技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品领域,具体的,涉及一种生物酶除味护理垫及制备方法。
背景技术
现在市场上多数除味护理垫,主要是采用添加一些中草药,香料或者化学杀菌剂等仅对异味进行一些遮盖等,并没有从根本上将异味分子进行分解,达到去除异味的作用,化学杀菌成分对人体或者宠物的皮肤都存在不同程度的安全隐患,且不具备对病患长期躺卧时产生的异味进行吸收的作用,同时现有的医用护理垫透气性较差,病患长期躺卧时容易出现闷热潮湿的情况,不能真正达到清洁,卫生的效果,在宠物用品行业也一直对有高效除味,而且绿色环保安全的护理垫产品。
发明内容
本发明提出一种生物酶除味护理垫及制备方法,解决了相关技术中的除臭吸水性差的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种生物酶除味护理垫,包括以下部分,表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层;
其中,表面接触层使用无纺布材质,吸水除臭层包括生物酶保护剂、复合生物酶原液、吸水材料,底层为PE薄膜;
其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分:醇类物质1~5份、糖类物质0.1~0.5份、缓冲溶液、杀菌剂0.01~0.03份,其中缓冲溶液浓度为0.5%~0.9%,PH为4~7,将混合液PH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为生物酶保护剂质量的20~30倍的FS复合生物酶原液;
其中,吸水材料为生物酶保护剂质量的30~50倍,包括以下重量组分:高分子吸水树脂20~50份、改性玉米秸秆粉1~5份、十六烷基溴化吡啶1~3份、增稠剂1~5份、粘附剂3~5份。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述醇类物质包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、甘露醇中的一种或多种。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述糖类物质包括糊精、环糊精、葡聚糖、壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述杀菌剂包括胍类杀菌剂、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、季铵盐类中的一种或多种。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述改性玉米秸秆粉为聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚交联改性玉米秸秆粉。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述的改性玉米秸秆粉的制备方法为:按照重量组分,将玉米秸秆粉2~3份、氢氧化钠2~3份、去离子水30~40份、无水乙醇90~100份、氯乙酸1~2份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入0.75~1份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。
本发明还提出一种生物酶除味护理垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照任意一项所述的一种生物酶除味护理垫的配方,称取各个组分备用;
S2、将醇类物质、糖类物质、缓冲溶液、杀菌剂在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌30min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到生物酶保护剂;
S3、将FS复合生物酶液原液,与生物酶保护剂进行混合,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀10min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S3混合液;
S4、将吸水材料加入S3混合液中,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀45min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S4混合液;
S5、将S4混合液进行抽滤,使用75%乙醇冲洗2次,放置到减压烘干箱中,50℃烘干干燥,干燥后得到吸水除臭层,准备待用;
S6、将底层、吸水除臭层和表面接触层从下至上依次进行铺叠,将各层用料进行杀菌和消毒处理;
S7、在表面接触层下表面、吸水除臭层上下表面和底层上表面均匀喷涂喷融化的热熔胶,热熔胶用量根据护理垫的尺寸大小选择用量,单位表面积用量为1g/m2~5g/m2;
S8、利用挤压辊对S7中喷有融化热熔胶的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层加压,使各部分粘合成一体;
S9、对S8中粘合成一体的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层进行打孔处理,形成透气孔,最终形成卫生护理垫,表面杀菌后得到一种生物酶除味护理垫。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明将生物酶与树脂载体结构结合在一起,使除臭和吸水合二为一,既保证了树脂的吸水效果不变,还融合了生物酶,达到去除异味的效果,吸收病人汗液,保证病人长时间躺卧时护理垫的干燥,并且将除臭、吸水两层合二为一,使护理垫更轻薄,更舒适透气,避免病人与护理垫表面长时间接触闷热潮湿,卫生护理垫可应用于宠物护理,具有吸收尿液,无挥发臭味的优势。
2、本发明中,生物酶保护剂作用于复合生物酶,在保证生物酶除臭性能的不变的前提下,增加生物酶的稳定性,延长酶活性,增加长久保持性。
3、本发明中,吸水材料由高分子吸水树脂、改性玉米秸秆粉、十六烷基溴化吡啶与助剂复配,通过聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚交联改性的玉米秸秆粉与十六烷基溴化吡啶的添加增强了高分子吸水树脂的表面活性,从而增强高分子吸水树脂的吸水性和耐盐性,保证护理垫可用于吸收尿液。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都涉及本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种生物酶除味护理垫,包括以下部分,表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层;
其中,表面接触层使用无纺布材质,吸水除臭层包括生物酶保护剂、复合生物酶原液、吸水材料,底层为PE薄膜;
其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分:乙二醇1份、糊精0.1份、单胍杀菌剂0.01份,缓冲溶液浓度为0.9%,PH为4,将混合液PH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为重量份为25的复合生物酶原液FS-EN-01(由河北福赛生物科技发展有限公司生产,可从其购买复合生物酶原液);
其中,吸水材料包括以下重量组分:高分子吸水树脂SAP 30份、改性玉米秸秆粉1份、十六烷基溴化吡啶1份、瓜尔胶1份、天然乳胶3份。
按照以下步骤对玉米秸秆粉进行改性:按照重量组分,将玉米秸秆粉2份、氢氧化钠2份、去离子水3份、无水乙醇90份、氯乙酸1份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入0.75份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。
按照以下步骤制备护理垫:
S1、按照任意一项所述的一种生物酶除味护理垫的配方,称取各个组分备用;
S2、将乙二醇、糊精、磷酸盐缓冲溶液、单胍杀菌剂在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌30min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到生物酶保护剂;
S3、将复合生物酶原液FS-EN-01,与生物酶保护剂进行混合,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀10min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S3混合液;
S4、将吸水材料加入S3混合液中,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀45min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S4混合液;
S5、将S4混合液进行抽滤,使用75%乙醇冲洗2次,放置到减压烘干箱中,50℃烘干干燥,干燥后得到吸水除臭层,准备待用;
S6、将底层、吸水除臭层和表面接触层从下至上依次进行铺叠,将各层用料进行杀菌和消毒处理;
S7、在表面接触层下表面、吸水除臭层上下表面和底层上表面均匀喷涂喷融化的热熔胶,热熔胶用量根据护理垫的尺寸大小选择用量,单位表面积用量为1g/m2~5g/m2;
S8、利用挤压辊对S7中喷有融化热熔胶的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层加压,使各部分粘合成一体;
S9、对S8中粘合成一体的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层进行打孔处理,形成透气孔,最终形成卫生护理垫,表面杀菌后得到一种生物酶除味护理垫。
实施例2
一种生物酶除味护理垫,包括以下部分,表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层;
其中,表面接触层使用无纺布材质,吸水除臭层包括生物酶保护剂、复合生物酶原液、吸水材料,底层为PE薄膜;
其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分:乙二醇2份、糊精0.3份、单胍杀菌剂0.02份、缓冲溶液浓度为0.7%,PH为6,将混合液PH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为重量份为50的复合生物酶原液FS-EN-01;
其中,吸水材料包括以下重量组分:高分子吸水树脂SAP 50份、改性玉米秸秆粉3份、十六烷基溴化吡啶2份、瓜尔胶3份、天然乳胶4份。
按照以下步骤对玉米秸秆粉进行改性:将玉米秸秆粉2.5份、氢氧化钠2.5份、去离子水35份、无水乙醇95份、氯乙酸1.5份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入0.8份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。
护理垫的制备方法与实施例1的制备方法相同。
实施例3
一种生物酶除味护理垫,包括以下部分,表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层;
其中,表面接触层使用无纺布材质,吸水除臭层包括生物酶保护剂、复合生物酶原液、吸水材料,底层为PE薄膜;
其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分:乙二醇5份、糊精0.5份、单胍杀菌剂0.03份、缓冲溶液浓度为0.5%,PH为7,将混合液PH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为重量份为150的复合生物酶原液FS-EN-01;
其中,吸水材料包括以下重量组分:高分子吸水树脂SAP 200份、改性玉米秸秆粉5份、十六烷基溴化吡啶3份、瓜尔胶5份、天然乳胶5份。
按照以下步骤对玉米秸秆粉进行改性:将玉米秸秆粉3份、氢氧化钠3份、去离子水40份、无水乙醇100份、氯乙酸2份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入1份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。
护理垫制备方法与实施例1的制备方法相同。
实施例4
一种生物酶除味护理垫,包括以下部分,表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层;
其中,表面接触层使用无纺布材质,吸水除臭层包括生物酶保护剂、复合生物酶原液、吸水材料,底层为PE薄膜;
其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分:丙三醇3份、葡聚糖0.3份、山梨酸钾0.02份、缓冲溶液浓度为0.5%,PH为7,将混合液PH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为重量份为25的复合生物酶原液FS-EN-01;
其中,吸水材料包括以下重量组分:高分子吸水树脂SAP30份、改性玉米秸秆粉3份、十六烷基溴化吡啶2份、瓜尔胶3份、天然乳胶4份。
按照以下步骤对玉米秸秆粉进行改性:将玉米秸秆粉2.5份、氢氧化钠2.5份、去离子水35份、无水乙醇95份、氯乙酸1.5份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入0.8份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。
其制备方法与实施例1的制备方法相同。
对比例1
其他组分和组分含量均与实施例2相同,其与实施例2的区别技术特征在于未添加复合生物酶原液、生物酶保护剂。
对比例2
其他组分和组分含量均与实施例2相同,其与实施例2的区别技术特征在于用玉米秸秆粉代替改性玉米秸秆粉。
对比例3
其他组分和组分含量均与实施例2相同,其与实施例2的区别技术特征在于未添加十六烷基溴化吡啶。
测试方法:
1.在空气试验箱中向护理垫上喷洒等量的氨水,经过10分钟后,检测空气试验箱中氨浓度,对比氨浓度,确定不同护理垫氨的吸收和去除效果。
①气体采集装备使用前,观察玻璃壁上无水珠,用干布进行擦拭,用电吹风热风吹10min。
②把护垫平铺在试验箱底部,精确称取1.0g的20%氨水,加入4.0g纯化水摇匀,均匀喷洒在护垫上,开启风扇吹10min。
③于50ml容量瓶中先加入45ml无氨水,再加入5ml0.05mol/L的硫酸,开启气体抽气泵,吸收氨气,流量设定为0.5L/min,吸收时间10min。
④于石英比色管中先加入9.5ml无氨水,再加入0.5ml钠氏试剂,然后加入0.5ml酒石酸钾钠试剂,加入0.5ml吸收液。
⑤紫外分光光度计检测④的吸光度,根据已经做好的标曲计算出装置中氨气的浓度。
空气试验箱的规格按照国标QB/T 2761-2006《室内空气净化产品净化效果测定方法》和J/CT 1074-2008《室内空气净化功能涂覆材料净化性能》中关于空气实验箱规格尺寸和材质进行配置。具体的测试方法和标线制作氨气清除率,按照和HJ533-2009环境空气和废气氨的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法中规定的测试方法,测试样品的除氨效果。
2.吸水性按照GB/T 22875-2018纸尿裤和卫生巾用高吸收性树脂进行评判。
实施例1~4及对比例1~3中的测试结果
从表中数据可以看出,本发明实施例1~4制备的生物酶除味护理垫除臭吸水性能优良,同时,实施例1~4醇类物质分别选用乙二醇和丙三醇,可以合理推测乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、甘露醇中的一种或多种也有同样的效果,同理,实施例1~4糖类物质选用糊精、葡聚糖,可以合理推测糊精、环糊精、葡聚糖、壳聚糖中的一种或多种也有同样的效果,实施例1~4杀菌剂选用山梨酸钾、单胍杀菌剂,可以合理推测胍类杀菌剂、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、季铵盐类中的一种或多种也有同样的效果。在上述实施例中,实施例2采用配比是本发明相对更优的技术方案,制得的护理垫性能最佳。
对比例1和本发明的实施例2相比,实施例2制备的护理垫的氨残留浓度由51.3降低到36.2,说明本发明中加复合生物酶和生物酶保护剂,与其它组分相互协同作用,显著提高了除臭去异味能力,使用生物酶除味代替香精等掩盖异味,提高了绿色环保性。
对比例2和本发明的实施例2相比,实施例2制备的护理垫的生理盐水吸收量由44.3提高到57.8,保水量由25.5提高到32.9,说明本发明中将玉米秸秆粉改性后,与其它组分相互协同作用,显著提高了护理垫的吸水性
对比例3和本发明的实施例2相比,实施例3制备的护理垫的生理盐水吸收量由48.2提高到57.8,保水量由26.9提高到32.9,说明本发明中十六烷基溴化吡啶与改性玉米秸秆粉和高分子吸水树脂复配,提高亲水基团的活性,与其他相互协同作用,显著提高了护理垫的吸水性。

其中,生物酶保护剂包括以下重量组分的原料:醇类物质1~5份、糖类物质0.1~0.5份、缓冲溶液、杀菌剂0.01~0.03份,其中缓冲溶液浓度为0.5%~0.9%,pH为4~7,将混合液pH调节为6.5~6.7;
其中,复合生物酶原液为重量份为20~30的FS复合生物酶原液;
其中,吸水材料包括以下重量组分的原料:高分子吸水树脂20~50份、改性玉米秸秆粉1~5份、十六烷基溴化吡啶1~3份、增稠剂1~5份、粘附剂3~5份;
所述改性玉米秸秆粉为聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚交联改性玉米秸秆粉,改性玉米秸秆粉的制备,包括以下步骤:按照重量组分,将玉米秸秆粉2~3份、氢氧化钠2~3份、去离子水30~40份、无水乙醇90~100份、氯乙酸1~2份,在恒温反应釜中搅拌24小时,温度设置为25℃,然后加入0.75~1份聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,温度控制在35~40℃搅拌3小时,过滤,洗涤至中性,于65℃烘箱干燥得到改性玉米秸秆粉。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物酶除味护理垫,其特征在于,所述糖类物质包括糊精、环糊精、葡聚糖、壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物酶除味护理垫,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包括胍类杀菌剂、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、季铵盐类中的一种或多种。
5.一种生物酶除味护理垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种生物酶除味护理垫的配方,称取各个组分备用;
S2、将醇类物质、糖类物质、缓冲溶液、杀菌剂在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌30min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到生物酶保护剂;
S3、将FS复合生物酶原液,与生物酶保护剂进行混合,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀10min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S3混合液;
S4、将吸水材料加入S3混合液中,在恒温反应釜中匀速搅拌混匀45min,水浴温度控制在25℃,得到S4混合液;
S5、将S4混合液进行抽滤,使用75%乙醇冲洗2次,放置到减压烘干箱中,50℃烘干干燥,干燥后得到吸水除臭层,准备待用;
S6、将底层、吸水除臭层和表面接触层从下至上依次进行铺叠,将各层用料进行杀菌和消毒处理;
S7、在表面接触层下表面、吸水除臭层上下表面和底层上表面均匀喷涂喷融化的热熔胶,热熔胶用量根据护理垫的尺寸大小选择用量,单位表面积用量为1g/m2~5g/m2;
S8、利用挤压辊对S7中喷有融化热熔胶的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层加压,使各部分粘合成一体;
S9、对S8中粘合成一体的表面接触层、吸水除臭层和底层进行打孔处理,形成透气孔,最终形成卫生护理垫,表面杀菌生物酶除味护理垫后得到一种生物酶除味护理垫。
