钢琴轴架的是钢琴部件中非常重要的连接件,在安装保养或拆卸等过程中,轴架的拆卸十分的繁琐而原因在于轴架的轴针孔内填充有保护轴针的衬套,该衬套先多使用进口羊呢绒制成,价格昂贵且在拆装过程中极容易损坏并且呢制材料不耐腐蚀不耐潮湿,极容易吸水膨胀损坏这大大增加了钢琴的后期保养成本,本发明提供的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺方法简单、能够灵活的制造多种不同型号的产品,热稳定性好成品率高且价格便宜减小的生产成本。

一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套及其加工工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及聚四氟乙烯衬套领域,尤其设计一种聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套,特别是涉及一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套及其加工工艺。
背景技术:
钢琴轴架的是钢琴部件中非常重要的连接件,在安装保养或拆卸等过程中,轴架的拆卸十分的繁琐而原因在于轴架的轴针孔内填充有保护轴针的衬套,该衬套先多使用进口羊呢绒制成,价格昂贵且在拆装过程中极容易损坏并且呢制材料不耐腐蚀不耐潮湿,极容易吸水膨胀损坏这大大增加了钢琴的后期保养成本。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有问题,而提供一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套及其加工工艺。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套,其特征在于:包括以分散聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末为原料,经过曲线烧结、加压和切割安装处理后,制得外径2.48㎜-2.52㎜,内径1.26㎜-1.30㎜的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套。
作为优选的技术方案,曲线烧结处理、加压处理和切割安装处理包括以下步骤:
S1、预热:加热温度至120℃,对衬套模具表面进行干燥处理;
S2、称重:按量称取聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末;
S3、制备:将步骤S2中称取的聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末加入衬套模具中,加热温度至250℃,加入碳纤维材料混合均匀,所述碳纤维材料与所述步骤S2中称取的聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末材料的质量比为1:10;
S4、加压:完成步骤S3的混合后,将模具温度加热至300℃,增加模具内压力至100-200Mpa;
S5冷却:释放模具内压至标准大气压,将温度从300℃加热至375℃后,保持20分钟,后将模具风冷降温2-4小时;
S6:切割:将经过步骤S5后冷却所得的聚四氟乙烯材料根据需要尺寸进行切割;
S7:安装:将经过步骤S6后所得的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套表面涂上环氧树脂并穿入钢琴轴架轴针孔内,等待15-20小时。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S4的增压时间为1.5小时。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S5在加热温度至345℃时加入与碳纤维等量的浓度在10%-17%的石蜡剂。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S5根据适配轴架型号的不同,所述聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套的宽度在2.5㎜-3.0㎜之间。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S7中环氧树脂包括环氧树脂A胶与环氧树脂B胶,将A胶与B胶以3:1的分配比混合。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S7的等待时间为20小时。
本发明至少包含以下有益效果:
1、本发明提供的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺方法简单、能够灵活的制造多种不同型号的产品,热稳定性好成品率高且价格便宜减小的生产成本。
2、本发明所述的钢琴轴架轴针衬套相比于传统的呢制衬套,具有更好的灵敏度及中心度,在传动机打过程中可以在琴键终端给予弹奏着更加丝滑的手感及更加优质的音效。
3、本发明所述的钢琴轴架轴针衬套相比于传统的呢制衬套更加耐磨稳定,不受环境影响在潮湿的环境下不会损坏大大减小了后期的维护成本。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
本发明以聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末为原料,加入碳纤维材料,在热压模具中加工成型,在330℃,压力120Mpa,加入浓度为10%的石蜡剂用于方便出模,最后切割制得外径2.48mm,内径1.26mm,宽度2.50mm的钢琴轴架轴针衬套。
实施例2
本发明以聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末为原料,加入碳纤维材料,在热压模具中加工成型,在375℃,压力200Mpa,加入浓度为17%的石蜡剂用于方便出模,最后切割制得外径2.52mm,内径1.30mm,宽度3.00mm的钢琴轴架轴针衬套。
以上所述只是用于理解本发明的方法和核心思想,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以分散聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末为原料,经过曲线烧结、加压和切割安装处理后,制得外径2.48㎜-2.52㎜,内径1.26㎜-1.30㎜的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套,所述曲线烧结处理、加压处理和切割安装处理包括以下步骤:
S1、预热:加热温度至120℃,对衬套模具表面进行干燥处理;
S2、称重:按量称取聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末;
S3、制备:将步骤S2中称取的聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末加入衬套模具中,加热温度至250℃,加入碳纤维材料混合均匀,所述碳纤维材料与所述步骤S2中称取的聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末材料的质量比为1:10;
S4、加压:完成步骤S3的混合后,将模具温度加热至300℃,增加模具内压力至100-200Mpa;
S5冷却:释放模具内压至标准大气压,将温度从300℃加热至375℃后,保持20分钟,后将模具风冷降温2-4小时;
S6:切割:将经过步骤S5后冷却所得的聚四氟乙烯材料根据需要尺寸进行切割;
S7:安装:将经过步骤S6后所得的聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套表面涂上环氧树脂并穿入钢琴轴架轴针孔内,等待15-20小时。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的增压时间为1.5小时。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5在加热温度至345℃时加入与碳纤维等量的浓度在10%-17%的石蜡剂。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于聚四氟乙烯的钢琴轴架轴针衬套的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5根据适配轴架型号的不同,所述聚四氟乙烯钢琴轴架轴针衬套的宽度在2.5㎜-3.0㎜之间。
