技术领域
本发明涉及瓷器技术领域,具体地说是涉及建盏的烧制方法。
背景技术
建盏是中国陶瓷史上的一颗璀璨明珠。建盏造型美观、釉面多变,相比于其他瓷器具有独特的美,历经千年依然时尚。
建盏的主要种类有兔毫盏和油滴盏,目前所报道的制备油滴盏的方法存在如下局限性:第一、配方的选择和工艺流程不明晰,很难照此制备出油滴建盏,或制备出的建盏缺陷较多,成品率较低(一般不高于50%);第二、一般只能制备出传统油滴建盏即黑底银滴建盏,很难制备其它形态和颜色的建盏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,该烧制方法得到的建盏为饱满密集的蓝油滴建盏,新颖优美,且成品率较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将2.5-3.5重量份的红土和6-7重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过100-120目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐、拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,得到坯体;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:将15重量份的釉石、1.8-2重量份的草木灰、0.8-1.1重量份的石灰石、4-5重量份的钾长石、0.8-1重量份的铁红混合,加1.1-1.2重量倍的水,混合,粉碎,研磨,过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
(2)施釉,再将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过8.5-9.5h,从常温升温到1300-1305℃;
第二阶段:1300-1305℃保温110-120min,当保温至70-80min时,投油柴,间隔4.5-5.5min投一次,共投6-7次,每次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放38-42g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
此阶段,釉面析出油滴结晶体;
第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1180-1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1360-1365℃,1360-1365℃保温1-1.1h;当窑炉温度达到1360-1365℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放45-50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
本配方釉流动性较弱,稳定性强,易控制,不易粘底,此阶段将温度继续升高并投柴,油滴结晶体扩散、打散,油滴斑纹饱满、密集,且界线清晰,同时使釉面润泽,几乎无针眼。
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1090-1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8-8.5min投一次,共投5次,第一次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放38-40g;第二次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放35-36g;第三次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放31-32g;第四次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放27.5-28.5g;第五次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放25-26g;
本阶段,随着窑炉温度下降,投油柴量合理递减,油滴斑纹呈现湛蓝色,油滴界线呈现银蓝色,色彩深邃幽远。
第五阶段:冷却,出炉。
优选地,所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将3重量份的红土和7重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过100目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐、拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,得到坯体;

第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1365℃,1365℃保温1h;当窑炉温度达到1365℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8min投一次,共投5次,第一次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;第二次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放35g;第三次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放31g;第四次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放28g;第五次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放26g;
第五阶段:冷却,出炉。
进一步地,所述红土和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
优选地,所述草木灰通过以下方法制备:将干燥的硬木燃烧,收集灰烬,过80目筛。
更优选地,所述硬木为柞木。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述素烧采用电窑炉烧制,电窑炉温度经过6-6.5h,从常温升至800-850℃,即可断电停止加热。
优选地,步骤(2)施釉为:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留8-9s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡8-9s,所述坯体外底部不施釉;所述施釉厚度为0.9-1.1mm。
优选地,步骤(2)第一阶段为:窑炉温度经过6h,从常温匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,从1000℃匀速升温到1305℃。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明经过科学配比得到合理的配方,采用创新的烧成方式,最终获得了高品位的蓝麒麟建盏,该建盏釉面布满湛蓝色油滴斑纹,油滴斑纹饱满、密集,界线清晰,犹如麒麟身上的鳞片,典雅深邃。
2、该制备方法流程明晰,易于实施,重复性好,产品缺陷少,成品率较高。

在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所有的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将3重量份的红土和7重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过100目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐、拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,得到坯体;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:将15重量份的釉石、2重量份的草木灰、1重量份的石灰石、5重量份的钾长石、1重量份的铁红混合,加1.1重量倍的水,混合,粉碎,研磨,过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
所述红土和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
所述釉石按重量百分比主要含有以下成分:SiO2 60-63%、Al2O3 18-20%、Fe2O35-7%、CaO5-8%。
所述素烧采用电窑炉烧制,电窑炉温度经过6-6.5h,从常温升至800-850℃,即可断电停止加热。
所述草木灰通过以下方法制备:将干燥的柞木燃烧,收集灰烬,过80目筛。
(2)施釉,施釉为:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留8-9s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡8-9s,所述坯体外底部不施釉;所述施釉厚度为0.9-1.1mm。
再将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过6h,从常温匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,从1000℃匀速升温到1305℃;
第二阶段:1305℃保温120min,当保温至80min时,投油柴,间隔5min投一次,共投7次,每次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1365℃,1365℃保温1h;当窑炉温度达到1365℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8min投一次,共投5次,第一次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;第二次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放35g;第三次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放31g;第四次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放28g;第五次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放26g;
第五阶段:冷却,出炉。
参考图1,本实施例得到的蓝麒麟建盏,该建盏釉面布满湛蓝色油滴斑纹,油滴斑纹饱满、密集,界线清晰,犹如麒麟身上的鳞片,典雅深邃。
本发明所述油柴,又称为松木根、松树根,高温可剧烈燃烧。投油柴从窑炉孔投,窑炉孔只有投油柴时打开,其它时候封闭。窑炉孔的孔口直径为10-15cm。
本实施例,窑炉内部空间大小为0.1立方米,窑炉内放置10个建盏坯体,实施例1烧制出窑后得到建盏合格品8件,成品率为80%。
经过重复8次烧制,实施例1的成品率为70-90%之间。
发明人在制备建盏过程中,经过了大量的实验筛选和优选如对坯釉原料组分、焙烧过程中的烧制曲线、油柴的投入量、投入时机等等,才制备出优美、成品率较高的建盏。以下仅举几例进行说明。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(2)第四阶段,具体为:
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8min投一次,共投5次,每次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面颜色发乌发黑,不是透亮的湛蓝色,美感欠缺。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:省略步骤(2)第三阶段。
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴较小,间隔零散分布,且釉面针眼数量较多,润泽度较差。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(2)第三阶段,具体为:
第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1305℃,1305℃保温1h;当窑炉温度达到1305℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴斑纹部分间隔分布,部分连接,不均匀,且釉面针眼数量较实施例1多。
以上,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将2.5-3.5重量份的红土和6-7重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过100-120目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐、拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,得到坯体;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:将15重量份的釉石、1.8-2重量份的草木灰、0.8-1.1重量份的石灰石、4-5重量份的钾长石、0.8-1重量份的铁红混合,加1.1-1.2重量倍的水,混合,粉碎,研磨,过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
(2)施釉,再将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过8.5-9.5h,从常温升温到1300-1305℃;
第二阶段:1300-1305℃保温110-120min,当保温至70-80min时,投油柴,间隔4.5-5.5min投一次,共投6-7次,每次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放38-42g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1180-1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1360-1365℃,1360-1365℃保温1-1.1h;当窑炉温度达到1360-1365℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放45-50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1090-1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8-8.5min投一次,共投5次,第一次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放38-40g;第二次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放35-36g;第三次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放31-32g;第四次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放27.5-28.5g;第五次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放25-26g;
第五阶段:冷却,出炉。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将3重量份的红土和7重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过100目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐、拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,得到坯体;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:将15重量份的釉石、2重量份的草木灰、1重量份的石灰石、5重量份的钾长石、1重量份的铁红混合,加1.1重量倍的水,混合,粉碎,研磨,过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
(2)施釉,再将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过9h,从常温升温到1305℃;
第二阶段:1305℃保温120min,当保温至80min时,投油柴,间隔5min投一次,共投7次,每次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第三阶段:窑炉温度下降至1200℃时,窑炉通电,经过0.5h匀速升温至1365℃,1365℃保温1h;当窑炉温度达到1365℃时,投一次油柴,此次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;保温结束后,断电停止加热;
第四阶段:窑炉温度下降至1095℃时,投油柴,间隔8min投一次,共投5次,第一次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;第二次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放35g;第三次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放31g;第四次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放28g;第五次油柴的投放量为每0.1立方米的窑炉空间投放26g;
第五阶段:冷却,出炉。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:所述红土和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
4.如权利要求3所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:所述草木灰通过以下方法制备:将干燥的硬木燃烧,收集灰烬,过80目筛。
5.如权利要求4所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:所述硬木为柞木。
6.如权利要求3所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述素烧采用电窑炉烧制,电窑炉温度经过6-6.5h,从常温升至800-850℃,即可断电停止加热。
7.如权利要求3所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)施釉为:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留8-9s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡8-9s,所述坯体外底部不施釉;所述施釉厚度为0.9-1.1mm。
8.如权利要求2所述的蓝麒麟建盏的烧制工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)第一阶段为:窑炉温度经过6h,从常温匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,从1000℃匀速升温到1305℃。
