The inventory checking process at the background end comprises the following steps: entering an inventory checking interface, displaying and storing inventory commodity information, inputting the quantity of commodities to be checked by background personnel, refreshing the inventory of the commodities after relevant processing if the inventory is abnormal, checking again, displaying the checking state and the abnormal counting number after checking is confirmed, automatically generating an intelligent equipment checking record, and conveniently checking the checking record subsequently.
The backstage end realizes regularly updating the consumptive material storehouse, and the renewal of consumptive material storehouse also is based on the consumptive material use in consumptive material storehouse, and the use of consumptive material generally is that the end of doctorsing and nurses and asks and consume, consequently, in this application, the step of doctorsing and nurses the end at operation in-process record medical consumptive material use amount includes operation book keeping operation flow, with a clear platform flow, operation book keeping operation flow chart is shown as figure 6, and the operation is shown as figure 7 with a clear platform flow, wherein, operation book keeping operation flow specifically does: selecting an operation room and an operation, generally logging in a medical care end in a card swiping or logging manner, acquiring shift information of the operation room and the operation, acquiring the operation room and the operation, associating the procurement information of consumables in each operation, displaying commodity information by scanning the commodity of the cleaned platforms, inputting the quantity of the cleaned platforms to confirm bookkeeping, and judging whether inventory is sufficient or not when the consumables are low-value consumables, deducting the commodities if the inventory is sufficient, generating procurement records, and generating abnormal inventory records if the inventory is insufficient; when the consumable is a high-value consumable, generating an operation accounting record, storing accounting and receiving information, and updating commodity inventory for paying by a patient; after the high-value consumables are booked, whether the associated consumables have a reception record or not is judged, and then the consumables field record is generated, the consumables export record is generated, and inventory reduction is deducted.
The following and platform cleaning process comprises the following steps; judge whether the consumptive material belongs to with platform catalogue commodity, judge also that the consumptive material is with platform commodity, if not, give the suggestion, if, show consumptive material information, confirm the book keeping operation, generate the record, generate the supplier with platform settlement list, with the platform also divide into the serviceability with the platform and technical with the platform, the serviceability is only for providing service with the platform for the operating doctor. The technical tracking requirement is high.
The medical care end further comprises a procedure of claiming consumables, claiming medical consumables, as shown in fig. 8, and does not need to apply consumables, including scanning or adding consumables, judging whether consumables are inventory strategy commodities or not, if not, prompting a user, and not applying consumables, if yes, displaying commodity information, generating claim type calling lists according to claim quantity input by the user, and storing calling list data, wherein inventory strategy commodities refer to: the item that is shelved on the device (the information of the item is maintained on the device, and a certain position of the device is used for storing the item) is called a strategic item, and the strategic item that is not shelved on the device is not the device. For example, the item a is designated to be placed on the device in the system, and even if there is no inventory of the item a on the device, there is a location of the item a even though there is a policy item.
The medical care end further comprises an operation account cancellation flow, as shown in fig. 9, the operation account cancellation flow is a step flow chart of the operation account cancellation, the account cancellation consumable materials are scanned, when the account cancellation is confirmed, whether the consumable materials are booked or not is judged, the settlement is not needed when the consumable materials are not booked, and the user is prompted to have no account cancellation record, so that whether the consumable materials are omitted or not need to be checked conveniently.
The medical care end further comprises an abnormal inventory process: clicking abnormal inventory in inventory inquiry, displaying all abnormal inventory records by the system, and checking all abnormal inventory records from the abnormal inventory records by background personnel. The abnormal conditions also comprise a step of supplementing and deducting the inventory, namely the actual quantity of the inventory is smaller than the displayed quantity of the inventory, the inventory needs to be deducted, when the inventory is insufficient after the compensation or the inventory is insufficient for supplementing and deducting, the inventory is prompted to be insufficient, the inventory is reduced from the consumable stock, and a receiving record needs to be obtained, so that when the inventory is sufficient, the receiving record is generated to supplement and deduct the inventory, the abnormal inventory record is clear, an interface is refreshed, and the abnormal record in the abnormal inventory record is empty.
The medical care end further comprises a warehouse returning process: background personnel log in a consumable stock library, enter a stock returning page, scan or add consumable materials to be returned, prompt non-stock commodities after scanning the consumable materials, prompt that the stock cannot be returned, explain registration errors and need to update the stock in time, when the consumable materials are stock commodities, the background personnel input the stock returning quantity and then acquire a batch number, if no commodity batch number exists, a system automatically generates a commodity batch number, generates a return type calling list and stores the return type calling list, can check the return record subsequently, facilitates regular inspection and maintenance, and deducts the stock of the commodity after the return calling list is generated.
The application discloses a medical consumable management method and a system thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the background end regularly updates the medical consumable inventory; recording the usage amount of medical consumables by the medical care end in the operation process; applying consumables through a medical care end, and performing operation account cancellation; this application scheme, the medical service end is to the immediate record of the consumptive material use amount in the operation process, and the stock in the back-end pair consumptive material storehouse is in time updated, carries out intelligent management to the medical consumptive material to this inventory information accuracy in guaranteeing the medical consumptive material storehouse
