Abstract
The invention provides a device binding method and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership, the mobile terminal acquires the ownership of the target equipment; and sending a binding request to a cloud server, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the cloud server binds the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal, so that the problem that binding equipment cannot control equipment ownership in the related technology can be solved, the ownership of the target equipment which is not bound with ownership is acquired first, and after the binding is completed, the binding of the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal is completed by the cloud server, the equipment can be controlled.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of wireless communication technology, more and more intelligent devices are appeared. In order to maximize the functionality of these smart devices, it is desirable to have these smart devices access the wireless network. The terminal may then control the intelligent devices over the wireless network. When the intelligent devices are controlled, user account numbers logged in the terminal are bound with the intelligent devices.
Aiming at the problem that the binding device cannot control the ownership of the device in the related art, no solution has been proposed yet.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a device binding method and device, which at least solve the problem that binding devices in the related technology cannot control the ownership of devices.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a device binding method, applied to a mobile terminal, including:
acquiring ownership of target equipment under the condition that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership;
and sending a binding request to a cloud server, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is used for requesting the cloud server to bind the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, before obtaining ownership of the target device, the method further comprises:
sending a query request of ownership binding state to target equipment;
receiving a response message returned by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership;
and determining that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership according to the response message.
Optionally, after sending the binding request to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
receiving a binding response sent by the cloud server, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode generated by the cloud server;
and sending the binding mode to the target equipment so as to enable the target equipment to update the binding state.
Optionally, obtaining ownership of the target device includes:
sending a request message for acquiring the ownership to the target equipment, wherein the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal;
and receiving a confirmation message sent after the target equipment stores the identification of the mobile terminal.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1
The method embodiment provided in the first embodiment of the present application may be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal or a similar computing device. Taking a mobile terminal as an example, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal may include one or more (only one is shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processors 102 may include, but are not limited to, a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA, etc.) and a memory 104 for storing data, and optionally, a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input/output device 108. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is merely illustrative and not limiting of the structure of the mobile terminal described above. For example, the mobile terminal may also include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 1.
The memory 104 may be used to store a computer program, for example, a software program of application software and a module, such as a computer program corresponding to a device binding method in an embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes the computer program stored in the memory 104 to perform various functional applications and data processing, that is, implement the above-mentioned method. Memory 104 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 104 may further include memory remotely located relative to the processor 102, which may be connected to the mobile terminal via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used to receive or transmit data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a network adapter (Network INterfaceCoNtroller, simply referred to as NIC) that can connect to other network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio FrequeNcy (RF) module for communicating with the internet wirelessly.
Based on the above mobile terminal or network architecture, in this embodiment, a device binding method is provided, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a device binding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, applied to a mobile terminal, where the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring ownership of target equipment under the condition that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership;
the target device in the embodiment of the invention can be a router, intelligent home equipment and the like, and the ownership can also be called control right, namely the mobile terminal can control the device only by enjoying the ownership.
Further, the step S202 may specifically include: sending a request message for acquiring the ownership to the target equipment, wherein the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal; the method includes that after receiving a confirmation message sent after the target device stores the identifier of the mobile terminal, that is, the mobile terminal sends the identifier of the target device to the target device, the target device stores the identifier of the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal is prompted to know that the mobile terminal corresponding to the identifier has control ownership by feeding back a confirmation message to the mobile terminal, or the ownership of the target device can be obtained by other modes, and the method is not limited herein.
Step S204, a binding request is sent to a cloud server, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is used for requesting the cloud server to bind the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal.
Through the steps S202 to S204, the mobile terminal obtains the ownership of the target device if it is determined that the target device is not bound with the ownership; and sending a binding request to a cloud server, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the cloud server binds the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal, so that the problem that binding equipment cannot control equipment ownership in the related technology can be solved, the ownership of the target equipment which is not bound with ownership is acquired first, and after the binding is completed, the binding of the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal is completed by the cloud server, the equipment can be controlled.
In an alternative embodiment, before acquiring ownership of the target device, a query request for ownership binding status is sent to the target device; receiving a response message returned by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership; according to the response message, it is determined that the target device is not bound to the ownership, and the query request in the embodiment of the invention can be sent in a broadcast manner, and for the device receiving the query request, only the device not bound to the ownership returns the response message.
In another optional embodiment, after a binding request is sent to a cloud server, a binding response sent by the cloud server is received, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode generated by the cloud server; and sending the binding mode to the target equipment so that the target equipment updates the binding state, namely, updates the binding state to the binding ownership.
Example 2
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a device binding method, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of a device binding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, applied to a cloud server, where the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S302, a binding request sent by a mobile terminal is received, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is sent after the mobile terminal obtains ownership of the target equipment under the condition that the mobile terminal determines that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership;
step S304, binding the account information, the equipment identifier and the identifier of the mobile terminal according to the binding request.
Through the steps S302 to S304, the cloud server receives the binding request sent by the mobile terminal after obtaining the ownership of the target device under the condition that the target device is determined to be not bound with the ownership, wherein the binding request carries account information, the device identifier of the target device and the identifier of the mobile terminal, binds the account information, the device identifier and the identifier of the mobile terminal, so that the problem that the binding device cannot control the ownership of the device in the related art can be solved, the ownership of the target device which is not bound with the ownership is obtained first, and after the binding is completed, the binding of the account information, the device identifier and the identifier of the mobile terminal can be realized.
In an optional embodiment, after the account information and the device identifier are bound according to the binding request, a binding mode is generated; and sending a binding response to the target device through the mobile terminal, wherein the binding response carries the binding mode, and the binding mode can be based on PIN code binding or certificate binding and the like.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a device binding and control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, including:

By the embodiment of the invention, the equipment is controlled by the ownership, and various modes for obtaining the ownership of the equipment are from low security level to high security level. The account equipment has a plurality of binding modes, the equipment generates different control methods according to different binding modes, and the bound equipment cannot be bound by other users.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. sending a binding request to a cloud server, wherein the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of the target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is used for requesting the cloud server to bind the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal;
after sending the binding request to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
receiving a binding response sent by the cloud server, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode generated by the cloud server; the generated binding mode comprises a PIN code and a certificate;
and sending the binding mode to the target equipment so as to enable the target equipment to update the binding state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining ownership of the target device, the method further comprises:
sending a query request of ownership binding state to target equipment;
receiving a response message returned by the target equipment under the condition of unbinding ownership;
and determining that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership according to the response message.

receiving a binding request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the binding request carries account information, a device identifier of target equipment and an identifier of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is sent after the mobile terminal obtains ownership of the target equipment under the condition that the mobile terminal determines that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership; the ownership is control right, namely the mobile terminal can control the equipment as long as the mobile terminal enjoys ownership, and the acquiring the ownership of the target equipment comprises the following steps: sending a request message for acquiring the ownership to the target equipment through the mobile terminal, wherein the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal; receiving, by the mobile terminal, a confirmation message sent after the target device stores the identifier of the mobile terminal;
binding the account information, the equipment identifier and the identifier of the mobile terminal according to the binding request;
after binding the account information with the device identifier according to the binding request, the method further includes:
generating a binding mode; the binding mode comprises a PIN code and a certificate;
and sending a binding response to the target equipment through the mobile terminal, wherein the binding response carries the binding mode.
4. A device binding apparatus applied to a mobile terminal, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the ownership of the target equipment under the condition that the target equipment is not bound with the ownership; the ownership is control right, namely the mobile terminal can control the equipment as long as enjoying ownership;
the cloud server comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a binding module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a binding request to a cloud server, the binding request carries account information, equipment identification of target equipment and identification of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is used for requesting the cloud server to bind the account information, the equipment identification and the identification of the mobile terminal;
the apparatus further comprises:
the receiving response module is used for receiving a binding response sent by the cloud server, wherein the binding response carries a binding mode generated by the cloud server; the binding mode comprises a PIN code and a certificate;
the third sending module is used for sending the binding mode to the target equipment so as to enable the target equipment to update the binding state;
the acquisition module comprises:
a sending sub-module, configured to send a request message for acquiring the ownership to the target device, where the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal;
and the receiving sub-module is used for receiving the confirmation message sent after the target equipment stores the identification of the mobile terminal.
5. A device binding apparatus, applied to a cloud server, comprising:
a receiving request module, configured to receive a binding request sent by a mobile terminal, where the binding request carries account information, an equipment identifier of a target device, and an identifier of the mobile terminal, and the binding request is sent after the mobile terminal obtains ownership of the target device under a condition that the mobile terminal determines that the target device is not bound with the ownership; the ownership is control right, namely the mobile terminal can control the equipment as long as the mobile terminal enjoys ownership, and the acquiring the ownership of the target equipment comprises the following steps: sending a request message for acquiring the ownership to the target equipment through the mobile terminal, wherein the request message carries an identifier of the mobile terminal; receiving, by the mobile terminal, a confirmation message sent after the target device stores the identifier of the mobile terminal;
the binding module is used for binding the account information, the equipment identifier and the identifier of the mobile terminal according to the binding request;
the apparatus further comprises:
the generation module is used for generating a binding mode; the binding mode comprises a PIN code and a certificate;
and a fifth sending module, configured to send a binding response to the target device through the mobile terminal, where the binding response carries the binding manner.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a computer program, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of the claims 1-3 when run.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to run the computer program to perform the method of any of the claims 1-3.
