Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹地板加工工艺,包括步骤:将竹子制成竹片,将竹青片与竹黄片分离;将竹青片拉丝水磨,产生竹屑和竹纤维;并将竹黄片通过拉丝压片机压丝,将竹黄片压碎形成竹丝条和竹屑;竹丝条碳化处理,后烘干,将竹丝条选条后,浸胶,后烘干;将产生的竹屑放入锅炉中烧尽产生碳粉尘,进入水磨除尘机沉淀变成湿竹炭粉,将湿竹炭粉打捞并烘干后浸胶,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,后烘干形成干竹炭粉;将竹纤维烘干后浸胶,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,后烘干,再将其打碎成竹纤维粉;将竹丝条放入压模机中,并掺入干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉,压制成竹地板胚料;将胚料加工成竹地板;在竹地板表面涂刷防水防腐除醛胶剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹制品的加工方法,尤其涉及一种竹地板加工工 艺。
背景技术
竹地板是一种较高档次和较高品位的装饰材料,近年来被广泛应 用于家居、写字楼、宾馆及部分娱乐、体育运动场所的装修,深受 国内外消费者的喜爱。在目前的加工工艺中,由拉丝水磨产生的竹 屑和竹纤维都是直接当废料抛弃或当燃料焚烧处理,降低了原料的 利用率,而且还对环境产生不利影响。另外,现有的竹地板在对家居 环境中的空间净化性能方面存在空缺,目前还没有能够有效利用竹 屑和竹纤维来提高竹地板性能的竹地板加工工艺。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种竹地板加工工艺,能够很好 的利用竹屑和竹纤维,提高原料的利用率,不但有利于环境保护, 而且使加工出来的竹地板具有更好的性能。
本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种竹地板加工工艺,依次包括以 下几个步骤:(1)将竹子按需要切断后进行破片,去除竹节后得到 竹片;
(2)将竹片进一步细剖,将竹青片与竹黄片分离;
(3)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹青片进行拉丝水磨,产生竹屑和竹纤 维;
(4)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹黄片通过拉丝压片机进行压丝,将竹 黄片压碎形成竹丝条和竹屑;
(5)将竹丝条进行碳化处理,然后放入烘房烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的竹丝条进行选条后,放入浸胶池浸胶,然后 放入烘房中烘干;
(7)将步骤(3)和(4)中产生的竹屑放入锅炉中烧尽产生碳粉尘,进入 水磨除尘机沉淀变成湿竹炭粉,将湿竹炭粉打捞并烘干后放入浸胶 池中,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干形成干 竹炭粉;
(8)将步骤(3)中产生的竹纤维烘干后放入浸胶池中,加入酚醛树 脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干,烘干后再将其打碎成竹 纤维粉;
(9)将步骤(6)得到的竹丝条放入压模机中,并掺入步骤(7)和步骤(8) 得到的干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉,通过压模机压制成竹地板胚料;
(10)将竹地板胚料加工成竹地板;
(11)在竹地板表面涂刷防水防腐除醛胶剂:所述防水防腐除醛胶剂, 含有水性树脂、防腐防霉剂、防虫剂、防白蚁剂、除甲醛剂、成膜 助剂、防冻剂和水,其中各组分的百分重量比含量分别为:水性树 脂5-90份、防腐防霉剂0.01-30份、防虫剂0.01-20份、防白蚁剂0.01-15份、除甲醛剂0.01-20份、成膜助剂0.01-30份、防 冻剂0.01-15份、水5-95份。
进一步地,所述步骤(5)还可以为:将竹丝条进行蒸煮漂白, 然后进入烘房烘干。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)、步骤(7)和步骤(8)中,所述浸胶 池内加有聚磷酸铵。4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工 艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(9)中干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉的重量比 为2∶1。
进一步地,所述步骤(9)中掺入的干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉的总重 量占竹地板胚料总重量的10%~20%。
进一步地,所述步骤(7)中湿竹炭粉、酚醛树脂胶和水的重量 比为4-6∶1∶1。
进一步地,所述步骤(8)中竹纤维粉、酚醛树脂胶和水的重量 比为6-8∶1∶1。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中,竹丝条烘干后的含水率为12%~ 16%。
进一步地,浸胶池内加入聚磷酸铵的重量为加入水的重量的 1/40。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:
采用本发明的加工工艺后,由于竹屑和竹纤维都得到了充分的利 用,大大提高了原料的利用率,降低了生产成本,符合当今社会低 碳节能环保的整体趋势。而且众所周知,由于竹炭粉和竹纤维在吸 附有害物质方面具有较好的表现,掺入这两种材料加工出来的竹地 板在这方面的性能也得到了明显的提升,能够有效的对家居环境,特 别是新装修的房屋中的空气进行净化,提高了产品的附加值。在浸 胶时加入聚磷酸铵能够提高地板的燃点,提高了竹地板的安全性能。
本发明生产的竹地板,具有防水防腐除醛的功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例:
一种竹地板加工工艺,依次包括以下几个步骤:(1)将竹子按 需要切断后进行破片,去除竹节后得到竹片;
(2)将竹片进一步细剖,将竹青片与竹黄片分离;
(3)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹青片进行拉丝水磨,产生竹屑和竹纤 维;
(4)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹黄片通过拉丝压片机进行压丝,将竹 黄片压碎形成竹丝条和竹屑;
(5)将竹丝条进行碳化处理,然后放入烘房烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的竹丝条进行选条后,放入浸胶池浸胶,然后 放入烘房中烘干;
(7)将步骤(3)和(4)中产生的竹屑放入锅炉中烧尽产生碳粉尘,进入 水磨除尘机沉淀变成湿竹炭粉,将湿竹炭粉打捞并烘干后放入浸胶 池中,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干形成干 竹炭粉;
(8)将步骤(3)中产生的竹纤维烘干后放入浸胶池中,加入酚醛树 脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干,烘干后再将其打碎成竹 纤维粉;
(9)将步骤(6)得到的竹丝条放入压模机中,并掺入步骤(7)和步骤(8) 得到的干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉,通过压模机压制成竹地板胚料;
(10)将竹地板胚料加工成竹地板;
(11)在竹地板表面涂刷防水防腐除醛胶剂:所述防水防腐除醛胶剂, 含有水性树脂、防腐防霉剂、防虫剂、防白蚁剂、除甲醛剂、成膜 助剂、防冻剂和水,其中各组分的百分重量比含量分别为:水性树 脂5-90份、防腐防霉剂0.01-30份、防虫剂0.01-20份、防白蚁剂0.01-15份、除甲醛剂0.01-20份、成膜助剂0.01-30份、防 冻剂0.01-15份、水5-95份。
所述步骤(5)还可以为:将竹丝条进行蒸煮漂白,然后进入 烘房烘干。

Claims (9)
1.一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:依次包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将竹子按需要切断后进行破片,去除竹节后得到竹片;
(2)将竹片进一步细剖,将竹青片与竹黄片分离;
(3)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹青片进行拉丝水磨,产生竹屑和竹纤维;
(4)将步骤(2)中分离出的竹黄片通过拉丝压片机进行压丝,将竹黄片压碎形成竹丝条和竹屑;
(5)将竹丝条进行碳化处理,然后放入烘房烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的竹丝条进行选条后,放入浸胶池浸胶,然后放入烘房中烘干;
(7)将步骤(3)和(4)中产生的竹屑放入锅炉中烧尽产生碳粉尘,进入水磨除尘机沉淀变成湿竹炭粉,将湿竹炭粉打捞并烘干后放入浸胶池中,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干形成干竹炭粉;
(8)将步骤(3)中产生的竹纤维烘干后放入浸胶池中,加入酚醛树脂胶和水进行搅拌,然后放入烘房中烘干,烘干后再将其打碎成竹纤维粉;
(9)将步骤(6)得到的竹丝条放入压模机中,并掺入步骤(7)和步骤(8)得到的干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉,通过压模机压制成竹地板胚料;
(10)将竹地板胚料加工成竹地板;
(11)在竹地板表面涂刷防水防腐除醛胶剂:所述防水防腐除醛胶剂,含有水性树脂、防腐防霉剂、防虫剂、防白蚁剂、除甲醛剂、成膜助剂、防冻剂和水,其中各组分的百分重量比含量分别为:水性树脂5-90份、防腐防霉剂0.01-30份、防虫剂0.01-20份、防白蚁剂0.01-15份、除甲醛剂0.01-20份、成膜助剂0.01-30份、防冻剂0.01-15份、水5-95份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)还可以为:将竹丝条进行蒸煮漂白,然后进入烘房烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)、步骤(7)和步骤(8)中,所述浸胶池内加有聚磷酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(9)中干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉的重量比为2∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(9)中掺入的干竹炭粉和竹纤维粉的总重量占竹地板胚料总重量的10%~20%。
6.据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中湿竹炭粉、酚醛树脂胶和水的重量比为4-6∶1∶1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(8)中竹纤维粉、酚醛树脂胶和水的重量比为6-8∶1∶1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中,竹丝条烘干后的含水率为12%~16%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种竹地板加工工艺,其特征在于:浸胶池内加入聚磷酸铵的重量为加入水的重量的1/40。
