Background
With the progress of the times, the information-based operating room is increasingly improved. However, in the operation, some articles such as medicines, consumables and the like which need to be used in the operation often need to be registered by medical staff when going to the article place, wait for the storage and management staff to prepare products, and then take the articles back to the operation room; this procedure is well accepted during pre-operative preparation, but during surgery, often temporary additions are required, usually by medical personnel to the warehouse at the physician's disposal for temporary registration, waiting for product preparation, and taking back to the operating room.
The prior method has the following disadvantages:
1. the used products cannot be taken timely and effectively, the efficiency is low, and the operation risk is increased;
2. the waiting time of the current taking is long, so that medical staff cannot be in an operation room, and emergencies cannot be handled in time;
3. the registration of the articles is inaccurate and incomplete, and the increase and decrease of the number of products in departments are easy to cause errors;
4. the conditions of commodity loss, missed charging and the like are easily caused;
5. the number of articles is easy to be wrong, and the problem position is not easy to be found.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for taking surgical supplies according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of an access system for surgical supplies according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to provide an embodiment of a method for taking a surgical article according to the present invention, a method for taking a surgical article is characterized by comprising the steps of: s1, the request terminal logs in the system through the account number to find the patient record to be operated or in operation; s2, selecting needed operation articles and quantity according to the condition of the patient; s3, selecting the number of the operating room and the delivery time; and S4, sending to the receiving end.
In the invention, the surgical supplies or articles are high-value consumables and also comprise medicines required in operations such as narcotics and the like. The request end is a computer or a mobile phone. The requester can be a medical staff, and the ordering operation of the surgical supplies is carried out after the requester logs in the system by using the personal account according to the instruction of the doctor or the surgical requirements. Since a certain patient is locked when all the supplies are placed, the selected and used articles are automatically recorded under the name of the patient, and post-operation settlement is facilitated.
Preferably, in step S2, the information of each article includes: the method comprises the following steps of selecting a required operation article according to the article type, the article name, the product code, the available quantity and the unit price. It should be noted that all the article information in this case is previously associated with the warehouse article information system, and information such as the remaining amount of the current article, the price, and the like can be displayed in real time, and when selecting articles, the medical staff can select the articles according to the article type, the article name, or the product code, and can automatically display the total cost according to the quantity.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S3, an emergency option is further included, wherein the emergency option includes normal and emergency. Specifically, if the preoperative article is reserved, for example, an operation at a certain time point of the next day or the following days is reserved, the condition is a pre-reservation, namely a common emergency condition, when the option is rotated, a stock manager at the receiving end can know that the reservation is not urgent, and only the article is sent to the storage manager according to the reserved time and place without immediate processing; however, if some articles or medicines are not enough temporarily during the operation or some articles are not scheduled before the operation, the emergency condition is selected for ordering, and the custodian can know that the reservation is performed during the operation after receiving the reservation, and needs to immediately process and send the articles to the operating room as soon as possible.
In actual operation, sometimes the custodian is not always kept in front of the receiving end computer, and at this time, in step S3, if the selected option is an emergency option, when the requesting end orders and completes sending the request, a strong reminder is sent to the receiving end at the same time, where the strong reminder includes sending a reminder notification to the mobile end of the custodian who has been registered in the system in advance. Before registering an account number, the stock management personnel need to register a mobile phone number in advance, and when strong reminding is sent, the system can automatically send a short message or a telephone notice to the pre-registered mobile phone number so as to prevent the stock management personnel from being incapable of seeing order information in time. Therefore, the receiving end includes not only fixed devices such as computers but also mobile devices such as mobile phones.
The invention provides a method for taking surgical supplies, which further comprises the following steps: s5, the warehouse manager receives the request information of the goods from the receiving end and checks the request information; s6, printing the bar codes of the used articles to prepare for delivery; s7, scanning and checking the bar codes of the articles one by one, and if the product is out of stock, reminding identification in the system; and S8, after the articles are ready, confirming and sending information to the request end, and sending all prepared articles to the operation room according to the instruction of the request end.
Steps S5 to S8 are the operation method after the receiving end receives the item access information. In step S5, the custodian needs to check the received request information of the article, for example, check whether there is a conflict between the ward number, the patient name, the operating room, the operating time, etc., and if there is a mistake, return the request in time; if no error is found, the steps S7 and S8 are performed.
After the distribution of the articles is finished, the request end receives the prompt, and the requester executes the step S9, that is: the request end receives the product, and sends a confirmation receiving message after checking; s10, if the article is not enough in the operation, repeating the steps, and automatically accumulating the article information and updating by the system; s11, after the operation is finished, the request end confirms the articles which reduce or keep the original data according to the actual consumption and sends the articles to the receiving end, if the articles are left, the articles are sent to a warehouse manager for settlement processing; and S12, the custodian receives the final confirmation information and finally confirms the final confirmation by combining the return condition of the used articles, and the system synchronously updates the use condition data information of the used articles and the quantity information of the storehouse articles according to the confirmation information.
The invention also provides a system for taking surgical supplies, which comprises a request end and a receiving end, wherein the request end comprises: the first data processing module is used for receiving the article data information filled by the applicant and processing the data; the first communication module is used for sending and receiving data information; preferably, the request end further comprises a computer and a mobile device, and the requester can perform reservation ordering operation for taking the articles through the computer or the mobile device.
The receiving end includes: the second data processing module is used for processing data according to the received request data; and the second communication module is in communication connection with the first communication module and is used for sending and receiving data information. Preferably, the receiving end includes a computer and a mobile device, and the information can be received through the computer or the mobile device.
By the method and the system for taking the surgical supplies, medical workers can place orders in the system in advance according to the requirements of doctors before or during surgery conveniently, the medical workers can be returned to the surgery effectively, the probability of going out is reduced, and the condition that accidents happen but not on the spot is avoided; meanwhile, the intelligent registration and management of the article information are realized, the commodity is not lost and the cost is not lost, and the user can be clearly obtained; the quantity of the remaining articles in stock can be effectively ensured to be accurate and consistent after the existing articles and the used articles are used; the occurrence of the situations of commodity loss, missed charging and the like can be effectively avoided.
