1. A device binding change method applied to a mobile terminal, comprising:
sending a query request for querying the ownership binding state to the target equipment;
receiving a query response sent by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership, wherein the query response carries an equipment identifier of the target equipment;
and sending a binding change request to a cloud server, wherein the binding change request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding change request is used for requesting the cloud server to change a binding relation of the account information, the equipment identification and the terminal identification with ownership bound with the target equipment into a binding relation of the account information, the equipment identification and the identification information of the mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the binding change request to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
receiving a binding response sent by the cloud server, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode, and the binding mode is acquired by the cloud server according to the account information and the equipment identifier;
and acquiring ownership of the target equipment according to the binding mode.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining ownership of the target device in accordance with the binding comprises:
sending a request message for acquiring ownership to the target equipment, wherein the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal and the binding mode;
and receiving a confirmation message sent after the target device determines that the binding mode is matched with the stored binding mode and stores the identification of the mobile terminal.
4. The device binding changing method is applied to a cloud server and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
receiving a binding change request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the binding change request carries account information, a device identifier of target equipment and an identifier of the mobile terminal, the device identifier is obtained by sending a query request for querying an ownership binding state to the target equipment by the mobile terminal, and the device identifier of the target equipment is carried in a query response sent by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership;
changing the binding relation among the account information, the equipment identifier and the terminal identifier with ownership binding with the target equipment into the binding relation among the account information, the equipment identifier and the identifier information of the mobile terminal according to the binding change request;
after changing the binding relationship among the account information, the device identifier and the terminal identifier with which the target device is bound and ownership into the binding relationship among the account information, the device identifier and the identifier information of the mobile terminal according to the binding change request, the method further comprises:
acquiring a binding mode corresponding to the account information and the equipment identifier;
sending a binding response to the target device, wherein the binding response carries the binding mode;
the binding modes comprise a PIN code binding mode and a certificate binding mode.
5. A device binding change apparatus, applied to a mobile terminal, comprising:
the first sending request module is used for sending a query request for querying the ownership binding state to the target equipment;
the first receiving response module is used for receiving a query response sent by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership, wherein the query response carries an equipment identifier of the target equipment;
the second sending request module is used for sending a binding change request to a cloud server, wherein the binding change request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding change request is used for requesting the cloud server to change binding relations among the account information, the equipment identification and terminal identification with ownership bound with the target equipment into binding relations among the account information, the equipment identification and the identification information of the mobile terminal.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the second receiving response module is used for receiving a binding response sent by the cloud server, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode, and the binding mode is acquired by the cloud server according to the account information and the equipment identifier;
and the first acquisition module is used for acquiring ownership of the target equipment according to the binding mode.
7. A device binding change apparatus, applied to a cloud server, comprising:
the device comprises a receiving request module, a binding change module and a binding change module, wherein the receiving request module is used for receiving a binding change request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the binding change request carries account information, a device identifier of target equipment and an identifier of the mobile terminal, the device identifier is obtained by sending a query request for querying an ownership binding state to the target equipment, and the device identifier of the target equipment is carried in a query response sent by the target equipment under the condition that the target equipment is not bound with ownership;
the change module is used for changing the binding relation among the account information, the equipment identifier and the terminal identifier with ownership of the target equipment into the binding relation among the account information, the equipment identifier and the identifier information of the mobile terminal according to the binding change request;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a binding mode corresponding to the account information and the equipment identifier;
a sending response module, configured to send a binding response to the target device, where the binding response carries the binding manner;
the binding modes comprise a PIN code binding mode and a certificate binding mode.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a computer program, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the method of any of the claims 1 to 4 when run.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to run the computer program to perform the method of any of the claims 1 to 4.
