背景技术
“柴米油盐酱醋茶”开门七件事中,酱料占有一席重要的地位。一道美味佳肴,除了用料新鲜、烹调得法之外,佐以合适的酱料,更是锦上添花。因此,酱料碟也成为餐桌上必不可少的餐具之一。常见的酱料如醋、酱油、番茄酱等,比起普通的食材来讲相对其酸碱度更大,所以对于用来盛放酱料的陶瓷餐具的耐腐蚀性要求也更高。而对日用陶瓷餐具来讲,判断质量的优劣,外观色泽则居首要地位,除颜色釉制品应具有匀净均一的色泽外,绝大多数制品是白色,高级细瓷要求釉面光润、色泽纯正,白度不低于70%。而且,由于酱料大多具有流动性和一定的透明度,提高酱料碟的白度,不仅可以提高其层次感,装入酱料后也会显得更加高档美观。

提供一种超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟釉料,其重量份数组成:硼钙石5~8份,角闪石3~6份,脉石英9~15份,透辉石7~10份,符山石11~16份,磷灰石5~9份,纳米硅酸锆3~8份。
提供一种超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟,制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体:按重量份数取橄榄石0.3~0.6份,蛋白石8~12份,镁质粘土14~19份,水滑石15~21份,氧化锆0.5~0.9份,纳米硅酸锆4~8份,氧化钴0.05~0.08份,萤石3~6份,双飞粉3~7份,骨粉9~13份,混合后以料:球:水=1:2:0.4~0.7入球磨研磨6~8h,将研磨所得泥浆除铁,陈腐48~72小时后,过300目筛成坯泥备用;

(2)制备釉料:按重量份数取釉料,混合均匀,以料:球:水=1:2:0.5入球磨研磨至细度为200目筛筛余0.5%;
(3)将坯泥注浆成型为酱料碟坯体,干燥后1200℃素烧2h,保温30min后,自然冷却至室温,备用;
(4)在坯体上以浸釉形式施釉,施釉厚度为0.8mm,干燥后入窑1050℃烧制4h,保温3h,自然冷却。
测试例
对实施例1~3、对比例1~2进一步进行性能的测试:

耐磨损:用重量浓度为8%的洗洁精溶液,3M百洁布负重2kgf,来回摆动记为1次,每300次更换百洁布,磨损10000次后观察其釉层表面变化状况。
耐盐:将重量浓度为8%食用盐溶液分别加入放置有前述实施例和对比例的容器中,食用盐溶液没过酱料碟,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾20min后保温浸泡24h,试验结束后将酱料碟清洗干净,观察其釉层表面变化状况。
耐酸:将食用白醋分别加入放置有前述实施例和对比例的容器中,白醋没过酱料碟,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾20min后保温浸泡24h,试验结束后将酱料碟清洗干净,观察其釉层表面变化状况。
测试结果如表1所示:

由此可见,本发明所制得的酱料碟白度大于86%,且具有较高的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性。

2.一种超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟釉料,其特征在于,其重量百分比组成:硼钙石5~8份,角闪石3~6份,脉石英9~15份,透辉石7~10份,符山石11~16份,磷灰石5~9份,纳米硅酸锆3~8份。
3.一种超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟,其特征在于,所述超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体:按重量份数取橄榄石0.3~0.6份,蛋白石8~12份,镁质粘土14~19份,水滑石15~21份,氧化锆0.5~0.9份,纳米硅酸锆4~8份,氧化钴0.05~0.08份,萤石3~6份,双飞粉3~7份,骨粉9~13份,混合后以料:球:水=1:2:0.4~0.7入球磨研磨6~8h,将研磨所得泥浆除铁,陈腐48~72小时后,过300目筛成坯泥备用;
(2)制备釉料:按重量份数取硼钙石5~8份,角闪石3~6份,脉石英9~15份,透辉石7~10份,符山石11~16份,磷灰石5~9份,纳米硅酸锆3~8份,混合均匀,以料:球:水=1:2:0.65~0.85入球磨研磨至细度为300目筛筛余0.05%后除铁,备用;
(3)将坯泥注浆成型为酱料碟坯体,干燥后800~1000℃素烧2~4h,保温30min后,自然冷却至室温,备用;
(4)在坯体上施釉,干燥后入窑还原焰950~1050℃烧制4~6h,保温2~3h,自然冷却,得到超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的施釉方法为浸釉法。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超白耐腐蚀陶瓷酱料碟,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的施釉厚度为0.8~1.3mm。
