Description

胶粘薄膜带
本发明涉及无残留物的可再分离的粘贴用的胶粘薄膜带。
DE 3331016 C2公开了用于可再分离的胶粘带的胶粘薄膜,通过在粘贴平面的方向上拉伸胶粘薄膜使所制备的胶粘带是可分离的。用这种胶粘薄膜能获得高的粘着力和抗切强度,在不用其它的助剂下能再次分离胶粘带,这可与拉链的锁口比较或更好的与玻璃钟罩的开口比较:在把手处将橡胶密封从密封接合处揭开。但在实际中用这样的胶粘薄膜时具有明显的缺点。对此涉及需要说明的产品。这种至今还未应用的胶粘薄膜易于使接合部分彼此粘贴,使接合部分间的胶粘薄膜收缩,不再凸出,并且人们再也不能在上面拉伸,结果带来相应的失望是一种不可逆粘贴。在正确使用时,在这种情况下,拉伸胶粘薄膜断裂时,失望也同样很大:也带来不可逆的粘贴结果。可再分离的胶粘带的优点是以简单的方式能适当地通过拉伸而不损坏接合部分,改变了明显的缺点,正是该分离的接合部分持久地粘贴在一起。但大部分的胶粘带还是损坏接合部分。DE3331016 C2的发明人也公开了拉伸时的断裂的问题,对此,已引起特别的注意。因此,在第4页中部描述了拉伸力与断裂强度的一定比例,断裂负荷始终应大于拉伸力,从安全的角度考虑,拉伸力与断裂强度的比例应为1∶2~1∶3。
但实际使用表明,这种谨慎措施常常得不到满足。在无展览场地的底物的粘贴在展览结束应再分离时,由于断裂而不再剥离。例如在窗户上粘贴的日历或基督降临节装饰品。将邮件或图片固定在墙上,不久胶粘薄膜拉伸时断裂,变成不能恢复的墙装饰品。损失很大,失去了顾客。DE 3361016 C2推荐使用较厚的胶粘薄膜,但无助于防止这种断裂。DE 3714453 C1也公开了这类胶粘薄膜的应用,称之为剥离带,既不毁坏练习物体的练习分出物体,又能再取下。在该文中,也使胶粘接合的侧面伸出了舌状物6,以便在其上拉伸,并又可使粘贴再分离。实际上这种应用时也造成断裂。
DE 4222849 C1着眼于断裂问题,并建议在拉伸该薄膜的胶粘薄膜的端部涂上UW不透射的保护层作为把手。因此,从一开始就应避免由于UV射线引起的对胶粘薄膜的损坏,由于这种损坏在拉伸时产生断裂并且会继续下去。但是,同样也造成该胶粘薄膜断裂。DE423872 C2同样也描述了一种可再分离的自胶粘的挂钩,该挂钩表明在胶粘薄膜上有一个UV不透射的把手。但也造成断裂。
WO 92/11333描述了用于相应用途的胶粘薄膜,该膜具有较低弹性的支承薄膜,同时张力较高。这样的产品与上述的由纯的胶粘质组成而没有支承薄膜的产品不同,但仍存在由于没有抗断强度的支承薄膜的断裂问题。
本发明的任务是设法解决该问题。因为这个断裂问题对于由纯胶粘质组成而没有支承薄膜的胶粘薄膜是一个主要问题。
这个问题是通过胶粘薄膜带解决的,如权利要求书中所附的特征。
本发明胶粘带的主要任务以及应用技术的数据详细地描述于DE4222849 C1、DE 3331016 C2和DE 4233872 C2中,对于本发明的胶粘薄膜部分同样地使用了胶粘质和保护纸/保护薄膜。
特别是,通过把手带的压层向本发明的胶粘薄膜部分提供不胶粘的把手范围。因而作为把手带优选的是以薄的薄膜为基的材料(塑料薄膜,金属薄膜)和纸,对于要加入的胶粘质而言,这种把手带本身具有足够低的粘附力,但通常是通过对相应的胶粘质具有适当防粘的防粘涂层实现的。原则上,除了薄膜和纸之外,例如以一些称作非织造物(塑料垫、纸垫)和织物为基的同样起防粘作用的表面形成体同样也是合适的。对于成功的施用来说,重要的是对所用胶粘质应具有足够低的剥离强度。力求使剥离强度小于3N/cm,尤其小于0.3N/cm。特别是当具有极低的剥离度值的同时,如此处理的薄膜对人的皮肤的附着力和滑动摩擦系数降低。因此,在分离过程中,不能确保在所有情况下都能可靠地抓住把手。有利的方法是从一侧施加防粘涂层的把手带,在这种情况下,防粘剂一面向胶粘剂,没有防粘剂的一面背向胶粘剂侧。
通常把手带的厚度要这样选择,以致使在把手插入胶粘接合面的同时尽可能地使胶粘范围的整个表面粘贴,并确保最大的粘贴强度。尤其合适的把手带的最大厚度为保护胶粘质总厚度的20%,但优选地是保护胶粘质总厚度的10%。
为了调节面向胶粘剂一面的把手所希望的剥离强度,通常可涂覆起防粘作用的物质。得到合适的剥离强度的可举出:其中具有长链的脂肪族侧链的聚合物,如聚乙烯醇与硬脂酰异氰酸酯(聚(乙烯基硬脂酰氨基甲酸酯))的反应产物,聚乙烯亚胺与硬脂酰异氰酸酯或长链羧酸的Cr-络合物(Quilon C;Fa.Costenoble)的反应产物。特别合适的是起防粘作用的硅酮,尤其是基于交联的聚甲基硅酮和交联的聚二甲基硅酮的那些物质,在这种情况下,对于要进行粘附的胶粘质的应用而言,尤其是在混合时有可能在大的剥离强度范围调节尤其是低于1N/cm的极低的剥离强度值。因此本发明不仅可用加成固化体系,缩合固化体系而且也可通过用快速电子照射或UV射线交联的物质。实验方法
通过比较实际的粘贴(如下文描述的)确定有关的把手带的合格率。表明可用相应的实际粘贴的结果校正由下文所述的“断裂实验”的结果。实验带强度实验(实验胶粘作用):
取50mm×20mm×700μm(长×宽×厚)大小的胶粘薄膜片,在其两端有15mm×20mm大小把手的进行测试。使在标准状态下(T=23℃,50%相对湿度)存放24小时的胶粘薄膜片进行这样的粘贴,以使在第一个步骤中将胶粘带在一块钢板上全面粘贴(用2kg钢滚滚动两次),然后用另一块钢板与胶粘薄膜片的另一面粘贴(100N的压力,5秒),以使把手进入胶粘接合面中约1-2mm。将试样在40℃的循环空气干燥箱中存放24小时,然后在标准状态调节2小时。
评价在粘合分离时断裂的胶粘薄膜片数量。为了分离粘贴,用手抓住把手按粘贴平面平行的胶粘带长度方向从粘贴接合面处剥下胶粘带:实验中的剥离速率为约250mm/秒。高剥离速率时的断裂实验:

实施例
下面借助实施例描述本发明,而不应视为对其限制,所有的份数都是重量份。
实施例1
将由100份SIS橡胶(Vector 4211;Fa.Dexco),100份部分氢化的松香的季戊四醇酯(Foralyn 110;Fa.Hercules)和1份酚类的抗氧化剂(Irganox 1010;Fa.Ciba)组成的胶粘质用配有槽模的单螺杆挤出机于130℃涂覆在由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯(PETP:Hostaphan RV25)组成的在两侧用硅酮防粘涂层已涂覆的薄膜上,涂层厚度为700μm。将得到的原球体加入到60mm宽的子辊中继续加工。按DIN53504测定的胶粘质的断裂强度大于7MPa。

没有防粘涂层的把手带在快速拉伸时在把手范围内具有相同的断裂倾向。在有防粘的把手范围内,随着对胶粘质的把手带的防粘性的提高,断裂倾向显著地降低。在剥离强度非常低时,在两个把手之间的中间范围观察到断裂。
实施例3
与实施例1相似,将由50份SIS橡胶(Vector 4211;Fa.Dexco),50份SBS橡胶(Vector 4261;Fa.Dexco),100份香脂松香的季戊四醇酯(Permalyn 6110;Fa.Hercules),0.5份酚类的抗氧化剂(Irganox1076;Fa.Ciba)和0.25份TNPP(LownoxTNPP;Fa.Lowi)加工成60mm×20mm大小的70μm厚的强胶粘薄膜带,其中,在整个宽度上在两边的一端用下表所列的把手薄膜即15mm×20mm大小的把手纸粘合。

通过应用防粘纸,得到相应于实施例1明显降低的断裂。

Claims (10)

1、一种无残留物可再分离的以热塑性橡胶和有粘滞性的树脂为基的粘贴用的胶粘薄膜带,其中胶粘薄膜具有高的弹性,低的塑性,并且粘附性低于内聚性,拉伸时薄膜的粘附力消失,拉伸力与断裂强度的比例至少为1∶1.5,由此制得的胶粘带通过在胶粘平面方向上拉伸胶粘薄膜是可分离的,在带两侧的一端提供了保护层,面向胶粘薄膜侧上的该保护层是防粘的,并同时用作拉伸把手。
2、根据权利要求1的带,其中保护层是防粘薄膜或防粘纸。
3、根据权利要求1的带,其中保护薄膜的剥离强度小于3N/cm。
4、根据权利要求1的带,其中保护层是UV不透射的。
5、根据权利要求1的带,其中加入了自胶粘的物质。
6、根据权利要求1的带,在该物质中包含抗氧化剂、uv稳定剂、着色剂、填料或/其它常用助剂。
7、根据权利要求1的带,其厚度为0.2~1.2mm。
8、根据权利要求1的带,拉伸力与断裂强度的比例为1∶1.5~1∶5。
9、根据权利要求1的带,其中原料混合物是热塑成形和挤出成形的。
10、权利要求1的带的用途,该带可用于无残余物的可再分离的粘胶挂钩或其它物体,必要时,把手可以是通过可拆卸的遮光板或类似的光学保护层。
