本发明提供了一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐,并提供了该甜菜碱水杨酸盐的制备方法,按照摩尔比或重量比取甜菜碱:水杨酸=20‑80:20‑80混合,加入溶剂溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品。本发明提供的甜菜碱水杨酸盐是一种新型的温和低刺激原料,主要是解决传统水杨酸添加在护肤品、化妆品配方中带来的刺激大的问题;本发明通过在水杨酸的基团上接上甜菜碱后使产品变得温和低刺激,该产品既保持了水杨酸的杀菌、消炎、去粉刺等作用,还有效减少了对皮肤的刺激性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐,还涉及了其制备方法。
背景技术
水杨酸是一种脂溶性的有机酸,白色的结晶粉状物,存在于自然界的柳树皮、白珠树叶及甜桦树中,是重要的精细化工原料,可用于阿司匹林等药物的制备。
皮肤角质层的主要功能在于保护皮肤的各层细胞,在正常情况下会自然屑落。没有正常脱落的老旧角质会使皮肤显得粗糙暗沉,让皮肤新陈代谢速率变慢,甚至形成粉刺阻塞毛孔。传统的添加有水杨酸的护肤品、化妆品,能够起到一定护肤作用,但也存在刺激性大的不足,有待改善。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐,可以用以替代传统水杨酸应用在护肤产品中,同时还提高了该甜菜碱水杨酸盐的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐,其化学结构式为:

一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐的制备方法,按照摩尔比或重量比取甜菜碱:水杨酸=20-80:20-80混合,加入溶剂溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品。
优选的,甜菜碱和水杨酸在按照摩尔比或重量比20-80:20-80混合后;先加入到搪瓷反应釜内,逐步加热到80-130℃,恒温1-12小时,使固体全部融化为液体,高温放出溶液,冷却固化后粉碎;然后再加入溶剂溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品。
优选的,所述溶剂为醇类溶剂。
优选的,所述溶剂为酒精溶剂。
优选的,所述溶剂为水溶剂。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本发明提供的甜菜碱水杨酸盐是一种新型的温和低刺激原料,主要是解决传统水杨酸添加在护肤品、化妆品配方中带来的刺激大的问题;本发明通过在水杨酸的基团上接上甜菜碱后使产品变得温和低刺激,该产品既保持了水杨酸的杀菌、消炎、去粉刺等作用,还有效减少了对皮肤的刺激性。

一种甜菜碱水杨酸盐,其化学结构式为:

该甜菜碱水杨酸盐由甜菜碱与水杨酸合成,其结构式表示为:

该甜菜碱水杨酸盐,从化学结构式上看,水杨酸分子的阴离子部分与三甲基甘氨酸阴离子部分共用同一个电荷,因此水杨酸能与三甲基甘氨酸牢固地结合,而三甲基甘氨酸的阳离子部分独立出来,亲和性极强。该甜菜碱水杨酸盐作用在毛囊壁细胞,能帮助清除被堵塞住的毛囊,修正不正常的细胞脱落,这个新的分子兼具水杨酸和三甲基甘氨酸的功能,能为护肤产品提供温和的去角质和抗菌功效,同时具有很强的滋润和抗刺激等功效。
本发明提供三个关于上述甜菜碱水杨酸盐的制备方法:
实施例一:
按照重量比取甜菜碱:水杨酸=50:50混合,加入酒精溶剂100g溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品;产率达96.5%。
实施例二:
按照重量比取甜菜碱:水杨酸=50:50混合,加入水溶剂100g溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品;产率达98%。
实施例三:
按照重量比取甜菜碱:水杨酸=50:50混合,加入到搪瓷反应釜内,逐步加热到120℃,恒温2小时,使固体全部融化为液体,高温放出溶液,冷却固化后粉碎;然后再加入酒精或水溶剂100g溶解,蒸发去除部分溶剂重结晶,离心后烘干即为成品;产率达98%。
经由上述方法制备的甜菜碱水杨酸盐是一种新型的温和低刺激原料,可用于化妆品和洗涤类产品。能激发细胞的活力,具有保持肌肤滋润、光滑、防止皮肤干燥和发暗的效果,甜菜碱水杨酸盐可以溶解角质间的构成形物质(cement),使角质层产生脱落,所以能去除积聚过厚的角质层,促进新陈代谢。
该甜菜碱水杨酸盐可以去除多余的角质层,同时促进表皮细胞快速更新;如果表皮细胞都是新鲜又充满生命力的幼嫩细胞时,自然就能让皮肤恢复光滑细致。甜菜碱水杨酸盐是脂溶性的,可以顺着分泌油脂的皮脂腺渗入毛孔的深层,有利于溶解毛孔内老旧堆积的角质层,改善毛孔阻塞的情形,因此可阻断粉刺的形成并缩小被撑大的毛孔。甜菜碱水杨酸盐完美地结合了从柳树皮萃取的水杨酸与从甜菜中萃取的三甲基甘氨酸的优点,形成独特的能够温和改善肌肤的产品。
该甜菜碱水杨酸盐在个人护理产品的应用中,能迅速改善肌肤和头发的水分保持力,激发细胞的活力,具有保持肌肤滋润、光滑、防止皮肤干燥和发暗的效果,极佳的保湿能力,优越保湿性,手感特别滑爽能快速渗透进入皮肤组织,使皮肤具有光泽和清爽湿润效果。而且,对细菌也有明显的杀伤作用,用于祛痘杀菌制品,主要功能:保湿、柔肤、抗皱、增白,杀菌祛痘,控油。
若取用3%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐作为配料制作祛痘产品,1个星期后祛痘效果明显,越严重的青春痘效果越明显。
若取用1-2.5%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐作为配料制作美白产品,能够加快凸显美白成效。
本实施例还提供了利用上述甜菜碱水杨酸盐作为配料制成的祛痘水产品:
该祛痘水包括配比的组分:甘油5%、皮脂平衡素5%、丙二醇10%、甜菜碱水杨酸盐3%、浓度10%的氢氧化钠溶液3.3%或三乙醇胺1.2%、防腐剂0.15%、增溶剂0.25%、香精0.05%、去离子水余量。
该祛痘水的制备过程为:(1)先将上述分量的去离子水、甘油、皮脂平衡素和防腐剂原料混合并搅拌至完全透明,得A相液;
(2)再将丙二醇、甜菜碱水杨酸盐混合并搅拌至透明,得B相液;
(3)然后将浓度10%的氢氧化钠溶液3.3%或三乙醇胺1.2%加入到B相液中并混合,然后再整体缓慢加入A相液中混合均匀;
(4)最后将增溶剂、香精加入A相液中混合均匀,搅拌完全溶解即可。
本实施例还提供了利用上述甜菜碱水杨酸盐作为配料制成的抗痘霜产品:
该抗痘霜包括配比的组分:2%的乳化剂165、2%的琼脂酸的乳化剂GP 200、0.6%的斯盘60、1.5%的吐温、2%的十六/十八醇、8%的甘油、5%的油脂GTCC、0.5%的表面活性剂、0.2%的丙脂、5%的甘油、5%的汉生胶溶液、0.1%的甲脂、5%的丙二醇、2%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐、2.3%的氢氧化钠溶液或0.9%的三乙醇胺、0.02%的柠檬酸、5%的清痘素、0.15%的防腐剂、0.05%的香精、余量的去离子水。
该抗痘霜的制备过程为:(1)将2%的乳化剂165、2%的琼脂酸的乳化剂GP200、0.6%的斯盘60、1.5%的吐温、2%的十六/十八醇、8%的甘油、5%的油脂GTCC、0.5%的表面活性剂混合加热至80-85℃,搅拌均匀,得A相液;
(2)将0.2%的丙脂、5%的甘油、5%的汉生胶溶液、0.1%的甲脂、余量的去离子水混合加热至80-85℃,搅拌均匀,得B相液;
(3)将5%的丙二醇、2%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐、2.3%的氢氧化钠溶液或0.9%的三乙醇胺混合均匀,得C相液;
(4)均质下将A相液加入到B相液中,均质3min后降温;
(5)降温至50℃,再加入0.02%的柠檬酸、5%的清痘素,调整体系PH值为4.8-5.5;
(6)再加入C相液,最后加入0.15%的防腐剂、0.05%的香精,搅拌均匀即可。
