s12, mixing rosemary powder, a crushed material for fine soaking and crushing, and deionized water according to a weight ratio of 100:2:400, reacting for 4 hours at 70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
s13, adding the mixture into a microwave extraction device, adding a 70wt% ethanol solution which is 3 times of the weight of the mixture, heating to 65 ℃, and extracting for 15min under the microwave power of 700W to obtain an extracting solution;
s14, concentrating the extracting solution until the water content is 12%, adjusting the pH value to 4.8, performing macroporous adsorption resin at the rate of 1BV/h and the elution speed of 2BV/h by using deionized water to wash 1.5BV and 70wt% ethanol solution to wash 2BV, collecting ethanol washing liquid, and drying to obtain the rosemary extract.
The crushed material for cell crushing is prepared from cellulase and pectinase according to the weight ratio of 1: 1.
The macroporous adsorbent resin is HPD-600.
To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. according to the industrial standard QB/T2850-2007 antibacterial bacteriostatic detergent, bacteriostatic effect tests are carried out, the action concentration is 1wt%, the action time is 20 minutes, the test strains are Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) ATCC 6538 and Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) 8099, and the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 antimicrobial testing

Figure BDA0002827440920000151
As can be seen from Table 1, the lavender hand cleaning solution provided by the invention has a good antibacterial effect.
It can be known from comparative examples 1 to 4 that the antibacterial effect of the cleaning solution can be affected by the mixture ratio of different lavender hand cleaning solutions, wherein the best mixture ratio is adopted in example 1, and the best antibacterial effect is achieved.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 1, it can be seen that the lavender extract of the present invention can significantly improve the antibacterial effect of the cleaning solution.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 and comparative example 2, the antibacterial effect of the lavender extract prepared by the vacuum freeze-drying method of the present invention can be improved more than that of the lavender extract prepared by the vacuum freeze-drying method of the present invention.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 and comparative example 3, the lavender extract prepared according to the present invention has an improved antibacterial effect as compared to commercially available lavender extracts.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 4, it can be seen that the rosemary extract of the present invention can significantly improve the antibacterial effect.
Comparing example 1 with comparative examples 5 and 6, it can be seen that the antibacterial effect is significantly reduced when the rosemary extract is different from example 1.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is to be understood that various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
