These operational data can serve as a data basis for subsequent large data management of the washing machine, providing valuable data support for subsequent iterative upgrade of the washing machine performance or function. Not only makes the development of the washing device more pertinent, but also can greatly improve the research and development speed.
In this embodiment, the service platform is directly in communication connection with the washing device, and can give reasonable washing advice according to the received information sent by the washing device, and send the washing advice to the user terminal through the cellular mobile communication network. Meanwhile, the service platform can also upgrade specific application software (APP) of the user terminal through the cellular mobile communication network, and provide version iteration for management software of the user terminal. The service platform can also remotely upgrade the software program of the washing device end through the cellular mobile communication network, thereby effectively reducing the machine quitting probability caused by the software program problem.
In other embodiments, the service platform may also directly send the washing advice or the control instruction to the washing device, and the washing device directly performs the corresponding washing step. The washing device based on the service platform control does not need a user terminal any more, and the control of the washing device is completed directly through the issuing instruction of the cloud service.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment is a method step of a control method using the washing system of the above embodiment. In this embodiment, the control method of the washing apparatus includes the steps of:
s1, connecting default settings of the washing device integrated with the communication module to a corresponding communication network when the washing device leaves a factory;
s2, starting the washing device to connect to the communication network;
s3, the user scans and identifies through the specific application software of the user terminal, and the identification information (such as a unique code) for identifying the washing device is arranged on the washing device;
s4, the user terminal binds the washing device with the washing device;
s5, the user terminal carries out remote control through the specific application software and the washing device bound with the specific application software;
s6, collecting the operation data of the whole life cycle of the washing device by a service platform which is in communication connection with the washing device;
and S7, the service platform analyzes the big data according to the collected washing device.
Example 4
This embodiment is complementary to the communication module of the washing apparatus of the above embodiment. In this embodiment, the communication module of the washing device can be replaced according to different network environments. The same as the above embodiment is that the communication module is still configured by the manufacturer before the factory leaves the factory, without the need for the user to reconfigure the communication module, and the washing apparatus is still automatically added to the already established cellular mobile communication network as a terminal node, and the user terminal is then communicatively connected to the washing apparatus via the cellular mobile communication network. That is, the washing device has automatically communicated with the wide area network via the cellular mobile communications network before the washing device is bound.
In contrast, the manufacturer of the washing apparatus in this embodiment provides a plurality of different configured mobile communication modules simultaneously with the washing apparatus. This is because the network systems of cellular mobile communication networks in different regions may differ. For example, some regional mobile networks use the GSM protocol and some use the CDMA protocol, and under such different network protocols, different corresponding mobile communication modules are required.
In this embodiment, a manufacturer of the washing apparatus provides a plurality of communication modules of different standards for the washing apparatus, and the communication modules are configured before the washing apparatus is shipped from a factory and are provided to consumers along with the washing apparatus. When the consumer moves the washing device to different areas or countries for use, the communication requirement of the washing device can not be supported by the local network protocol, and only other mobile communication modules randomly attached by a manufacturer need to be replaced. The embodiment can still realize the requirement that the washing device is automatically connected to the default cellular mobile communication network after being started up after the user migrates among different countries and regions, and also can conveniently and quickly realize the binding between the washing device and the user terminal by using the control method of the washing system.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides a control method of a washing system, the washing system including: the system comprises a service platform, a washing device provided with a cellular mobile communication module and a user terminal provided with the cellular mobile communication module; the washing device is connected with a service platform through a cellular mobile communication network, and the control method comprises the following steps: the user terminal obtains the unique code of the washing device, and sends a binding request with the unique code to the service platform through the cellular mobile communication network, and the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal according to the binding request.
Preferably, the washing device stores the unique code, and the user terminal is in communication connection with the washing device through a cellular mobile communication network to obtain the unique code stored in the washing device; or, the washing device is printed with a unique code, and the user terminal receives the unique code input by the user or scans and identifies the unique code;
preferably, the washing device is printed with a graphic code, and the user terminal scans and analyzes the graphic code to obtain the unique code;
preferably, the unique code characterizes a unique identity of the washing device or of a cellular mobile communication module on the washing device.
Preferably, after the washing device is started, the cellular mobile communication module is automatically connected with the service platform, the user terminal acquires the unique code of the washing device, packages the unique code and the current user account information of the user terminal to generate binding request information and sends the binding request information to the service platform, and the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal logging in the corresponding user account according to the binding request information;
preferably, after the washing device is bound with the user terminal, the service platform establishes a communication link between the washing device and the user terminal, and the washing device and the user terminal can perform data transmission through the communication link. The user terminal can send a control instruction to the washing device end through the communication link, and the washing device executes corresponding action after receiving the control instruction.
Referring to fig. 2, the control method of the washing system includes the steps of:
s101, after acquiring the unique code of the washing device, the user terminal sends binding request information to a service platform;
s102, the service platform inquires whether the washing device/cellular mobile communication module corresponding to the unique code is connected with the service platform, if so, the step S103 is carried out, otherwise, the step S104 is carried out;
s103, the service platform establishes a binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal, and the control is finished;
s104, the service platform pushes the binding failure information to the user terminal.
In the above scheme, only when the washing device is connected to the service platform, the binding with the user terminal can be realized, the control instruction sent by the user terminal can be forwarded to the washing device end, and the state information sent by the washing device can be forwarded to the user terminal.
Preferably, a washing device can only be bound with a user terminal, and in step S102, when the washing device/cellular mobile communication module corresponding to the unique code is connected to the service platform, the service platform further queries whether the washing device corresponding to the unique code is in a state of being bound with another user terminal, if so, step S104 is entered, otherwise, step S103 is entered.
In the scheme, a washing device can only be bound with a user terminal, if the current user terminal is bound with the washing device, the previous user terminal is required to release the binding relation with the washing device, the network is ensured to be complete, and the situation that the washing device is controlled by a plurality of users and safety accidents occur is prevented.
Preferably, the service platform comprises an operator server and a cloud platform, after the washing device is started, the cellular mobile communication module is automatically connected with the operator server, the user terminal is connected with the cloud platform, and the cloud platform is in communication connection with the operator server.
In the scheme, the washing device, the cloud platform, the operator server and the user terminal are sequentially in communication connection to form a communication channel.
Preferably, after the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the user terminal and the washing device, the user terminal may send a unbinding request to the service platform, where the unbinding request includes user account information of the user terminal and a unique code of the bound washing device, and after receiving the unbinding request, the server performs an operation of unbinding the user account information and the unique code of the corresponding washing device.
In the scheme, the user terminal actively sends the binding request, and after the service platform contacts the binding relationship, the washing device can be bound by other user terminals again.
The user terminal is the smart phone, installs the APP on the smart phone, and the user sends the unbinding request to service platform through the APP, in order to ensure safe prevention maloperation, after service platform received the request message, generated the identifying code and given current smart phone, the APP received the user input the identifying code to send to service platform and verify, after service platform verified successfully, the execution was unbound and operated.
In the scheme, the user terminal registers user information to the service platform in advance, the registered user information comprises a mobile phone number and a user account, one user terminal can be bound with a plurality of different washing devices, and therefore when the user terminal is unbound, an unbound request initiated by the user terminal needs to comprise the current user account and a unique code of the corresponding washing device to be unbound.
Furthermore, if the washing device is bound by the user who is not the owner, the owner cannot normally bind the washing device, and the invention further provides the following scheme aiming at the situation:
the washing device is provided with a forced unbinding key, after the forced unbinding key is triggered, the washing device sends a forced unbinding request to the service platform, and after the service platform receives the forced unbinding request, the service platform controls to release the binding relationship between the washing device and any user terminal.
In the scheme, the compulsory unbinding key is arranged on the washing device, so that the owner can release the binding relationship between the washing device and any user, the washing device is in an unbound device, and the binding can be carried out again.
Preferably, the forced unbinding key is a factory-reset key on the washing device, and the washing device is reset to an unbound state when the washing device leaves a factory after the key is triggered.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a washing system, characterized in that the washing system comprises: the system comprises a service platform, a washing device provided with a cellular mobile communication module and a user terminal provided with the cellular mobile communication module; the washing device is connected with a service platform through a cellular mobile communication network, and the control method comprises the following steps: the user terminal obtains the unique code of the washing device, and sends a binding request with the unique code to the service platform through the cellular mobile communication network, and the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal according to the binding request.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unique code is stored in a washing device, and the user terminal obtains the unique code stored in the washing device through a cellular mobile communication network and communication connection with the washing device; or, the washing device is printed with a unique code, and the user terminal receives the unique code input by the user or scans and identifies the unique code;
preferably, the washing device is printed with a graphic code, and the user terminal scans and analyzes the graphic code to obtain the unique code;
preferably, the unique code characterizes a unique identity of the washing device or of a cellular mobile communication module on the washing device.

The control method of the washing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the washing device is started, the cellular mobile communication module is automatically connected to the service platform, the user terminal obtains the unique code of the washing device, packages the unique code and the current user account information of the user terminal to generate binding request information, and sends the binding request information to the service platform, and the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal logging in the corresponding user account according to the binding request information;
preferably, after the washing device is bound with the user terminal, the service platform establishes a communication link between the washing device and the user terminal, and the washing device and the user terminal can perform data transmission through the communication link.
4. A control method of a washing system according to any of claims 1-3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s101, after acquiring the unique code of the washing device, the user terminal sends binding request information to a service platform;
s102, the service platform inquires whether the washing device/cellular mobile communication module corresponding to the unique code is connected with the service platform, if so, the step S103 is carried out, otherwise, the step S104 is carried out;
s103, the service platform establishes a binding relationship between the washing device and the user terminal, and the control is finished;
s104, the service platform pushes the binding failure information to the user terminal.

The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein a washing device can only be bound with a user terminal, and in step S102, when the washing device/cellular mobile communication module corresponding to the unique code is connected to the service platform, the service platform further queries whether the washing device corresponding to the unique code is in a bound state with another user terminal, if yes, step S104 is entered, otherwise, step S103 is entered.
6. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the service platform comprises an operator server and a cloud platform, after the washing device is started, the cellular mobile communication module is automatically connected to the operator server, the user terminal is connected to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform is in communication with the operator server.

The washing system control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the service platform establishes the binding relationship between the user terminal and the washing device, the user terminal sends a unbinding request to the service platform, wherein the unbinding request includes user account information of the user terminal and a unique code of the bound washing device, and after receiving the unbinding request, the server performs an unbinding operation of unbinding the user account information and the unique code of the corresponding washing device.
8. The washing system control method according to claim 7, wherein the user terminal is a smart phone, the smart phone is installed with an APP, the user sends a unbinding request to the service platform through the APP, the service platform generates a verification code to the current smart phone after receiving the request information, the APP receives the verification code input by the user and sends the verification code to the service platform for verification, and the service platform executes an unbinding operation after successful verification.
9. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a force unbinding key is provided on the washing device, the washing device sends a force unbinding request to the service platform after the force unbinding key is triggered, and the service platform controls to release the binding relationship between the washing device and any user terminal after receiving the force unbinding request.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the forced unbinding key is a factory reset key of the washing apparatus, and the washing apparatus is reset to a factory unbound state after the forced unbinding key is triggered.
