本发明公开了一种日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:(1)坯料制备;(2)釉料制备;(3)成型修坯;(4)施釉;(5)烧成。本发明的方法能够适用于各种颜色窑变产品的生产,窑变效果好,产品合格率可高达98%以上,提高了产品质量的同时,大幅降低了生产成本。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体地说是一种日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法。
背景技术
[0002] 日用陶瓷的外观装饰方式有釉下贴花、釉上贴花、手彩、印彩等装饰方式,随人们 生活水平的提高,越来越多的人崇尚自然,窑变釉的瓷器花面变化莫测,自然美观、色彩丰 富,受到了人们的喜爱。但由于窑变釉对烧制气氛、釉料配置、窑中温度要求极高,造成产品 合格率不尚,成品极少。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,通过配 方设计和控制烧制工艺,能够大量烧制各种窑变产品,提高产品合格率,提升市场竟争力。
[0004] 本发明的日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤: (1)坯料制备 取高岭土 44重量份、球土 7重量份、长石20重量份、石英15重量份、膨润土 3重量份、紫木 节土 5重量份、废弃陶瓷6重量份作为还料的原料; 将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁后过200目筛,经 除铁过筛后的原料通过压滤机压滤成泥块,将泥块通过练泥机进行练泥,制备出质量含水 率为21 — 23%的坯料备用; ⑵釉料制备 取基釉85重量份、氧化镁5重量份、氧化钙4重量份、氧化锆4重量份、锆白2重量份、稻草 灰5重量份、堇青石10重量份作为釉料的原料; 一一上述基釉是化工色釉,具体可以是天青釉、钧红釉、雪花釉等; 将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁,经除铁后原料 过32〇目筛,经过筛原料用清水调配成浓度为52波美度的釉料备用; (3) 成型修坯 取上述备用的坯料,采用滚压成型机进行滚压成型;采用日用陶瓷生产的常规修坯工 艺,对成型坯体表面进行修整; (4) 施釉 对经修整后的坯体进行施釉,施釉采用浸釉方法,坯体浸入浓度为52波美度的釉液中 浸泡4一5秒钟,使产品表面吸附釉液,形成厚度为〇. 4—0.5mm的釉层; (5) 烧成 将经施釉坯体置于隧道窑内采用氧化气氛按以下程序烧成: A•将窑炉温度于4小时内由常温升温至1230°C烧成2小时; B•以200°C/小时的速度降温至400°C,再保温30分钟; C •以300°C/小时的速度升温至1230°C继续烧成2小时; D •以20 °C/小时的速度升温至1280 °C,最后用1小时降温至1230 °C继续烧成2小时; E.窑炉自然降温至常温,制得产品。 ^

具体实施方式

Claims (3)

1.日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤: (1) 坯料制备 取高岭土 44重量份、球土 7重量份、长石20重量份、石英15重量份、膨润土 3重量份、紫木 节土 5重量份、废弃陶瓷6重量份作为还料的原料; 将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁后过2⑻目筛,经 除铁过筛后的原料通过压滤机压滤成泥块,将泥块通过练泥机进行练泥,制备出质量含水 率为21 — 23%的坯料备用; (2) 釉料制备 取基釉85重量份、氧化镁5重量份、氧化钙4重量份、氧化锆4重量份、锆白2重量份、稻草 灰5重量份、堇青石10重量份作为釉料的原料; 一一上述基釉是化工色釉; 将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁,经除铁后原料 过320目筛,经过筛原料用清水调配成浓度为52波美度的釉料备用; (3) 成型修坯 取上述备用的坯料,采用滚压成型机进行滚压成型;采用日用陶瓷生产的常规修坯工 艺,对成型坯体表面进行修整; (4) 施釉 对经修整后的坯体进行施釉,施釉采用浸釉方法,坯体浸入浓度为52波美度的釉液中 浸泡4一5秒钟,使产品表面吸附釉液,形成厚度为〇. 4—0.5mm的釉层; (5) 烧成 将经施釉坯体置于隧道窑内采用氧化气氛按以下程序烧成: A. 将窑炉温度于4小时内由常温升温至1230°C烧成2小时; B. 以200°C/小时的速度降温至40(TC,再保温30分钟; C. 以300 °C/小时的速度升温至1230 °C继续烧成2小时; D. 以20°C/小时的速度升温至1280°C,最后用1小时降温至1230°C继续烧成2小时; E. 窑炉自然降温至常温,制得产品。
2. 权利要求1所述生产方法,其特征在于,所述基釉是天青釉、钧红釉或雪花釉。
