Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The shapes and sizes of the various elements in the drawings are not to scale and are merely intended to illustrate the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario includes a launch state detection apparatus 100 and a plurality of cooking devices (in fig. 1, the number of the plurality of cooking devices is 3, for example), such as a first cooking device 101, a second cooking device 102, and a third cooking device 103.
Referring to fig. 1, the release state detecting device 100 is connected to the first cooking apparatus 101, the second cooking apparatus 102, and the third cooking apparatus 103 (the connection mode may be wireless connection, or wired connection, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto). After the target food material (e.g., tomato) is determined by the throwing state detection apparatus 100, a cooking device (target cooking device) corresponding to the target food material may be determined from the three cooking devices. Specifically, the putting state detection apparatus 100 may determine, according to a matching relationship between pre-stored food materials and cooking devices, that the cooking device corresponding to the target food material is the target cooking device. For example, the putting state detection device 100 may prestore matching relationships between food materials and cooking devices, for example, tomato matches the first cooking device 101, beef matches the second cooking device 102, and crucian matches the third cooking device 103. When the user selects the target food material as the tomato, the throwing state detecting device 100 may determine that the target cooking apparatus is the first cooking apparatus 101.
Optionally, after the putting state detection device 100 determines that the first cooking device 101 is the target cooking device, the putting state detection device 100 obtains target temperature change information in the first cooking device 101, and determines the putting state of the target food material according to the target temperature change information and a preset policy. For example, the preset strategy may be to pre-store a corresponding relationship between the temperature change information and the food material throwing state in the throwing state detection device 100 to determine the throwing state of the target food material.
Alternatively, there are many ways to acquire the temperature change information in the first cooking apparatus 101. For example, a temperature measuring device (which is set by a manufacturer of the first cooking apparatus 101 before the first cooking apparatus 101 is shipped) may be disposed in the first cooking apparatus 101, and the temperature measuring device may detect temperature change information in the first cooking apparatus 101. For another example, the first cooking apparatus 101 may be connected to a separate temperature detection device (e.g., an infrared temperature detection device) that detects temperature variation information in the first cooking apparatus 101.
It should be noted that the temperature change information in the first cooking apparatus 101 may be temperature change information of the first cooking apparatus 101, or may be temperature change information of liquid in the first cooking apparatus 101, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic structural diagram of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first cooking apparatus 101 may employ one or more thermocouples to monitor the temperature. The first cooking apparatus 101 may mount a first thermocouple 1 between an outer surface and an inner surface, a second thermocouple 2 at a bottom of a pan, and a third thermocouple 3 in the inner surface. The first cooking apparatus 101 may connect the first thermocouple 1, the second thermocouple 2, and the third thermocouple 3 to the on-handle processing circuit 4 along an external arrangement connection line (not shown in fig. 2). When the first cooking appliance 101 is heating, the first thermocouple 1, the second thermocouple 2, and the third thermocouple 3 may transmit the generated electric signals to the processing circuit 4, calculate the temperature inside the first cooking appliance 101 by the processing circuit 4 according to the electrically received signals, and calculate the temperature change information of the first cooking appliance 101 according to the change rule of the temperature with time. Wherein the first thermocouple 1 measures a temperature close to the inner surface of the cooking apparatus 200, the second thermocouple 2 measures a temperature close to the outer surface of the cooking apparatus 200, and the third thermocouple 3 measures a temperature close to the temperature of the liquid contained in the cooking apparatus 200.
In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the throwing state detection device can determine the throwing state of the food materials before the next step, so that the problems of fire and the like caused by the empty food materials in a pot can be solved in time, and the cooking effect of the food materials is improved.
The following describes a process of detecting the discharge state of the target food material by the discharge state detection device 100.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting food material distribution status according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method may be applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 1 or a similar application scenario, and if the method is applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the method is executed by the delivery status detection apparatus 100 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, determining target cooking equipment of the target food material.
Alternatively, when the user determines a cooking menu (the user may input the menu in the drop state detection device 100), the drop state detection device may acquire cooking menu information. The cooking menu information comprises cooking food material type information and food material distribution sequence information. The throwing state detection device can determine all food materials to be cooked according to the cooking food material type information. For example, tomato scrambled eggs may contain tomatoes, eggs, chopped onions, etc. The food material throwing sequence information can be that the tomatoes are firstly put, then the eggs are put, and finally the chopped green onions are put.
Alternatively, the feeding state detection device may determine the target food material according to the food material feeding sequence information and the food material already fed into the target cooking device. For example, taking a tomato scrambled egg cooking menu as an example, when the feeding state detection device detects that the currently fed food material is a tomato, the feeding state detection device may determine that the second fed food material is the target food material according to the food material feeding sequence information (first feeding a tomato, then feeding an egg, and finally feeding chopped green onion) of the tomato scrambled egg cooking menu.
Optionally, the release state detecting device may determine, according to a matching relationship between a pre-stored food material and a cooking device, that the cooking device corresponding to the target food material is the target cooking device. The matching relationship between the food material and the cooking device may be self-learned by the throwing state detection device (continuing to use the foregoing example as an example, if the throwing state detection device detects that the thrown food material is a tomato and the tomato is thrown to the first cooking device, the throwing state detection device establishes a corresponding selection between an egg and the first cooking device), or may be set by the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The dropping state detecting device may determine, according to a matching relationship between the food materials and the cooking devices, that the cooking device corresponding to the target food material is the target cooking device (assuming that the corresponding relationship is self-learning of the dropping state detecting device, and continuing to take the foregoing example as an example, when the target food material is an egg, the dropping state detecting device determines that the target cooking device corresponding to the egg is the first cooking device). Exemplarily, please refer to table 1, which is a matching relationship between a food material and a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in table 1, when the feeding state detection device determines that the target food material is a tomato, the feeding state detection device may determine that the cooking device 1 is the target cooking device according to the matching relationship between the food materials and the cooking devices in table 1.
S302, obtaining target temperature change information in the target cooking equipment.
Alternatively, after the target cooking device is determined by the discharge state detecting means, the discharge state detecting means may determine target temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature inside the target cooking device (the target temperature detecting means is used to detect a temperature of a heated position of the target cooking device. For example, a plurality of temperature detection devices may be provided in the smart kitchen, and the food material feeding state device may select one temperature detection device from the plurality of temperature detection devices as the target temperature detection device. The plurality of temperature detection devices may be the same type of temperature detection device or different types of temperature detection devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. After the target temperature detection device detects the target temperature of the cooking equipment, the target temperature can be sent to the putting state detection device.
For example, the discharge state detection device may obtain a temperature in the target cooking device detected by the target temperature detection device during a discharge period of the target food material (a time period from when the target food material is not discharged into the target cooking device to when the target food material is discharged into the target cooking device). The putting state detection device can determine a target temperature change rate (namely target temperature change information) in the target cooking equipment according to a temperature change rule of the temperature along with the time. For example, the putting state detection device may receive the temperature and the time corresponding to the temperature sent by the target temperature detection device, and the putting state detection device may calculate the target temperature change rate in the target cooking device according to the temperature and the time corresponding to the temperature (the temperature change rule of the time). Of course, the target temperature change rate in the target cooking device may also be calculated by the target temperature detection device according to a temperature change rule of temperature and time, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
S303, determining the feeding state of the target food material according to the target temperature change information and a preset strategy.
Specifically, S303 may be implemented in two processes. The first process is as follows: the putting state detection device determines prestored temperature change information. The second process is as follows: and the feeding state detection device determines the feeding state of the target food material corresponding to the target temperature change information according to the target temperature change information and the corresponding relationship between the pre-stored temperature change information and the food material feeding state.
The first process is described below: before cooking in a cooking menu, a throwing state detection device obtains the pre-cooking temperature in target cooking equipment during the target food material throwing period under the same cooking condition; the same cooking condition is that the current cooking condition is the same as the pre-stored cooking condition.
In the target food material feeding period, the temperature of the target cooking device is different from the temperature of the target cooking device when the target food material is fed. Therefore, storing the preset temperature or the preset temperature range of the target cooking device during the target food material serving period can be realized. The preset temperature change information may be a preset temperature change rate which is a change rule of the temperature of the pre-cooking temperature along with time.
The second process is described below:
the release state detection device determines a pre-stored temperature change rate range; comparing the target temperature change information with a pre-stored temperature change rate range; and if the target temperature change information is in the range of the prestored temperature change rate, determining that the target food material is thrown. And if the target temperature change information is lower than the pre-stored temperature change rate range, determining that the target cooking equipment is in an empty state or the target food material amount in the target cooking equipment is lower than the pre-input target food material amount. For example, the temperature change rate range corresponding to the thrown state of the target food material may be stored in the thrown state detection device in advance. The throwing state detection device can compare the target temperature change information of the target food material with a pre-stored temperature change rate range, and if the target temperature change information is lower than the pre-stored temperature change rate range, the target cooking equipment is determined to be in an empty state, or the target food material amount in the target cooking equipment is determined to be lower than the pre-thrown target food material amount.
The working process after the feeding state detection device determines the feeding state of the target food material is described below.
Alternatively, after the discharge state detection device determines the discharge state of the target food material, the discharge state of the target food material may be sent to the state indication device. The state indicating device indicates the state of the target cooking device by any change of light, vibration, display and sound. The state indicating device may be disposed in the target cooking device, or placed in the state detecting device, or may be an independent device separated from the target cooking device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, after the feeding state detection device determines the feeding state of the target food material, the feeding state detection device may further transmit the feeding state of the target food material to the control device (such as a mobile phone). The control device can drive the next cooking step according to the throwing state of the target food material. For example, the control device may drive the cooking device to cook the target food material (or the target food material and other food materials that have been dispensed before the target food material is dispensed) according to the dispensed state of the target food material.
Optionally, after the feeding state detection device determines the feeding state of the target food material, the feeding state detection device may further send the feeding state of the target food material to the alarm device, so that the alarm device outputs first prompt information (for prompting the current feeding state of the target food material). For example, when the alarm device receives that the target food material is in the empty state, the alarm device may output first prompt information (which may be voice information or text information) for reminding the user that the current target food material is in the empty state. In this way, the user can know the target food material throwing state, so that problems (such as fire, pot burning and the like caused by free discharge) caused by forgetting the target food material throwing by the user can be avoided.
Optionally, after the target food material is determined to be in the releasing state by the releasing state detecting device, the releasing state detecting device may obtain the releasing time of the target food material (the length of time that the target food material has been released), and compare the releasing time of the target food material with the predicted releasing time (the predicted releasing time may be pre-stored by the releasing state detecting device or may be set by the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention), so as to determine whether the releasing time of the target food material is accurate. If the target food material throwing time is inaccurate, outputting second prompt information (which can be voice information or character information) for prompting the user that the target food material throwing time is wrong, so that the user can adjust the target food material throwing time in time, and the problem that the cooking effect of the target food material is poor due to the fact that the target food material is wrong is solved.
Optionally, after the target food material throwing state is determined by the throwing state detecting device, the next cooking step is determined according to the target food material throwing state. And the throwing state detection device executes the next cooking step when the preset time length after the target food material throwing state is determined is reached. For example, taking a tomato scrambled egg as an example, when the throwing state detection device determines that the target food material (such as tomato) is not thrown, the next cooking step is determined to be the throwing of tomato. For another example, when the throwing state detection device determines that the throwing time of the target food material (such as tomatoes) reaches a predetermined time, the next cooking step (for example, egg throwing) is performed.
As can be seen from the above description, in the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, the target cooking device of the target food material is determined by the throwing state detection apparatus; the method comprises the steps that a throwing state detection device obtains target temperature change information in target cooking equipment; and the throwing state detection device determines the throwing state of the target food material according to the target temperature change information and a preset strategy. By the mode, the throwing state detection device can detect the throwing state of the food materials in time, the problem caused by empty food materials is avoided as much as possible, and the cooking effect of the food materials is improved.
