固定在壳体上的位置。
相应地,在嵌入位置,驱动杆用一伸出物与螺栓的径向或横向开口或凹槽相啮合。
按照实施例,螺栓上具有一径向柱形块,其上带有平行于螺栓的横向榫头,驱动杆的一侧弯折成U型叉被钩在榫头上,驱动杆上伸出叉柱的伸长部分与凹槽相啮合。在实施例中,驱动杆与具有前榫型端与凹槽的螺栓啮合互锁,通过U型弯折在靠近榫头的部位固定在螺栓上,以便于通过两点支撑驱动杆啮合螺栓,于是获得一好的互锁。如果该杆被拉出其互锁位置,柱形块上榫头形式是这样的,用于驱动杆的旋转销允许其转入壳体中的埋头位置。
相应地,驱动杆由大体矩形板材构成,在侧边伸出的狭窄侧柱弯折呈U型,以这种方式,它们在弯曲状态下伸出直至一位于U型之间的杆。伸出杆形成与螺栓通道啮合的榫头。
相应地,壳体孔与驱动杆的形状一致,这样,驱动杆在拉出状态下能以柱形块的榫头为枢轴转动,以使其能覆盖孔口。
驱动杆能够伸入孔中,其外部与壳体外部表面相嵌平。
相应地,螺栓沿枢轴径向伸出形成一壳整体连接销,限制螺栓的旋转。
为了锁定另一部分孔内螺栓伸出的一定长度的榫头,例如,该榫头装有螺纹。但是相应地,以从DE4437273C2得知的榫头方式偏心连到螺栓的前端,用一带有装在偏心轴上的削杆的垫圈作为锁紧片。该垫圈另外装有至少一条车削螺纹。此外,壳体装有一类似榫头的伸出物,如从DE4437273得知的装一用于支撑螺栓的偏心膛孔。
本发明的一个具体实施例通过下面的附图作了仔细地描述。

图3显示图1和图2的连接装置各元件透视和分解位置。
连接装置包括由壳体组件2,3装配成的壳体1,其中,由图3清楚地看到壳体1内的螺栓4。螺栓4由具有不同部分的一细长轴5组成。末端部分6带有螺纹7。在轴5的中部,具有同样方向和类型的螺纹8。在螺纹6,8之间,轴5支撑一横截面近似三角形的径向柱形块9,水平伸出的轴榫10装在其上部,这些都位于螺栓5的径向所述螺纹上部。另外,柱形块9,轴5具有一宽块11带有矩形槽12与柱形块9连接。图3可看到滑入槽12内壁的柱形块9的侧面。
螺纹7和柱形块9之间,轴5有一作为止动销径向伸出物13。

驱动杆16通过呈U型弯曲的水平钩17挂在柱形块9的水平榫头上。驱动杆16用一大体矩形板材弯曲而成,形成钩子17的弯折围着位于其间的经平削成榫型的矩形伸出物18。钩17被加工成弯折角,弯折角的末端逐渐缩小与驱动杆16的主体部分19相平行。矩形榫型伸出物18的形状与槽12相一致,这样伸出物在驱动杆的钩子进入柱形块9的榫头10后能被推至槽12内。U型钩子的逐渐缩小弯折足够长,以至于当驱动杆16的榫型伸出物18被完全推至槽12内,其不能滑离榫头10。在插入状态,驱动杆16以非绞合方式连接到螺栓的轴5上,于是轴能够通过支承在槽12内的驱动杆16转动,钩子17的弯折穿过柱形块9的横向榫头10。
如果驱动杆16被拉离槽12,其向外的运动被与钩17弯折部分成弓形啮合的榫头10所限定,于是驱动杆16在与螺栓4的互锁分离后以榫头10为枢轴转动。
螺栓4作为压铸件制造,例如用Zamag。
壳体1包括作为注塑成模件制造的2,3两部分。
壳体1成杯型装有一伸出块20。壳体有一中间通道21,柱形块9和带通道12的伸出物11置于其内部。在其前部和后部区域,壳体1带有与轴5上螺纹6、8相互补的部分22、23。壳体上榫形伸出物20前端有一偏心孔24,其内支承螺栓4上的圆柱形部分25。在壳体2,3的中心分隔面上装有销26和与之互补的销孔27,其在壳体部件装配中起对正和固定作用。
另外,壳体中心通道或中心孔的一侧带有一槽28,其侧面形成止动销13的支座,以限制螺栓通过驱动杆16转动。
安装连接装置时,驱动杆16在螺栓4被插入通道前用其钩型部件17挂在柱形块9的榫头10上,用壳体的一部分与另一部分压合成一整体的断面匹配法使连接装置成形。用这种方式,驱动杆装在壳体上,因为在U型部件17滑离榫头10之前,驱动杆连接壳体部件,榫头10防止任何拉出,所以脱钩是不可能的。
为达到固定目的,杯型壳体1以寻常方式插入金属板或装置的片材34的盲孔内。在此过程中,盲孔以与板34的前缘35相交的方式被使用,盲孔的相交部分被杯型壳体的前端29封闭。壳体随其榫型伸出物20伸出装置前端面35。被连接装置连接的另一部分孔的直径与壳体1的榫型伸出物20相对应。为达到安装目的,螺栓4经驱动杆16被转至图1的可视位置。在该位置,膛孔24的偏心和轴5上螺纹15的偏心布置可相互抵消,这样,螺纹15与榫型伸出物20相配合。如果螺纹件15和轴部件20被插入相互对应的孔中后,螺栓4被驱动杆16旋转90°从图1a的可视位置转至图1b的可视位置,由于车削螺纹15的一侧偏心移出榫型伸出物20的套筒部位,如图1b和1c所示。驱动杆16被拉出图1b中的位置,榫型伸出物18脱离伸出物11中的槽12,驱动杆16和榫头10被转入图1c中可视位置,在该位置,驱动杆能完全盖住通道21,与壳体1的外表面嵌成一平面。
螺纹6、8具有与螺纹15相同的螺距,这样各部分连接安装后能固定在一起,消除了其间存在的任何间隙。由图2的图2b的可视位置从箭头A方向可看出通过使驱动杆16旋转90°是如何锁定转动的。锁定后,驱动杆在箭头B方向被拉出,伸出物18离开槽12,驱动杆16在箭头B方向以榫头9为枢轴转至图1c和2d所示的封闭位置。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于将两个装配部分可拆卸连接的连接装置,它包括一个能放入第一部分通道内的杯型壳体(1),在壳体(1)内,一个带有一榫头(14,15)的螺栓(4)伸出第一部分(24)作枢轴转动,该螺栓的榫头能被放入另一部分的孔内,被一闩锁住;一个与螺栓(4)相连的径向驱动杆(16)穿过壳孔(21);驱动杆(16)可径向移动地安装在螺栓(4)上,在插入状态,与螺栓以非绞合方式互锁,在拉出状态可相对旋转。
