本发明属于涂层材料技术领域,特别涉及一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,电子产品如电脑、液晶电视、智能手机等普及率越来越高,人们对其性能以及外观的要求也越来越高;而在电子产品的生产、运输以及使用过程中,电子产品的表面极易附着指纹或污物,从而影响产品美观,且长时间之后也容易出现生锈腐蚀现象,进而影响产品性能。
此外,电子产品在使用过程中,由于经常被人手触碰,或与其他物品接触,从而极易导致致病细菌的积累,进而导致细菌的繁殖和传播,影响用户的身体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材。该抗菌基材具有二氧化硅膜层、抗菌涂层以及防指纹涂层,其具有较好的抗菌效果和防指纹抗污功能,且其抗菌涂层和防指纹涂层与基材的结合力大,涂层的耐磨性好,不易脱落,从而保证抗菌、防指纹功能的持久性。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,包括基材、设置在基材表面的二氧化硅膜层、设置于二氧化硅膜层上的抗菌涂层和设置于抗菌涂层上的防指纹涂层;
所述抗菌涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:水性环氧树脂40~60份、纳米抗菌剂5~10份、填料20~30份、润湿分散剂0.5~1.5份、去离子水15~20份;
所述防指纹涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:氟碳树脂40~50份、疏水改性粒子5~10份、粒子分散剂1~3份、溶剂45~65份;所述疏水改性粒子是利用钛酸钾晶须-二氧化硅复合粒子经氨基硅油改性制得。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的基材表面通过真空镀膜的方式镀覆一层二氧化硅膜层,该二氧化硅膜层作为抗菌涂层的预处理打底层,二氧化硅膜层与基材之间形成较强的结合力,并且二氧化硅膜也形成一个粗糙结构面,如此,二氧化硅膜层与基材之间的结合力以及二氧化硅膜层的粗糙度使得抗菌涂层与基材之间具有良好的结合力,从而可以防止抗菌涂层以及抗菌涂层上的防指纹涂层脱落,提高了抗菌和防指纹功能的持久性。
(2)本发明的防指纹涂层采用了氟碳树脂和特制的疏水改性粒子形成,其中的氟碳树脂表面能较低,疏水性能好,其又可作为成膜剂,与疏水改性粒子配合形成超疏水的防指纹涂层;其中的疏水改性粒子是利用钛酸钾晶须-二氧化硅复合粒子经氨基硅油改性制得,钛酸钾晶须与SiO2粒子结合,可以形成超疏水的微观结构,氨基硅油可利用其极性增强钛酸钾晶须和SiO2粒之间的结合力,且氨基硅油在涂层中本身由于其甲基基团可以形成伞状结构,从而具有很强的疏水性;因此,钛酸钾晶须、二氧化硅粒子以及氨基硅油配合形成的疏水改性粒子具有极好的疏水性,从而可以与氟碳树脂配合,形成超疏水的涂层,使得该涂层具备防指纹和抗污功能;此外,钛酸钾晶须和二氧化硅均具有较好的刚性和强度,从而可以提高防指纹涂层的耐磨性,防止防指纹涂层的脱落,提高防指纹涂层的功能持久性。

其中的抗菌涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:水性环氧树脂50份、纳米银离子抗菌剂8份、硫酸钡粉30份、润湿分散剂1.5份、去离子水15份;
其中的防指纹涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:氟碳树脂45份、疏水改性粒子8份、粒子分散剂2份、乙醇45份;疏水改性粒子的具体制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,包括PC基材、设置在PC基材表面的二氧化硅膜层、设置于二氧化硅膜层上的抗菌涂层和设置于抗菌涂层上的防指纹涂层;其中的二氧化硅膜层是通过真空镀膜的方式镀覆在基材上;抗菌涂层和防指纹涂层均是通过喷涂法制得。
其中的抗菌涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:水性环氧树脂60份、纳米银离子抗菌剂10份、重晶石粉20份、润湿分散剂1.5份、去离子水20份;
其中的防指纹涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:氟碳树脂50份、疏水改性粒子10份、粒子分散剂3份、乙醇65份;疏水改性粒子的具体制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例1-3的复合抗菌基材应用于电子产品后,产品表面的水滴角均≥110°,可达到防指纹、防油污、耐刮擦效果;且产品表面对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌率均大于99.5%。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:包括基材、设置在基材表面的二氧化硅膜层、设置于二氧化硅膜层上的抗菌涂层和设置于抗菌涂层上的防指纹涂层;
所述抗菌涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:水性环氧树脂40~60份、纳米抗菌剂5~10份、填料20~30份、润湿分散剂0.5~1.5份、去离子水15~20份;
所述防指纹涂层的制备原料按照质量份数包括以下组分:氟碳树脂40~50份、疏水改性粒子5~10份、粒子分散剂1~3份、溶剂45~65份;所述疏水改性粒子是利用钛酸钾晶须-二氧化硅复合粒子经氨基硅油改性制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述基材为玻璃基材、PC基材或金属基材中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅膜层是通过真空镀膜的方式镀覆在基材上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述抗菌涂层和防指纹涂层均是通过喷涂法制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌剂为纳米银离子抗菌剂、纳米氧化锌抗菌剂、纳米氧化钛抗菌剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:抗菌涂层中的填料选自重晶石粉、硫酸钡粉、滑石粉、云母粉中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述钛酸钾晶须-二氧化硅复合粒子是利用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米二氧化硅负载于钛酸钾晶须上制得。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防指纹功能的复合抗菌基材,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯或乙醇。
