Abstract
本发明提供一种涂层结构,其包括一底漆层,及一位于该底漆层上的面漆层,该面漆层中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒,其中,该纳米氧化物颗粒选自二氧化钛、锌氧化物、氧化铝、硅氧化物及其混合物,其直径为20~200nm。该纳米氧化物颗粒可以吸收紫外线,防止底漆层受紫外线照射而老化。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种涂层结构,尤其涉及一种含有纳米氧化物的涂层结构。
【背景技术】
随着社会发展,科技进步,人们生活水平日益提高,人们对于工业产品,尤其是3C产品,如手机、计算机以及家用电器等的外观要求愈来愈高。对于其表面涂层,既要求具有优异的机械性能,还要求具有良好的表面修饰性。
传统涂层的主要成分为树脂类材料,树脂类材料具有优良的致密性,然而,树脂材料也极易受紫外线照射而老化,最终将导致该涂层剥离而难以达成预期的效用。
有鉴于此,提供一种可防止树脂类材料受紫外线照射而老化的涂层结构实为必要。
【发明内容】
下面将以具体实施例说明一种可防止树脂类材料受紫外线照射而老化的涂层结构。
一种涂层结构,其包括一底漆层;及一位于该底漆层上的面漆层,该面漆层中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒;其中,该纳米氧化物颗粒的直径为20~200nm。
与现有技术相比,所述的涂层结构,其面漆层中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒,该纳米氧化物颗粒可以吸收紫外线,防止底漆层受紫外线照射而老化。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细说明。
请参见图1,一种涂层结构100,其包括:一底漆层110,及一位于该底漆层110上的面漆层120,其中,面漆层120中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒122,该纳米氧化物颗粒122的粒径为20~200nm。
所述纳米氧化物颗粒122可为二氧化钛(TiO2)、锌氧化物(ZnOx)、氧化铝(Al2O3)、硅氧化物(SiOx)中的一种或其混合物,本实施例中,纳米氧化物颗粒122为TiO2及Al2O3的混合物。
其中,所述面漆层的组分及其重量百分比为:树脂类材料85~99%、纳米氧化物颗粒1~15%。
优选的,所述面漆的组分及其重量百分比为:树脂类材料98~99%、纳米氧化物颗粒1~2%。
其中,面漆层中树脂类材料选自硅树脂及含氟素侧链的压克力树脂,本实施例中,该树脂材料采用硅树脂。
其中,所述面漆层120的厚度为5~25μm。
所述底漆层110的材质可选用环氧树脂、双酚树脂或聚酯树脂等树脂类材料,本实施例中,底漆层110的材质为环氧树脂。
其中,所述底漆层110的厚度为10~30μm。
所述涂层结构100还包括一基底130,所述底漆层110及面漆层120顺次位于该基底130上。所述基底130可为3C产品的壳体部件,包括手机、计算机及家用电器的壳体部件。该基底130的材质可选用镁合金、铝合金、铁基合金及塑料,本实施例中,该基底130为手机外壳,其材料采用镁合金。
与现有技术相比,本实施例所提供的涂层结构100,其面漆层120中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒122,该纳米氧化物颗粒122可以吸收紫外线,防止紫外线照射到底漆层110上而使底漆层的树脂类材料老化;另外,纳米氧化物颗粒TiO2及ZnOx不仅具有吸收紫外线功能,还具有光触媒、杀菌、消毒以及除臭等功能;Al2O3不仅具有吸收紫外线功能,还可以提高涂层结构的机械强度。
Claims (11)
1.一种涂层结构,其包括:
一底漆层;及
一位于该底漆层上的面漆层,该面漆层中包含有若干纳米氧化物颗粒;
其中,该纳米氧化物颗粒的粒径为20~200nm。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化物颗粒选自二氧化钛、锌氧化物、氧化铝、硅氧化物及其混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述面漆层的组分及重量百分比为:树脂类材料85~99%、纳米氧化物颗粒1~15%。
4.如权利要求3所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述面漆层的组分及重量百分比为:树脂类材料98~99%、纳米氧化物颗粒1~2%。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述树脂类材料选自硅树脂及含氟素侧链的压克力树脂。
6.如权利要求1、3或4所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述面漆层厚度为5~25μm。
7.如权利要求1所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述底漆层的材质为树脂类材料。
8.如权利要求7所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述树脂类材料选自环氧树脂、双酚树脂或聚酯树脂。
9.如权利要求1或7项所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述底漆层厚度为10~30μm。
10.如权利要求1所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述涂层结构还包括一基底,所述底漆层及面漆层顺次位于该基底上。
11.如权利要求10所述的涂层结构,其特征在于,所述基底的材质选自镁合金、铝合金、铁基合金及塑料。
