Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置,其特征在于由空压机、储气罐、干燥机、冷干机、一级空气过滤、二级空气过滤和精密过滤器依次连接组成,精密过滤器使用不锈钢输气管连接到生产线的粉碎设备。本发明的优点在于:利用空压机制气进储气罐,在进入冷干机冷却压缩气中的水分并排出,在进入一级过滤器过滤,再进入干燥机二次干燥压缩气和高温杀菌,最后压缩气通过二级过滤进入生产线,不仅改善了三氯蔗糖的外观,而且提高了生产效率和降低了能源消耗,改善工作环境。

技术领域:
本发明涉及食品添加剂的生产设备,特别涉及一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置。
背景技术:
三氯蔗糖作为一种新型的甜味食品添加剂,它比蔗糖、糖精、AK糖、阿斯巴甜、甜叶菊苷等更具优点,它安全性高、性能稳定,是一种新型的高质量、非营养型高效甜味剂,是肥胖症、心血管疾病和糖尿病患者食品的最佳理想甜味替代品;也属于精细化工产品领域,是食品添加剂的分支产品。它不仅在保健食品和医药中的应用范围迅速扩大,而且广泛应用于烘烤食品、饮料、口香咖啡、乳制品、冷冻点心、冰淇淋、布丁、果冻、果酱、糖浆等300多种加工制品中,目前已被市场广泛接受并成为最受欢迎的高倍甜味剂之一
但是三氯蔗糖生产过程中制气工艺和设备技术老旧严重制约着三氯蔗糖行业的发展。但生产的三氯蔗糖,大部分为粉末三氯蔗糖,需要对其进行粉碎,才能进入下道工序。现有的制气设备只能单一的制气无法杜绝压缩空气中的微生物和水,生产出的气体经检测微生物超指标,检测数据明显不合格。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术存在缺点,提供的一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置,其特征在于由空压机、储气罐、干燥机、冷干机、一级空气过滤、二级空气过滤和精密过滤器依次连接组成。
进一步的,精密过滤使用不锈钢输气管连接到生产线的粉碎设备。
利用空压机制气进储气罐,在进入冷干机冷却压缩气中的水分并排出,再进入一级过滤器过滤,在进入干燥机二次干燥压缩气和高温杀菌,最后压缩气通过二级过滤进入生产线。
上述技术方案中,所述的设备空压机、储气罐、干燥机、冷干机、一级空气过滤、二级空气过滤和精密过滤器均是公知产品。
本发明的优点在于:
利用空压机制气进储气罐,在进入冷干机冷却压缩气中的水分并排出,在进入一级过滤器过滤,再进入干燥机二次干燥压缩气和高温杀菌,最后压缩气通过二级过滤进入生产线,不仅改善了客户对产品的形象,而且提高了生产效率和降低了能源消耗,扩大了销售范围,改善工作环境,给公司带来经济效益。

具体实施方式:
一、如图1所示,本发明提供的一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置,其特征在于由空压机1、储气罐2、干燥机3、冷干机4、一级空气过滤5、二级空气过滤6和精密过滤器7,它们通过管道依次连接组成,精密过滤使用不锈钢输气管8连接到生产线的粉碎设备9。
以下是本发明的主要设备列表及其工艺参数工艺过程:
利用空压机制气进储气罐,在进入冷干机冷却压缩气中的水分并排出,在进入干燥机二次干燥压缩气和高温杀菌,最后压缩气通过三级过滤进入生产线。

1、当空压机制气公称容积流量9.88m³/min,首先进入储气罐,压缩空气然后进入冷干机冷却压缩气中的水分并排出(额定处理量22Nm³/min)。
2、压缩空气再进入一级过滤器经行过滤,随后进入干燥机二次干燥压缩气和高温杀菌,最后压缩气通过一、二级空气过滤器和精密空气过滤器,通过精密空气过滤器所连接的不锈钢输气管进入生产线中的粉碎设备,洁净的压缩空气推动设备对物料粉碎。
二、以下是新旧工艺工艺结果对照表,如杂质、微生物含量的对比。

由上述列表可以看出,本发明的设备工艺的检测结果,要大幅优于老旧工艺设备的结果。

1.一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置,其特征在于由空压机、储气罐、干燥机、冷干机、一级空气过滤、二级空气过滤和精密过滤器依次连接组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于三氯蔗糖粉碎的压缩空气制气装置,其特征在于:精密过滤器使用不锈钢输气管连接到生产线的粉碎设备。
