Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于摇枕侧架的喷涂装置及其工艺。包括移动悬挂积放链,悬挂积放链上等间隔设置悬挂链小车,每台小车对称设置两悬挂点,悬挂积放链两侧设置喷涂机器人,密闭空间底部设置有涂料回收装置,摇枕或侧架为水平悬挂;工艺包括:采用双防爆涂装机器人进行自动喷涂,机器人分列悬挂积放链下方工件两侧,喷涂作业时,工件水平双点悬挂并通过悬挂积放链停顿保持静止状态,在规定时间内完成摇枕或侧架的表面喷涂;本发明利用悬挂积放链和涂装机器人喷涂装置完成摇枕或侧架的涂装,采用工件水平正向双点悬挂方式、涂装机器人布局在摇枕侧架两侧,涂装时工件静置等工艺内容,提升了摇枕侧架涂装质量;喷涂装置还将废气进行催化燃烧处理排放。

Description

一种用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置及其工艺
技术领域
本发明属于铁路车辆设备生产加工技术领域,尤其属于铁路车辆配件表面喷涂处理生产加工技术领域,特别涉及一种用于铸钢摇枕、侧架的涂装装置及其喷涂工艺。
背景技术
目前铁道车辆铸钢转向架的摇枕、侧架采用工件在工件长度方向竖直斜向单点悬挂方式,人工进行高压无气喷涂作业或往复机喷涂,在喷涂期间,工件随循环链同时缓慢向前移动。因工件长度可达2.6m,将工件在长度方向竖直斜向单点悬挂后,工件一高一低的两端喷涂不能完全均匀覆盖,涂装期间工件呈运动状态造成喷涂漆膜不均,流挂严重,漏喷面积多。涂装后必须安排人工对摇枕侧架外表面漏喷涂区域进行人工补漆。同时采用高压无气喷涂工艺漆雾飞散严重,油漆浪费量大,人工作业环境恶劣。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足公开了一种用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置及其工艺。本发明目的是提供一种能够实现全面、均匀、污染更小的全自动摇枕、侧架的涂装装置及其喷涂工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置,涂装装置设置于密闭空间内,其特征在于:包括穿过密闭空间中心上方的移动悬挂积放链,悬挂积放链上等间隔悬挂设置悬挂链小车,每台悬挂链小车沿悬挂积放链纵向设置并在小车前后对称设置两悬挂点;悬挂积放链两侧设置喷涂机器人,密闭空间底部设置有涂料回收装置。
所述悬挂链小车前后对称设置的两悬挂点之间的距离大于摇枕或侧架上用于悬挂联接点之间的距离,摇枕或侧架为水平悬挂。
本发明还公开了一种用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:采用上述涂装装置,包括以下方法步骤:
采用双防爆涂装机器人进行自动喷涂,机器人分列悬挂积放链下方工件两侧,喷涂作业时,工件水平双点悬挂并通过悬挂积放链停顿保持静止状态;在规定时间内完成摇枕或侧架的表面喷涂;
悬挂方式是:摇枕选取正位状态上平面两孔为悬挂点,侧架选取正位状态两端孔为悬挂点,摇枕、侧架共用挂具悬挂链小车。
所述摇枕、侧架涂装工艺采用空气辅助喷嘴及喷涂工艺喷涂摇枕或侧架。
本发明有益性:利用悬挂积放链和涂装机器人喷涂装置完成摇枕或侧架的涂装,本发明在于与原人工喷涂、工件斜向单点悬挂且喷涂过程中工件动态移动涂装方式相比,新涂装工艺设计了工件水平正向双点悬挂方式、涂装机器人布局在摇枕侧架两侧,涂装时工件静置等工艺内容,提升了摇枕侧架涂装质量。实现了减少人工、提高涂料利用率减少浪费、改善现场作业环境等目的。
本发明摇枕、侧架静置喷涂时,喷涂系统封闭空间利用上送风下排风将废气与漆雾通过4级干式漆雾过滤后,将VOCs废气进行催化燃烧处理排放。催化燃烧废气,废气燃烧后利用管道将燃烧热能输送到烘干室利用热能。烘干室两端设置风幕向烘干室内吹,抑制热气外溢。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明,具体实施方式是对本发明原理的进一步说明,不以任何方式限制本发明,与本发明相同或类似技术均没有超出本发明保护的范围。
用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置,涂装装置设置于密闭空间内,包括穿过密闭空间中心上方的移动悬挂积放链9,悬挂积放链9上等间隔悬挂设置悬挂链小车3,每台悬挂链小车3沿悬挂积放链9纵向设置并在小车前后对称设置两悬挂点7;悬挂积放链9两侧设置喷涂机器人4,密闭空间底部设置有涂料自清洗回收装置1。
悬挂链小车3前后对称设置的两悬挂点7之间的距离大于摇枕或侧架 5上用于悬挂联接点之间的距离,摇枕或侧架5为水平悬挂。
采用上述涂装装置,包括以下方法步骤:
采用双防爆涂装机器人4进行自动喷涂,机器人4分列悬挂积放链9 下方工件两侧,喷涂作业时,工件水平双点悬挂并通过悬挂积放链9停顿保持静止状态;在规定时间内完成摇枕或侧架5的表面喷涂;
悬挂方式是:摇枕选取正位状态上平面两孔为悬挂点7,侧架选取正位状态两端孔为悬挂点7,摇枕、侧架共用挂具悬挂链小车3。
摇枕、侧架涂装工艺采用空气辅助喷嘴及喷涂工艺喷涂摇枕或侧架。
采用空气辅助喷嘴及喷涂工艺喷涂摇枕或侧架,喷涂工艺喷涂水性清漆或醇酸清漆喷涂参数是:干膜厚度大于30μm;
上部喷涂:流量90-110ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
中部喷涂:流量90-110ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
下部喷涂:流量90-110ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
补枪喷涂:流量60-90ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.5-0.8bar。
喷涂工艺喷涂有色漆参数是:干膜厚度大于60μm:
上部喷涂:流量100-150ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
中部喷涂:流量100-150ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
下部喷涂:流量100-150ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.1-0.8bar;
补枪喷涂:流量80-100ml/s;雾化0.1-0.8bar;扇形0.5-0.8bar。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置,涂装装置设置于密闭空间内,其特征在于:包括穿过密闭空间中心上方的移动悬挂积放链,悬挂积放链上等间隔悬挂设置悬挂链小车,每台悬挂链小车沿悬挂积放链纵向设置并在小车前后对称设置两悬挂点;悬挂积放链两侧设置喷涂机器人,密闭空间底部设置有涂料回收装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述小车前后对称设置的两悬挂点之间的距离大于摇枕或侧架上用于悬挂联接点之间的距离,摇枕或侧架为水平悬挂。
3.一种用于摇枕、侧架的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:采用权利要求1或2所述的涂装装置,包括以下方法:
采用双防爆涂装机器人进行自动喷涂,机器人分列悬挂积放链下方工件两侧,喷涂作业时,工件水平双点悬挂并通过悬挂积放链停顿保持静止状态;在规定时间内完成摇枕或侧架的表面喷涂;
悬挂方式是:摇枕选取正位状态上平面两孔为挂点,侧架选取正位状态两端孔为挂点,摇枕、侧架共用挂具。
