That is to say, the present invention may obtain a first query request triggered by a target object through a client, and send a second query request carrying the family number to an equipment control platform, so as to instruct the equipment control platform to feed back all the equipment information corresponding to the family number. And generating a third query request according to all the equipment information, and sending the third query request to a big data platform to indicate the big data platform to feed back the consumable condition. And further sending the information of all the devices and the condition of the consumable materials to the client. By adopting the technical scheme, the problem that a user cannot acquire the condition of equipment consumables in real time in the related technology is solved, and therefore daily stable operation of the equipment is guaranteed.
Optionally, the sending module 46 is further configured to, when the consumable condition indicates that a target consumable of a target device needs to be replaced and the target consumable has been replaced, obtain a reset request triggered by the target object through the client, where the reset request is used to indicate a device identifier of the target device, a device type of the target device, and a replaced target consumable; and forwarding the reset request to the big data platform to instruct the big data platform to update the equipment identifier and the target consumable part corresponding to the equipment type according to the replaced target consumable part.
It should be noted that after the device information and the consumable condition are sent to the client, it is necessary to determine whether the target consumable of the target device needs to be replaced according to the consumable condition. Under the condition that the consumable condition indicates that the target consumable of the target equipment needs to be replaced, replacing the consumable, and under the condition that the target consumable has been replaced, acquiring a reset request triggered by the target object through a client, wherein the reset request is used for indicating an equipment identifier of the target equipment, an equipment type of the target equipment and the target consumable after replacement. And forwarding the reset request to the big data platform to instruct the big data platform to update the equipment identifier and the target consumable part corresponding to the equipment type according to the replaced target consumable part. For example, the device type may be an air conditioner, the device identifier may be a specific air conditioner number, and the device requested this time may be quickly located through the device identifier and the device type.
Optionally, the sending module 46 is further configured to receive a success message or a failure message fed back by the big data platform, where the success message is used to indicate that the big data platform has successfully updated the target consumable item, and the failure message is used to indicate that the big data platform has not successfully updated the target consumable item; displaying the success message or the failure message at the client.
It should be noted that, after the big data platform updates the device identifier and the target consumable part corresponding to the device type according to the replaced target consumable part, a success message or a failure message fed back by the big data platform is received, where the success message is used to indicate that the big data platform has successfully updated the target consumable part, and the failure message is used to indicate that the big data platform has not successfully updated the target consumable part. Optionally, the indication module 44 is further configured to package and store the all device information and the consumable part condition in a mobile terminal corresponding to the client, so that the mobile terminal feeds back the all device information and the consumable part condition to the client when the client sends the first query request again.
It should be noted that, after the third query request is sent to a big data platform to instruct the big data platform to feed back the consumable part condition, the all device information and the consumable part condition are packaged and stored in a mobile terminal corresponding to the client, so that the all device information and the consumable part condition are fed back to the client through the mobile terminal under the condition that the client sends the first query request again. According to the invention, the consumable condition is packaged and stored in the mobile terminal corresponding to the client, so that all the equipment information and the consumable condition can be fed back quickly when the client sends the first query request again.
Optionally, the indication module 44 is further configured to send the all device information and the consumable condition to the client, and a purchase link of a target consumable, where the target consumable is a consumable that needs to be replaced according to the indication of the consumable condition.
It should be noted that the purchase link of all the equipment information, the consumable condition and the target consumable, which is the consumable that needs to be replaced according to the consumable condition indication, is sent to the client. s1, acquiring a first query request triggered by a target object through a client, wherein the first query request carries a family number corresponding to the target object, and the first query request is used for requesting to acquire all equipment information under the family number and consumable conditions of all the equipment information;
s2, the family number is analyzed from the first query request, a second query request is generated according to the family number, and the second query request is sent to an equipment control platform to indicate the equipment control platform to feed back all the equipment information corresponding to the family number;
s3, generating a third query request according to all the equipment information, and sending the third query request to a big data platform to indicate the big data platform to feed back the consumable condition;
and S4, sending the all equipment information and the consumable condition to the client.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, acquiring a first query request triggered by a target object through a client, wherein the first query request carries a family number corresponding to the target object, and the first query request is used for requesting to acquire all equipment information under the family number and consumable conditions of all the equipment information;
s2, the family number is analyzed from the first query request, a second query request is generated according to the family number, and the second query request is sent to an equipment control platform to indicate the equipment control platform to feed back all the equipment information corresponding to the family number;
s3, generating a third query request according to all the equipment information, and sending the third query request to a big data platform to indicate the big data platform to feed back the consumable condition;
and S4, sending the all equipment information and the consumable condition to the client.

Claims (10)
1. An information transmission method, comprising:
acquiring a first query request triggered by a target object through a client, wherein the first query request carries a family number corresponding to the target object, and the first query request is used for requesting to acquire all equipment information under the family number and consumable conditions of all the equipment information;
analyzing the family number from the first query request, generating a second query request according to the family number, and sending the second query request to an equipment control platform to instruct the equipment control platform to feed back all equipment information corresponding to the family number;
generating a third query request according to all the equipment information, and sending the third query request to a big data platform to indicate the big data platform to feed back the consumable condition;
and sending the information of all the devices and the condition of the consumable materials to the client.
2. The information transmission method according to claim 1, wherein after transmitting the all-device information and the consumable condition to the client, the method further comprises:
acquiring a reset request triggered by a target object through a client under the condition that the consumable condition indicates that a target consumable of target equipment needs to be replaced and the target consumable is replaced, wherein the reset request is used for indicating an equipment identifier of the target equipment, an equipment type of the target equipment and the replaced target consumable;
and forwarding the reset request to the big data platform to instruct the big data platform to update the equipment identifier and the target consumable part corresponding to the equipment type according to the replaced target consumable part.
3. The information sending method according to claim 2, wherein after the reset request is forwarded to the big data platform to instruct the big data platform to update the target consumable part corresponding to the device identifier and the device type according to the replaced target consumable part, the method further comprises:
receiving a success message or a failure message fed back by the big data platform, wherein the success message is used for indicating that the big data platform successfully updates the target consumable material, and the failure message is used for indicating that the big data platform unsuccessfully updates the target consumable material;
displaying the success message or the failure message at the client.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the third query request to a big data platform to instruct the big data platform to feed back the consumable condition, the method further comprises:
and packaging and storing the all equipment information and the consumable part condition in a mobile terminal corresponding to the client, so that the all equipment information and the consumable part condition are fed back to the client through the mobile terminal under the condition that the client sends the first query request again.
5. The information sending method according to claim 1, wherein sending the all-device information and the consumable condition to the client includes:
and sending the purchase link of all the equipment information, the consumable condition and the target consumable to the client, wherein the target consumable is a consumable needing to be replaced according to the consumable condition indication.
6. The method according to claim 1, further comprising:
packaging and sending the information of all the devices and the condition of the consumable materials to the client;
and displaying all the packaged equipment information and the consumable material condition in the client.
7. An information transmission apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first query request triggered by a target object through a client, the first query request carries a family number corresponding to the target object, and the first query request is used for requesting to acquire all equipment information under the family number and consumable conditions of all the equipment information;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the family number from the first query request, generating a second query request according to the family number, and sending the second query request to an equipment control platform so as to instruct the equipment control platform to feed back all the equipment information corresponding to the family number;
the indication module generates a third query request according to all the equipment information, and sends the third query request to a big data platform so as to indicate the big data platform to feed back the consumable material condition;
and the sending module is used for sending the information of all the devices and the condition of the consumable materials to the client.
8. The information transmission apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the transmission module is further configured to:
acquiring a reset request triggered by a target object through a client under the condition that the consumable condition indicates that a target consumable of target equipment needs to be replaced and the target consumable is replaced, wherein the reset request is used for indicating an equipment identifier of the target equipment, an equipment type of the target equipment and the replaced target consumable;
and forwarding the reset request to the big data platform to instruct the big data platform to update the equipment identifier and the target consumable part corresponding to the equipment type according to the replaced target consumable part.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 6 by means of the computer program.
