本发明提供一种柔和皮光合成革,涉及合成革制作领域,包括薄皮贝斯,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺前处理需要用到耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺后处理中需要用到一种手感处理剂;本发明中多皮革为主要原料,制成的柔和皮光合成革表面具有柔和的光度,可用制成箱包、鞋子等;通过对手感处理剂耐温性的改进,在前处理中运用蜡感处理剂,在后处理中运用油蜡感皮革手感剂,通过两种手感剂的使用,使得柔和皮光合成革表面具有柔和的光度,有真皮的皮光效果,更加有利于制造的箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革制作领域,尤其涉及一种柔和皮光合成革。
背景技术
采用合成革制造的箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰已日益得到市场的肯定,其应用范围之广、数量之大、品种之多是传统的天然皮革无法满足的。实践证明,合成革的各项优良性能是天然皮革无法取代的,从国内外的市场来看,合成革也已大量取代了资源不足的天然皮革。
现有的很多皮革表面光度不自然,有的光度太哑,有的光度刺眼,与真皮表面效果区别较大。甚至有些皮革在制成箱包或鞋子之后,表面开始发白,影响整个产品品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔和皮光合成革,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种柔和皮光合成革,包括薄皮贝斯,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺前处理需要用到耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺后处理中需要用到一种手感处理剂,所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂包含:40份聚氨酯树脂、25份异丙醇、35份乙酸乙酯、10份二甲苯、5份聚酰胺蜡、8份油酸酰胺、1份UV流平剂,所述一种手感处理剂为油蜡感皮革手感剂。
所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按份配比各组分物质,将二分之一份的聚氨酯树脂、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯、聚酰胺蜡、油酸酰胺、UV流平剂搅拌均匀。
S2.(在步骤1)所得的混合物中加入剩余的二分之一重量的聚氨酯树脂, 搅拌均匀,即得所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂。
所述聚氨酯树脂由异氰酸酯单体与羟基化合物聚合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述异丙醇为一种有机化合物,正丙醇的同分异构体。
所述乙酸乙酯为无色透明具有刺激性气味的液体。
所述二甲苯为无色透明液体,所述二甲苯时苯环上两个氢被甲基取代的产物。
所述聚酰胺蜡为一种触变性添加剂,所述UV流平剂为硅氧烷丙烯酸酯。
所述柔和皮光合成革的工艺流程,包括如下步骤:
S1.薄皮贝斯的制备。贝斯特点:发泡层薄,表面不平整,有毛刺,手感松软。
S2.在平面离型纸上涂覆加色的软质聚氨酯树脂,烘干后再次涂覆软质聚氨酯树脂,完全烘干后涂覆低模量清料树脂,粘度控制在2000CPS,直接与薄皮贝斯贴合,烘干后得干法贴面革。
S3.在干法贴面革上处理耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂,烘干后高温压制花纹。
S4.表面手感处理。
S5.用羊毛轮抛出柔和蜡光。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以多皮革为主要原料,制成的柔和皮光合成革表面具有柔和的光度,可用制成箱包、鞋子等;本发明中,通过对手感处理剂耐温性的改进,在前处理中运用蜡感处理剂,在后处理中运用油蜡感皮革手感剂,通过两种手感剂的使用,使得柔和皮光合成革表面具有柔和的光度,有真皮的皮光效果,更加有利于制造的箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂由以下配比的组分组成:40份聚氨酯树脂、25份异丙醇、35份乙酸乙酯、10份二甲苯、5份聚酰胺蜡、8份油酸酰胺、1份UV流平剂。
上述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂的制备方法是:在常温常压下,将20份聚氨酯树脂、25份异丙醇、35份乙酸乙酯、10份二甲苯、5份聚酰胺蜡、8份油酸酰胺、1份UV流平剂混合,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀后,在得到的上述混合物中加入剩余的20重量份的聚氨酯树脂,搅拌至少30分钟至混合物混合均匀,即得所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂。所得到的耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂的性能指标见表下方实施例比较。
上述制备过程中所采用的搅拌等方法均为本领域内惯用的方法。
实施例2
一种柔和皮光合成革的工艺流程,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.薄皮贝斯的制备。贝斯特点:发泡层薄,表面不平整,有毛刺,手感松软。
S2.在平面离型纸上涂覆加色的软质聚氨酯树脂,烘干后再次涂覆软质聚氨酯树脂,完全烘干后涂覆低模量清料树脂,粘度控制在2000CPS,直接与薄皮贝斯贴合,烘干后得干法贴面革。
S3.在干法贴面革上处理油蜡感皮革手感剂,烘干后高温压制花纹。
S4.表面耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂处理。
S5.用羊毛轮抛出柔和蜡光。
实施例3
一种柔和皮光合成革的工艺流程,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.薄皮贝斯的制备。贝斯特点:发泡层薄,表面不平整,有毛刺,手感松软。

S4.表面耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂处理。
S5.用羊毛轮抛出柔和蜡光。
所得实验结果如表一所示:

通过对比上述3个实施例中制备的软柔和皮光合成革柔和光度、真皮皮光效果、前处理处理剂及后处理处理剂,得出实施例3中柔和皮光合成革具有柔和的光度,有真皮的皮光效果。相较于其他实施例中制得的薄皮贝斯,实施例3拥有更为广泛的应用前景。

1.一种柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:包括薄皮贝斯,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺前处理需要用到耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂,所述薄皮贝斯在加工工艺后处理中需要用到一种手感处理剂,所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂包含:40份聚氨酯树脂、25份异丙醇、35份乙酸乙酯、10份二甲苯、5份聚酰胺蜡、8份油酸酰胺、1份UV流平剂,所述一种手感处理剂为油蜡感皮革手感剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.按份配比各组分物质,将二分之一份的聚氨酯树脂、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯、聚酰胺蜡、油酸酰胺、UV流平剂搅拌均匀;
S2.步骤1所得的混合物中加入剩余的二分之一重量的聚氨酯树脂, 搅拌均匀,即得所述耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯树脂由异氰酸酯单体与羟基化合物聚合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述异丙醇为一种有机化合物,正丙醇的同分异构体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述乙酸乙酯为无色透明具有刺激性气味的液体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述二甲苯为无色透明液体,所述二甲苯时苯环上两个氢被甲基取代的产物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔和皮光合成革,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺蜡为一种触变性添加剂,所述UV流平剂为硅氧烷丙烯酸酯。
8.一种权利要求1所述柔和皮光合成革的工艺流程,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1.薄皮贝斯的制备,贝斯特点:发泡层薄,表面不平整,有毛刺,手感松软;
S2.在平面离型纸上涂覆加色的软质聚氨酯树脂,烘干后再次涂覆软质聚氨酯树脂,完全烘干后涂覆低模量清料树脂,粘度控制在2000CPS,直接与薄皮贝斯贴合,烘干后得干法贴面革;
S3.在干法贴面革上处理耐温型亮面蜡感处理剂,烘干后高温压制花纹;
S4.表面手感处理;
S5.用羊毛轮抛出柔和蜡光。
