Abstract
本发明提供一种番木瓜保鲜剂,活性成分由壳聚糖和植酸组成,其中壳聚糖0.5‑5重量份、植酸0.5‑5重量;保鲜剂中还包含吐温80。本发明的保鲜剂可用于番木瓜保鲜,提高产品品质,降低番木瓜贮藏期间呼吸强度。

技术领域
本发明属于植物生长调节剂领域,具体涉及一种番木瓜保鲜剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
番木瓜(Carica papaya L.)是海南主要的木瓜种植品种,原产于墨西哥南部以及邻近的美洲中部地区,中国主要分布在广东、海南、广西、云南、福建等省。番木瓜果皮光滑美观,果肉厚实细致、香气浓郁、汁水丰富、甜美可口。番木瓜素具有美容增白的功效,可从未成熟番木瓜的乳汁中提取,是一种制造化妆品的上乘原料;此外它含有大量的蛋白质、Vc、胡萝卜素和蛋白酶等,有抗肿瘤、助消化、抗凝、降压等多种药理作用。可见番木瓜有较高的营养价值和药用价值,显示出了很好的开发潜力。
相比于其他热带水果,番木瓜丰厚的肉质和香甜的汁水致使其贮藏和运输难度加大、成本大幅度提高,一定程度上制约了番木瓜的外销,尤其在鲜销期番木瓜集中上市,其货架期仅有5d左右,严重影响了番木瓜价值的开发利用。传统的木瓜保鲜主要包括物理方法和化学方法,如采摘后用保鲜膜密封法、热处理法和喷施化学保鲜剂法,前者虽然一定程度上能抑制木瓜呼吸,减小失重率,一定程度上保鲜,但不能解决木瓜贮藏过程中由炭疽病引起的腐烂问题,化学保鲜剂可以很好地抑制病菌引起的腐烂,却存在毒性残留和耐药性的弊端。目前对番木瓜天然保鲜剂的研究未见报道,因此研制对人体无毒、环保、抑菌谱广的天然木瓜保鲜剂有极为重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明属于植物生长调节剂领域,具体涉及一种番木瓜保鲜剂及其应用。具体技术方案如下:
一种番木瓜保鲜剂,活性成分由壳聚糖和植酸组成,其中壳聚糖 0.5-5重量份、植酸0.5-5重量份。本发明所述的番木瓜保鲜剂,还包含吐温80。优选的,所述的番木瓜保鲜剂,壳聚糖0.5-2重量份、植酸0.5-2重量份。更优选的壳聚糖1.5重量份、植酸1重量份。
本发明所述的番木瓜保鲜剂用于番木瓜保鲜的用途,其处理方法为:先对番木瓜进行杀菌清洗,然后浸入保鲜剂中5-20s。优选的保鲜剂处理浓度为:壳聚糖1.5%,植酸1%。。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、壳聚糖与植酸组合后,由利于提高贮藏20d后番木瓜的品质。 2、壳聚糖与植酸组合后,番木瓜呼吸作用显著降低。3,活性成分的处理浓度对呼吸强度有影响,与药剂1和药剂3相比,药剂2呼吸强度明显受到抑制,具有显著性差异。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1:番木瓜贮藏期间品质的变化试验
试验材料:番木瓜:番木瓜种植园,选取大小均一,七八成熟、无病斑、无挤压损伤的作为试验对象。
试验药剂:壳聚糖、苯甲酸、水杨酸、植酸、乙酸;均为市场购买。具体试验药剂组合见表1.

试验方法:本试验采用浸涂法涂膜保鲜番木瓜。首先用1%的二氧化氯溶液进行杀菌清洗后,浸入保鲜液10s,待保鲜液在番木瓜表面完全浸润后,捞出;采用鼓风干燥方式对番木瓜进行干燥。

由表2可看出,不同处理保鲜剂对番木瓜保鲜效果有影响。与单独使用壳聚糖相比,壳聚糖与苯甲酸、水杨酸、植酸、乙酸组合后,由利于提高贮藏20d后番木瓜的品质。特别是,壳聚糖与植酸组合效果最优。
实施例2:不同处理对番木瓜呼吸强度性能测试
由图1可知,与单独使用壳聚糖相比,壳聚糖与苯甲酸、水杨酸、植酸、乙酸组合后,番木瓜呼吸强度减低。特别是壳聚糖与植酸组合后,呼吸作用显著降低。
实施例3不同药剂对番木瓜呼吸强度性能测试
选择最优组合药剂:壳聚糖与植酸,进行测试。具体药剂配比见表3。

试验结果
由图2可看出,对照组CK在贮藏第5天时就达到呼吸高峰,呼吸强度达到70.3mg/kg·h(以CO2计),随后迅速下降,果实品质也开始下降。药剂组番木瓜的呼吸强度缓慢升高,至保鲜25d时,药剂1-3组的呼吸强度分别为17.0、13.2、23.1mg/kg·h(以CO2 计),试验果实颜色开始转黄。说明药剂组的呼吸强度明显受到抑制。特别是,与药剂1和药剂3相比,药剂2呼吸强度明显受到抑制,具有显著性差异。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种番木瓜保鲜剂,其特征在于,活性成分由壳聚糖和植酸组成,其中壳聚糖0.5-5重量份、植酸0.5-5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的番木瓜保鲜剂,其特征在于,还包含吐温80。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的番木瓜保鲜剂,其特征在于,壳聚糖0.5-2重量份、植酸0.5-2重量份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的番木瓜保鲜剂,其特征在于,壳聚糖1.5重量份、植酸1重量份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的番木瓜保鲜剂用于番木瓜保鲜的用途,其特征在于,先对番木瓜进行杀菌清洗,然后浸入保鲜剂中5-20s。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用途,其特征在于,保鲜剂处理浓度为:壳聚糖1.5%,植酸1%。
