本发明涉及纺织业技术领域,具体涉及一种上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂。
背景技术:
为了防止纱线在织造时产生断头,提高工作效率,将纱线用浆料进行处理以增加其强度,称为上浆。目前,常用浆料包括变性淀粉、聚乙烯醇和丙烯酸类三种。其中,淀粉对亲水性的天然纤维有着较好的粘附性,也有一定的成膜能力,易降解,但粘度波动大,糊化性能差,需要加入大量的助剂。丙烯酸类浆料对各类纤维都具有优良的粘附性,水溶性好,易于退浆,但其最大的缺点是吸湿再粘性较严重,价格高,目前在国内只用作辅助浆料。而聚乙烯醇是一种典型的水溶性高分子化合物,具有优良的成膜性、良好的粘附性及与其他浆料相容性好,但不易分纱、再生毛羽多,并且退浆难度大,增加退浆成本。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能显著增强纱线强度、与辅助浆料相容性好的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
聚氧化乙烯10-15份、线性低密度聚乙烯4-8份、卡波树脂3-6份、交联聚维酮3-6份、C5加氢石油树脂2-4份、水溶性壳聚糖2-4份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1-2份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、超细聚四氟乙烯粉末0.5-1份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份、稀土复合添加剂0.1-0.3份、水100-150份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入聚氧化乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入卡波树脂和超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向交联聚维酮中加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和氢化蓖麻油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入水溶性壳聚糖和纳米钛白粉,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和稀土复合添加剂,充分混合均匀,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
由于卡波树脂易溶胀,经过上述预处理后显著降低其溶胀性,使卡波树脂溶于水后形成均匀浆体。
所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即得亲水颗粒。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
C5加氢石油树脂经过上述亲水改性,提高其亲水性,利于与其余原料的共混,从而在提高使用性能的基础上保证所制浆料的均匀性。
所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
通过稀土复合添加剂的加入,不仅提高上浆率,还能增强上浆后纱线的强度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制上浆剂适用于纯棉纱线,水溶性好,对天然纤维有着较好的粘附性,上浆均匀且成膜性强,上浆率达到8%左右,能均匀粘附在纤维上形成一层超薄的浆膜,以提高纯棉纱线的强度,使纱线光洁、富有弹性、耐磨、断经断纬少;同时与辅助浆料相容性好,退浆容易,降低退浆成本;并且上浆过程中产生的废水易处理,通过常规废水处理后即可排放,减轻对环境的污染。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向150份水中加入10份聚氧化乙烯、5份线性低密度聚乙烯和2份C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入3份卡波树脂和0.5份超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向5份交联聚维酮中加入1份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和1份氢化蓖麻油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入3份水溶性壳聚糖和0.5份纳米钛白粉,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和0.2份稀土复合添加剂,充分混合均匀,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
卡波树脂的预处理:将20份卡波树脂940加入5倍重量份水中,并加入1份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5份明胶和0.3份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
C5加氢石油树脂的亲水改性:向15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5份松节油和0.5份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1份微晶纤维素和0.5份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即得亲水颗粒。

实施例3
利用实施例1和实施例2所制上浆剂对同批纱线进行上浆,对照聚乙烯醇上浆剂,并对上浆后的纱线使用性能进行测定,结果如表1所示。

使用常规退浆方法对织造好的织物进行退浆,并测定退浆率。
试验结果显示,本发明实施例1和实施例2所制上浆剂的退浆率达到90%以上,退浆容易,而聚乙烯醇上浆剂的退浆率仅为70%左右,且对纱线的破坏性强。

Claims (7)

1.一种上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
聚氧化乙烯10-15份、线性低密度聚乙烯4-8份、卡波树脂3-6份、交联聚维酮3-6份、C5加氢石油树脂2-4份、水溶性壳聚糖2-4份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1-2份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、超细聚四氟乙烯粉末0.5-1份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份、稀土复合添加剂0.1-0.3份、水100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入聚氧化乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入卡波树脂和超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向交联聚维酮中加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和氢化蓖麻油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入水溶性壳聚糖和纳米钛白粉,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和稀土复合添加剂,充分混合均匀,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
4.根据权利要求3所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于:所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即得亲水颗粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
7.根据权利要求1所述的上浆均匀且易退浆的纯棉纱线上浆剂,其特征在于,所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
