背景技术
封边条的主要功能是对板材的断面进行固封,达到免受环境和使用过程中的不利因素(主要为水分)对板材的破坏和阻止板材内部的甲醛挥发,同时达到装饰美观的效果。家具封边条是对家具板材的断面进行保护、装饰、美化的材料,它可以使一件家具显现木纹清晰、色彩缤纷的整体效果。封边条制备时一般都是通过基材与辅料混合后,进行烘干,再通过挤塑机挤成片状的封边条片材,然后冷却收卷,收卷完成后,再将收卷后的封边条片材根据所需裁切成不同宽度的封边条即可。
现有的封边条一般都是采用PVC材质制成。PVC封边其主要原料为聚氯乙稀,加入各种助剂,如增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、染料等,经过混炼压制进而得到的热塑卷材。但PVC封边条的硬度较差,较脆易折,在家具生产搬运中易撞坏,因此为增加PVC封边条的硬度,光泽度,可以采用PETG膜复合于PVC片材上形成PETG与PVC的复合封边条,使其具有硬度高,在家具生产搬运中不易撞坏的缺陷。
但目前在PVC片材上复合PETG膜时,一般都是直接在PVC片材涂胶,然后粘接PEGT膜,但对PVC与PETG进行涂胶复和后,PVC片材与PETG膜之间容易开裂,难以保证封边条长期的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了提高PVC片材与PETG膜复合的强度,本申请提供一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统。

一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,包括依次设置的PVC片材挤塑机、压纹冷却组件、PETG覆膜组件、保护膜覆膜裁边组件、涂胶组件以及收卷架,所述PETG覆膜组件包括覆膜底座一,所述覆膜底座一上侧转动连接有多根能够通入冷却水的传送辊,多根所述传送辊上套设有能够承接并输送PVC片材的传送带,所述覆膜底座一的上侧固接有长度方向垂直于传送带传送方向的横梁,所述横梁上固接有PETG原液加热箱,所述加热箱的下侧固接有长度方向与横梁长度方向相同的喷流排管,所述喷流排管的与加热箱连通,所述喷流排管的下端沿其长度方向固接有多个喷流嘴。
通过采用上述技术方案,经过PVC片材挤塑机将PVC片材挤出成型后,PVC片材进入压纹冷却组件能够形成压纹冷却后的片材,然后压纹冷却后的PVC片材进入PETG覆膜组件的底座时,PVC片材传送至传送带上侧,多根传送辊带动传送带传送,同时,通过通入冷却水至传送辊内,能够保持PVC片材的冷却,当PVC片材传送至加热箱下侧时,加热箱内的PETG原液进入喷流排管,再通过喷流排管下侧的喷流嘴喷出至PVC片材上,由于通过传送带与传送辊对PVC片材冷却能够减少PVC片材变形且加速喷至PVC片材表面的PETG原液冷却,从而形成覆盖PVC片材的PETG膜,实现了PVC片材与PETG膜的热复合,增加了PVC片材与PETG膜的复合强度。
优选的,压纹冷却组件包括与覆膜底座一长度方向相同的冷却底座,所述冷却底座远离覆膜组件的一端转动连接有与传送带转动方向相同的支撑辊,所述冷却底座对应支撑辊的上侧转动连接有轴线方向与支撑辊轴线方向相同的压纹辊,所述压纹辊的周面均匀固接有若干凸纹,所述冷却底座靠近覆膜组件的一侧还转动连接有多根能够通入冷却水的冷却辊,多根冷却辊的轴线方向与压纹辊的轴线方向相同。

通过采用上述技术方案,当裁完废边的封边条片材传送至涂胶底座时,通过涂胶辊与压持辊之间传送,而涂胶辊的下侧浸没于胶液槽内,随涂胶辊的转动即可将胶液挂设于涂胶辊表面,然后,随涂胶辊的继续转动,即可将涂胶辊表面的胶液挂设于封边条片材远离PETG膜的一侧,实现涂胶,而通过调节匀胶板与涂胶辊之间的间隙,可以调节涂胶辊表面的胶液量,保证封边条片材涂胶的均匀性,采用的电热板与电热棒,则可以避免胶液冷却凝固,保证封边条片材的涂胶质量,进而当封边条片材的胶液冷却后,可以成型涂覆有热熔胶的封边条片材,进而免去了后续在封边条与板材拼接时的涂胶,提高了涂胶的效率。
优选的,所述匀胶板的下侧趋向远离涂胶辊的方向倾斜向下设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,当匀胶板从涂胶辊上刮下胶液后,胶液能够随匀胶板倾斜的下侧快速流下至胶液槽内。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.经过PVC片材挤塑机将PVC片材挤出成型后,PVC片材进入压纹冷却组件能够形成压纹冷却后的片材,然后压纹冷却后的PVC片材进入PETG覆膜组件的底座时,PVC片材传送至传送带上侧,多根传送辊带动传送带传送,同时,通过通入冷却水至传送辊内,能够保持PVC片材的冷却,当PVC片材传送至加热箱下侧时,加热箱内的PETG原液进入喷流排管,再通过喷流排管下侧的喷流嘴喷出至PVC片材上,由于通过传送带与传送辊对PVC片材冷却能够减少PVC片材变形且加速喷至PVC片材表面的PETG原液冷却,从而形成覆盖PVC片材的PETG膜,实现了PVC片材与PETG膜的热复合,增加了PVC片材与PETG膜的复合强度;
2.通过PVC片材挤塑组件挤出的PVC片材将首先进入支撑辊与压纹辊之间进行传送,此时由于PVC片材刚从PVC片材挤塑机挤出,温度较高,硬度降低,因此压纹辊表面的凸纹压设于PVC片材后,PVC片材的表面能够形成凹纹,然后PVC片材继续依次绕过各冷却辊进行冷却,可以实现PVC片材的冷却成型,进而在PVC片材进入覆膜组件时,PETG原液喷至PVC片材时,可以直接覆盖于压纹上,提高PETG膜与PVC片材的结合强度,且能够成型不同图案的封边条,增加封边条的装饰性;
3.当PVC片材喷上PETG原液后,随传送带的传送,PVC片材直接送至架体下侧,从而通过多个冷风机对PVC片材进行冷却,从而实现PETG膜的成型。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-5对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统。
参照图1,一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,包括依次设置的PVC片材挤塑机1、压纹冷却组件2、PETG覆膜组件3、保护膜覆膜裁边组件4、涂胶组件5以及收卷架6。工作时,首先通过PVC片材挤塑机1完成PVC片材的挤出,然后挤出的PVC片材进入压纹冷却组件2,完成PVC片材的压纹冷却,接着压纹完成的PVC片材进入PETG覆膜组件3,实现PETG膜与PVC片材的复合成型形成封边条片材,然后,封边条片材再进入保护膜覆膜裁边组件4,实现将保护膜覆于封边条片材PETG膜的一侧并裁除封边条片材两侧的废边,裁边覆保护膜完成的封边条片材再进入涂胶组件5,使封边条片材未覆保护膜的一侧涂热熔胶,最后等待热熔胶冷却后,直接通过收卷架6对封边条进行收卷。
参照图2,PVC片材挤塑机1为现有技术不再赘述,压纹冷却组件2包括设置于PVC片材挤塑机1出料端的冷却底座21,冷却底座21的长度方向与PVC片材的传送方向相同,冷却底座21靠近PVC片材挤塑机1的一端转动连接有水平设置的支撑辊22,支撑辊22的轴线方向垂直于冷却底座21的长度方向,冷却底座21对应支撑辊22的一端固接有能够驱动支撑辊22转动的驱动电机,冷却底座21对应支撑辊22的上侧转动连接有压纹辊23,压纹辊23的轴线方向与支撑辊22轴线方向相同,压纹辊23的周面均匀固接有若干凸纹,压纹辊23与支撑辊22之间形成出料间隙,冷却底座21对应压纹辊23远离PVC片材挤塑机1的一端转动连接有多根一端能够通入冷却水的冷却辊24,多根冷却辊24的轴线方向与压纹辊23的轴线方向相同。
工作时,PVC片材挤塑机1挤出PVC片材,然后,PVC片材将首先进入支撑辊22与压纹辊23之间进行传送,此时由于PVC片材刚从PVC片材挤塑机1挤出,温度较高,硬度降低,因此压纹辊23表面的凸纹压设于PVC片材后,PVC片材的表面能够形成凹纹,然后PVC片材继续依次绕过各冷却辊24进行冷却,可以实现PVC片材的冷却成型。
参照图1和图3,PETG覆膜组件3包括覆膜底座一31,覆膜底座一31的长度方向与冷却底座21的长度方向相同,覆膜底座一31上侧转动连接有多根能够通入冷却水的传送辊32,传送辊32的轴线方向垂直于覆膜底座一31的长度方向,一传送辊32的端部固接有齿轮一321,覆膜底座一31对应齿轮一321的一侧固接有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴固接有啮合于齿轮一321的齿轮二322。多根传送辊32上套设有传送带33,传送辊32采用不锈钢辊,且传送带33采用不锈钢带。覆膜底座一31靠近冷却底座21一的一端转动连接有送料辊331,送料辊331位于传送带33上侧,且送料辊331的轴线方向与传送辊32的轴线方向相同,当冷却成型的PVC片材送至PETG覆膜组件3时,PVC片材进入送料辊331与传送之间,驱动电机带动传送辊32转动,从而带动传送带33转动,即可实现PVC片材的传送,同时,通过通入冷却水至传送辊32内,能够保持PVC片材的冷却。
覆膜底座一31的两侧中部均固接有竖直设置的立梁311,两立梁311之间水平设置有横梁34,横梁34的长度方向垂直于覆膜组件一的长度方向,且横梁34的两端竖直滑移连接于立梁311,两横梁34上均固接有竖直设置的升降缸312,升降缸312的伸缩杆朝上设置并固接于横梁34,横梁34上固接有能够对PETG原液加热至溶液状态的加热箱35,加热箱35的外表面均固接有电热板,加热箱35的下侧固接有长度方向与横梁34长度方向相同的喷流排管351,喷流排管351的外侧固接有能够对喷流排管351加热的电热套,喷流排管351的上端与加热箱35连通,喷流排管351的下端沿其长度方向固接有多个喷流嘴352,喷流排管351对应各喷流嘴352的上侧均设置有调节阀。
当PVC片材传送至加热箱35下侧时,加热箱35内的PETG原液进入喷流排管351,再通过喷流排管351下侧的喷流嘴352喷出至PVC片材上,由于通过传送带33与传送辊32对PVC片材冷却能够减少PVC片材变形且加速喷至PVC片材表面的PETG原液冷却,从而形成覆盖PVC片材的PETG膜,实现了PVC片材与PETG膜的热复合,增加了PVC片材与PETG膜的复合强度。
覆膜底座一31远离送料辊的一端上侧固接有架体36,架体36能够罩设传送带33的上侧,架体36的上侧固接有水平设置的冷风机361。当PVC片材喷上PETG原液后,随传送带33的传送,PVC片材直接送至架体36下侧,从而通过多个冷风机361对PVC片材进行冷却,从而实现PETG膜的成型。
参照图4,保护膜覆膜裁边组件4包括与覆膜底座一31长度方向相同的覆膜底座二41,覆膜底座二41内转动连接有多根水平设置的牵引辊42,多根牵引辊42的轴线方向垂直于覆膜底座二41的长度方向,覆膜底座二41靠近覆膜底座一31的一端两侧均竖直固接有支撑板411,支撑板411上转动连接有与牵引辊42轴线方向相同的覆膜辊43,覆膜辊43位于牵引辊42的上方,覆膜辊43的一端固接有齿轮三431,覆膜底座二41的上侧固接有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴固接有齿轮四432,齿轮四432啮合于齿轮三431。
覆完PETG膜的PVC片材形成封边条片材通过覆膜底座一31传送至覆膜底座二41的多个牵引辊42上传送时,将覆膜辊43上侧的保护膜抽出,覆盖至封边条片材的上侧,然后,随封边条片材的依次连续绕过各牵引辊42,继续传送,保护膜会通过牵引辊42压紧于封边条片材表面,再通过保护膜与封边条片材的静电,从而使保护膜吸附于封边条片材的表面,同时驱动电机驱动齿轮四432转动,通过齿轮三431带动覆膜辊43转动,可以使覆膜辊43随封边条片材的传送而同步转动,完成封边条片材的覆保护膜。
覆膜底座二41的中部固接有与牵引辊42轴线方向相同的支撑柱44,支撑柱44的两端均滑移连接有滑架441,滑架441上均固接有裁切刀442,滑架441上螺纹连接有端部能够抵接支撑柱44的顶紧螺栓443,覆膜底座二41对应支撑柱44靠近覆膜辊43一侧的两端位置均设置有限位板45,限位板45均竖直设置且其长度方向垂直于支撑柱44的长度方向,限位板45均套设于多根牵引辊42外周面,两限位板45相互远离的一侧均转动连接有与牵引辊42轴线方向相同的调节螺柱46,调节螺柱46穿过覆膜底座二41并螺纹连接于覆膜底座二41。
当覆完保护膜的封边条片材在覆膜底座二41上传送时,两限位板45能够保证封边条片材的定位传送,然后,封边条片材经过支撑柱44时,通过支撑柱44两端的裁切刀442即可对封边条片材的两侧边进行裁切,实现封边条片材侧边废料的裁切。
参照图5,涂胶组件5包括长度方向垂直于覆膜底座二41长度方向的涂胶底座51,涂胶底座51上水平固接有内存热熔胶液的胶液槽52,胶液槽52的底面下侧固接有电热板,涂胶底座51对应胶液槽52的上侧转动连接有外缘下侧浸入胶液槽52的涂胶辊53,架体36对应涂胶辊53的一端固接有驱动电机,驱动电机能够驱动涂胶辊53的转动。涂胶底座51对应涂胶辊53的上侧转动连接有与涂胶辊53轴线方向相同的压持辊54,压持辊54与涂胶辊53之间形成送料间隙。工作时,涂胶辊53的下侧浸没于胶液槽52内,通过驱动电机驱动涂胶辊53转动,将胶液挂设于涂胶辊53表面,此时,裁边完成的封边条片材通过涂胶辊53与压持辊54之间传送时,涂胶辊53即可将胶液挂设于封边条片材的下侧,即未覆盖保护膜的一侧。
架体36对应胶液槽52上侧设置有匀胶板55,匀胶板55的长度方向与涂胶辊53的长度方向相同,且匀胶板55设置于涂胶辊53的一侧,涂胶底座51对应匀胶板55的两端位置均开设有长度方向垂直于匀胶板55长度方向的滑槽511,匀胶板55的两端均滑移连接于滑槽511内,涂胶底座51对应一滑槽511的位置固接有螺杆一512,匀胶板55的一端螺纹连接于螺杆一512,螺杆一512的一端延伸出架体36并固接有手轮,匀胶板55的下侧趋向远离涂胶辊53的方向倾斜向下设置。
转动螺杆一512带动匀胶板55运动,调节匀胶板55与涂胶辊53之间的间隙,可以调节涂胶辊53表面的胶液量,其次,当匀胶板55从涂胶辊53上刮下胶液后,胶液能够随匀胶板55倾斜的下侧快速流下至胶液槽52内。
涂胶辊53内部中空设置,且涂胶辊53远离驱动机构的一端敞口设置,匀胶板55的内部中空设置,且匀胶板55远离驱动机构的一端敞口设置,涂胶辊53以及匀胶板55内均插设有电热棒。通过加热棒,可以避免涂胶辊53表面与匀胶板55表面的热熔胶凝固,保证封边条片材的涂胶。
收卷架6为现有技术,不再赘述,最终冷却的封边条片材通过收卷架6进行收卷,完成封边条片材的加工,当需要加工封边条时,将封边条片材根据所需加工封边条的宽度裁切成细窄的封板条即可。
本申请实施例一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,的实施原理为:工作时,PVC片材挤塑机1挤出PVC片材,然后,PVC片材将首先进入支撑辊22与压纹辊23之间进行传送,此时由于PVC片材刚从PVC片材挤塑机1挤出,温度较高,硬度降低,因此压纹辊23表面的凸纹压设于PVC片材后,PVC片材的表面能够形成凹纹,然后PVC片材继续依次绕过各冷却辊24进行冷却,可以实现PVC片材的冷却成型。
当冷却成型的PVC片材送至PETG覆膜组件3时,PVC片材进入送料辊与传送之间,驱动电机带动传送辊32转动,从而带动传送带33转动,即可实现PVC片材的传送,同时,通过通入冷却水至传送辊32内,能够保持PVC片材的冷却,当PVC片材传送至加热箱35下侧时,加热箱35内的PETG原液进入喷流排管351,再通过喷流排管351下侧的喷流嘴352喷出至PVC片材上,由于通过传送带33与传送辊32对PVC片材冷却能够减少PVC片材变形且加速喷至PVC片材表面的PETG原液冷却,从而形成覆盖PVC片材的PETG膜,实现了PVC片材与PETG膜的热复合,增加了PVC片材与PETG膜的复合强度,当PVC片材喷上PETG原液后,随传送带33的传送,PVC片材直接送至架体36下侧,从而通过多个冷风机361对PVC片材进行冷却,从而实现PETG膜的成型。最终冷却的封边条片材通过收卷架6进行收卷,完成封边条片材的加工,当需要加工封边条时,将封边条片材根据所需加工封边条的宽度裁切成细窄的封板条即可

Claims (8)

1.一种PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,包括依次设置的PVC片材挤塑机(1)、压纹冷却组件(2)、PETG覆膜组件(3)、保护膜覆膜裁边组件(4)、涂胶组件(5)以及收卷架(6),其特征在于:
所述PETG覆膜组件(3)包括覆膜底座一(31),所述覆膜底座一(31)上侧转动连接有多根能够通入冷却水的传送辊(32),多根所述传送辊(32)上套设有能够承接并输送PVC片材的传送带(33),传送辊(32)采用不锈钢辊,且传送带(33)采用不锈钢带;
所述覆膜底座一(31)的上侧固接有长度方向垂直于传送带(33)传送方向的横梁(34),所述横梁(34)上固接有PETG原液加热箱(35),
所述加热箱(35)的下侧固接有长度方向与横梁(34)长度方向相同的喷流排管(351),所述喷流排管(351)的与加热箱(35)连通,所述喷流排管(351)的下端沿其长度方向固接有多个喷流嘴(352);
压纹冷却组件(2)包括与覆膜底座一(31)长度方向相同的冷却底座(21),所述冷却底座(21)远离覆膜组件的一端转动连接有与传送带(33)转动方向相同的支撑辊(22),所述冷却底座(21)对应支撑辊(22)的上侧转动连接有轴线方向与支撑辊(22)轴线方向相同的压纹辊(23),所述压纹辊(23)的周面均匀固接有若干凸纹,所述冷却底座(21)靠近覆膜组件的一侧还转动连接有多根能够通入冷却水的冷却辊(24),多根冷却辊(24)的轴线方向与压纹辊(23)的轴线方向相同;
所述覆膜底座一(31)对应加热箱(35)远离压纹冷却组件(2)的一端上侧固接有能够罩设传送带(33)上侧的架体(36),所述架体(36)的上侧固接有水平设置的冷风机(361)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,其特征在于:所述喷流排管(351)对应各喷流嘴(352)的上侧均设置有调节阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,其特征在于:覆膜底座一(31)对应横梁(34)的两侧均竖直设置有立梁(311),所述横梁(34)的两端均竖直滑移连接于立梁(311),所述立梁(311)上均竖直固接有升降缸(312),所述升降缸(312)的伸缩杆朝上设置并固接于横梁(34)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,其特征在于:所述传送带(33)为不锈钢传送带(33)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,其特征在于:所述保护膜覆膜裁边组件(4)包括与覆膜底座一(31)长度方向相同的覆膜底座二(41),所述覆膜底座二(41)内转动连接有多根牵引辊(42),所述覆膜底座二(41)靠近覆膜底座一(31)的一端两侧均竖直固接有支撑板(411),所述支撑板(411)上转动连接有与牵引辊(42)轴线方向相同的覆膜辊(43),所述覆膜辊(43)位于牵引辊(42)的上方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PETG复合封边条片材的制备系统,其特征在于:所述覆膜底座二(41)的中部固接有与牵引辊(42)轴线方向相同的支撑柱(44),所述支撑柱(44)的两端均设置有能够沿其轴线方向运动的裁切刀(442),所述覆膜底座二(41)对应支撑柱(44)靠近覆膜辊(43)一侧的两端位置均设置有限位板(45),所述限位板(45)均竖直设置且其长度方向垂直于支撑柱(44)的长度方向,所述限位板(45)均套设于多根牵引辊(42)外周面。
