Abstract

本发明公开一种防火透气服装布料,其中布料的制备过程如下:步骤1:将一定量的甲氧基苯胺加入无水乙醇中,得到溶液;步骤2:称取一定量的聚异氰酸酯加入氢氧化钠,然后降温至室温析出晶体后进行过滤。步骤3:将步骤2制备苯二甲酸同时加入反应容器中,然后向其中加入聚乙二醇,然后出料得到接枝聚酯纤维;步骤4:将步骤3物体加入丙酮中,然后对产物进行过滤后除去催化剂,对产物进行蒸发结晶,得到氨基化聚酯;步骤5:将步骤4制备的溶于的丙酮溶液中,同时向其中加入步骤1制备的溶液。使得制备的布料具有一定的防火性能,并且制备的布料是先将纱线进行防火上浆然后进行纺织,制得的布料纱线之间有间隙,具有良好的透气性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装布料技术领域,具体涉及一种防火透气服装布料。
背景技术
消防队员来说在灭火的同时无可避免的要与火接触,而随身穿戴的衣物由于具有较高的可燃性,对消防队员的生命造成威胁,现有的消防服均是由防火防火面料制备,不仅质量较重,同时为了达到防火的效果一般衣服都不透气,在防火面料制备过程中通常是通过在面料上浆时加入防火剂,达到防火的效果,面料之间的间隙被阻隔,进而造成布料不透气的情况,同时在不同温度下,人体的适应温度有一定限制,因此不能确认环境中人体忍受的极限温度,容易造成生命危险。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决服装布料中的技术问题。为此,本发明提出一种防火透气服装布料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防火透气服装布料,步骤1:将一定量的甲氧基苯胺加入无水乙醇中,等待5h,结晶得到溶液;步骤2:称取一定量的聚异氰酸酯加入氢氧化钠,然后降温至室温析出晶体后进行过滤。步骤3:将步骤2制备聚异氰酸酯和对苯二甲酸同时加入反应容器中,然后向其中加入聚乙二醇,然后出料得到接枝聚酯纤维;步骤4:将步骤3制备的聚酯纤维加入丙酮中,然后对产物进行过滤后除去催化剂,对产物进行蒸发结晶,得到氨基化聚酯;步骤5:将步骤4制备的氨基化聚酯溶于的丙酮溶液中,同时向其中加入步骤1制备的溶液。
优选的,制备的线浸渍在制备的溶剂中3-5分钟,然后捞出后在50℃的烘干室中进行烘干。
优选的,烘干后的线在纺织机上进行纺织得到防火透气布料。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构后,使得制备的布料具有一定的防火性能,并且制备的布料是先将纱线进行防火上浆然后进行纺织,制得的布料纱线之间有间隙,具有良好的透气性能。
具体实施方式

进一步的,制备的线浸渍在制备的溶剂中3-5分钟,然后捞出后在50℃的烘干室中进行烘干。
进一步的,烘干后的线在纺织机上进行纺织得到防火透气布料。

1.一种防火透气服装布料,其特征在于:步骤1:将一定量的甲氧基苯胺加入无水乙醇中,等待5h,结晶得到溶液;步骤2:称取一定量的聚异氰酸酯加入氢氧化钠,然后降温至室温析出晶体后进行过滤。步骤3:将步骤2制备聚异氰酸酯和对苯二甲酸同时加入反应容器中,然后向其中加入聚乙二醇,然后出料得到接枝聚酯纤维;步骤4:将步骤3制备的聚酯纤维加入丙酮中,然后对产物进行过滤后除去催化剂,对产物进行蒸发结晶,得到氨基化聚酯;步骤5:将步骤4制备的氨基化聚酯溶于的丙酮溶液中,同时向其中加入步骤1制备的溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防火透气服装布料,其特征在于:制备的线浸渍在制备的溶剂中3-5分钟,然后捞出后在50℃的烘干室中进行烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防火透气服装布料,其特征在于:烘干后的线在纺织机上进行纺织得到防火透气布料。
