背景技术:
除尘布是一种新型的除尘材料,具有质地柔软、吸附性强、去污率高、不掉纤维等多种功能,并且有一定的耐酸、耐碱、耐油及耐热能力。专利CN1120922A和CN 2157735Y公开了两种清洁用洁净巾,前者是用一定配比的化学物质配成浸渍剂浸渍在无纺布上而制成,后者则是用一定配比的化学物质配成药水,再将这些药水喷在绒布一类载体上而制成。这些都是由清洗剂一类的化学物质配制而成,所制得的除尘布虽然对物体表面的污垢、灰尘等有一定的清除作用,但由于其不含树脂,对物体表面的灰尘无吸附作用,除尘效果有限且对人体具有一定伤害。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在无纺布上附着性强且能形成对污垢灰尘具有优异清洁效果的清洁层的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
乙二醇二缩水甘油醚15-20份、活性白土5-10份、聚环氧乙烷4-8份、卡波树脂3-6份、麦秸秆干粉3-6份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2-4份、松针粉2-4份、C5加氢石油树脂1-2份、田菁胶1-2份、米糠蜡0.5-1份、硫化猪油0.5-1份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯0.5-1份、稀土复合添加剂0.1-0.3份、水100-150份;所述麦秸秆干粉和松针粉的含水量均低于5%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚环氧乙烷和C5加氢石油树脂,分散均匀后静置30min,再加热至回流状态保温混合15min,然后加入田菁胶和硫化猪油,继续回流保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)向活性白土中加入卡波树脂和烯丙基缩水甘油醚,加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,再加入米糠蜡和三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、麦秸秆干粉、松针粉和稀土复合添加剂,充分混合后送入0-5℃环境中静置2h,所得混合物再转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm。
所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
由于卡波树脂易溶胀,经过上述预处理后显著降低其溶胀性,使卡波树脂溶于水后形成均匀浆体。
所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即得亲水颗粒。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
C5加氢石油树脂经过上述亲水改性,提高其亲水性,利于与其余原料的共混,从而在提高使用性能的基础上保证所制浆料的均匀性。
所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
通过稀土复合添加剂的加入,显著增强浸渍液在无纺布上的附着能力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制浸渍液适用于粘性除尘布的制备,将无纺布浸没于该浸渍液中,即可使浸渍液中的成分快速且牢固附着于无纺布上;并形成对污垢和灰尘具有优异清洁效果的清洁层,该清洁层具有吸附和絮凝双重功效,对污垢和灰尘的清除率可达到99.7%以上,从而起到有效清除污垢和灰尘的目的。其中,所制浸渍液经低温静置后再进行球磨,能够提高球磨速度,缩短球磨时间。

实施例1
(1)向150份水中加入15份乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5份聚环氧乙烷和1份C5加氢石油树脂,分散均匀后静置30min,再加热至回流状态保温混合15min,然后加入1份田菁胶和0.5份硫化猪油,继续回流保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)向5份活性白土中加入3份卡波树脂和3份烯丙基缩水甘油醚,加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,再加入0.5份米糠蜡和1份三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、4份麦秸秆干粉、2份松针粉和0.3份稀土复合添加剂,充分混合后送入0-5℃环境中静置2h,所得混合物再转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm。
其中,麦秸秆干粉和松针粉的含水量均低于5%。
卡波树脂的预处理:将20份卡波树脂940加入5倍重量份水中,并加入1份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5份明胶和0.3份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。

(2)向5份活性白土中加入3份卡波树脂和2份烯丙基缩水甘油醚,加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,再加入0.5份米糠蜡和0.5份三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、5份麦秸秆干粉、2份松针粉和0.3份稀土复合添加剂,充分混合后送入0-5℃环境中静置2h,所得混合物再转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm。

利用实施例1和实施例2所制浸渍液加入浸渍槽中,再将无纺布分别浸入其中,浸渍30min后捞出,然后低温干燥,并对所制得的粘性除尘布进行清洁效果测试。
测试结果显示,使用实施例1和实施例2所制浸渍液制得的粘性除尘布可有效清除物品表面附着的污垢和灰尘,清除率分别为99.75%和99.79%。

(2)向活性白土中加入卡波树脂和烯丙基缩水甘油醚,加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,再加入米糠蜡和三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、麦秸秆干粉、松针粉和稀土复合添加剂,充分混合后送入0-5℃环境中静置2h,所得混合物再转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,其特征在于:所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即得亲水颗粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保粘性除尘布制备用浸渍液,其特征在于,所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
