技术领域
本发明涉及解酒饮料技术领域,具体的说,是涉及一种具有解酒保健饮料以及制备方法。
背景技术
人是否醉酒,取决于血液中乙醇的浓度。当血液中乙醇浓度在 0.05-0.1%时,人开始朦胧,出现微醉感;而达到0.3%时,人就会口齿不清,步态蹒跚,这就是我们常说的酒醉。
大量的研究数据表明,一个人的酒量好不好,大多数都取决于先天,而不是后天培养。有数据表明,代谢乙醇的能力较弱的人群,喝酒就容易醉。反向也说明,酒桌上的“酒仙”们千杯不醉,就是因为身体代谢乙醇的能力高。
长期醉酒易损伤五大器官:心脏:过量饮酒会导致心脏肌肉力量虚弱,致使血液流动不规则。酗酒者往往会受到心肌病的困扰,它会造成心脏肌肉松弛、下垂。心肌病患者通常会呼吸急促、心律失常、疲劳、肝脏肿大和持续咳嗽。过量饮酒还会增加心脏病发作、中风和高血压的风险;
大脑:存在于酒精中的乙醇会对大脑的多个部位造成损伤,大脑神经递质长期遭受损害会导致饮酒者的行为和情绪发生变化,出现焦虑、抑郁、记忆力丧失和癫痫发作。如果饮酒者的营养状况欠佳,会出现脑水肿,随之而来的症状就是记忆丧失、混乱、幻觉、肌肉协调能力丧失和无法形成新的记忆;
肝脏:每年有200万人因为饮酒过度导致肝脏疾病;
胰腺:饮酒过度会扰乱胰腺的功能,最终导致胰腺炎。它有可能急性发作,其症状包括腹痛、恶心、呕吐、心率增加、腹泻和发烧;也有可能慢性发作,即胰腺功能缓慢恶化,导致糖尿病甚至是死亡;肾脏:酒精有利尿作用,肾脏无法正常调节体液流动,造成钠、钾、氯离子分布紊乱,引起电解质失衡。过度饮酒还会导致高血压,它是引起肾功能衰竭的第二大原因。
乙醇的人体内的分解代谢主要靠肝脏的酶系统中的两种酶:一种是乙醇脱氢酶,别一种是乙醛脱氢酶。人体内若是具备足够的这两种酶,就能较快地分解乙醇,把有毒害的乙醇分解成无害的乙酸,中枢神经就较少受到酒精的影响,人体醉酒的感觉也会减轻。人体内若是缺少这两种酶,乙醛就不能被分解,毒素就会长期留在体内,给身体造成各种疾病。
上述缺陷,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有解酒保健饮料以及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下。
一种具有解酒保健饮料,包括以下原料配比:
罗汉果:0.5-2.4份、葛根:2.1-8.5份、金银花:1.3-5.5份、枳椇子:0.02-0.18份、沙棘:0.02-0.19份、葡萄籽:0.02-0.20份、蜂蜜:1.0-2.4份、水、180-200份。
进一步的,所述原料配比还包括甜味剂,所述甜味剂包括:木糖醇:1.25-3.18份、AK糖:0.05-0.22份、葡萄糖:1.0-2.3份、阿斯巴甜:0.02-0.14份。
进一步的,所述原料配比还包括酸味剂,所述酸味剂包括:一水柠檬酸:0.25-1.3份。
一种具有解酒保健饮料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗汉果:0.5-2.4份、葛根:2.1-8.5份、金银花:1.3-5.5 份分别粉碎至50-80目;
(2)向配料缸加入适量的热水,将上述罗汉果、葛根以及金银花的粉料缓慢加入配料缸中,使得上述罗汉果、葛根以及金银花的粉料溶解在热水中;
(3)在搅拌的状态下加入一水柠檬酸:0.25-1.3份,使得上述一水柠檬酸完全溶解;
(4)在搅拌的状态下加入枳椇子:0.02-0.18份、沙棘:0.02-0.19 份、葡萄籽:0.02-0.20份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀。
(5)在搅拌的状态下加入木糖醇:1.25-3.18份、AK 糖:0.05-0.22份、葡萄糖:1.0-2.3份、蜂蜜:1.0-2.4份以及阿斯巴甜:0.02-0.14份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀;
(6)暂停配料缸的搅拌,然后再向配料缸加入适量常温的水,完成定容后再次开启配料缸的搅拌直到配料缸内的料液混合均匀。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的热水温度为80-85℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)具体为:启配料缸的搅拌,在搅拌的状态下分别依次将金银花、罗汉果、葛根缓慢地加入到配料缸中,并继续搅动使其完全溶解。
根据上述方案的本发明提供一种具有解酒保健饮料以及制备方法,其具有解酒保健饮料,配方中葛根有醒酒、生津止渴、升阳止泻之功、补益脾胃,滋阴补肾;配方中罗汉果、鱼腥草等成分,具有化痰止咳,清肺润肠,缓急止痛、调和诸药等功效;配方中的蜂蜜等成分,含菊甙、氨基酸、有机酸等多种维生素及微量元素,具有养肝明目、美颜润肤、改善气色,抗氧化等功效;配方金银花、沙棘等成分含有绿原酸、胆碱、有机酸、等多种健康营养成分。具有清热降火,缓泻、利胆、解毒等功效;配方中的葡萄籽等成分,含有多种有机酸成分。具有消积化滞、祛湿升清、降血脂和胆固醇等功效,因此,本发明具有强肾养胃、醒酒护肝、化痰止咳、清肺润肠、排毒养颜,抗氧化、清热解毒、降血脂和胆固醇的功效。

葛根:为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。其淀粉内含葛根素等黄酮类化合物有效成份,葛粉具有解肌退热、生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒;其功效:清热解毒、生津止渴、补肾健脾、通经活络、解酒毒、益胃安神、清心明目、润肠道便及醒酒健胃。
金银花:由于忍冬花初开为白色,后转为黄色,因此得名金银花。金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药,它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪;其功效:增强免疫力、护肝、抗肿瘤、消炎、清热解毒、止血(凝血)、美容洁肤、预防衰老、抑制肠道吸收胆固醇等。
枳椇子:为鼠李科植物枳椇的带有肉质果柄的果实或种子。果实含多量葡萄糖、苹果酸钙。味甘酸,性平,无毒。治酒醉,烦热,口渴,呕吐,二便不利。能治左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解酒毒;或泡酒服之,亦能舒筋络。小儿服之,化虫,养脾;其功效:能治风湿。其为清凉利尿药,能解酒毒,拐枣适用于热病消渴、酒醉、烦渴、呕吐、发热。
沙棘:沙棘的果实酸甜,可以直接食用,也可以制做果子露、果酱、果羹、果冻等;其功效:可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用;还能治疗痰多、肺脓肿、消化不良、食积腹痛、胃痛、肠炎、闭经、跌打瘀肿。
葡萄籽:葡萄籽提取物的抗氧化效果,是维生素C和维生素E的 30-50倍。超强的抗氧化效率具有清除自由基、提高人体免疫力的强力效果;其功效:保护心脑血管,降低胆固醇,防止动脉硬化,预防脑溢血、中风、偏瘫、维持毛细血管适度的渗透性,增加血管强度,减低毛细血管易脆性、降血脂、降血压,抑制血栓的形成,减少脂肪肝的发生。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜被誉为“大自然中最完美的营养食品”,中国从古代就开始人工养蜂采蜜,蜂蜜既是良药,又是上等饮料,可延年益寿。其功效:调补脾胃、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒、主脘腹虚痛、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥便秘、目赤口疮、溃疡不敛、风疹瘙痒、水火烫伤、手足皲裂等。
实施例一:
(1)将罗汉果:1份、葛根:4份、金银花:2份分别粉碎至50-80 目;
(2)向配料缸加入适量80-85℃的热水,启配料缸的搅拌,在搅拌的状态下分别依次将金银花、罗汉果、葛根缓慢地加入到配料缸中,并继续搅动使其完全溶解在热水中;
(3)在搅拌的状态下加入一水柠檬酸:0.5份,使得上述一水柠檬酸完全溶解;
(4)在搅拌的状态下加入枳椇子:0.1份、沙棘:0.08份、葡萄籽:0.10份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀。
(5)在搅拌的状态下加入木糖醇:1.5份、AK糖:0.12份、葡萄糖:1.2份、蜂蜜:1.6份以及阿斯巴甜:0.07份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀;
(6)暂停配料缸的搅拌,然后再向配料缸加入适量常温的水,完成定容后再次开启配料缸的搅拌直到配料缸内的料液混合均匀。
实施例二:
(1)将罗汉果:1.8份、葛根:6.2份、金银花:4.15份分别粉碎至50-80目;
(2)向配料缸加入适量80-85℃的热水,启配料缸的搅拌,在搅拌的状态下分别依次将金银花、罗汉果、葛根缓慢地加入到配料缸中,并继续搅动使其完全溶解在热水中;
(3)在搅拌的状态下加入一水柠檬酸:0.8份,使得上述一水柠檬酸完全溶解;
(4)在搅拌的状态下加入枳椇子:1.2份、沙棘:0.13份、葡萄籽:0.12份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀。
(5)在搅拌的状态下加入木糖醇:2.2份、AK糖:0.15份、葡萄糖:1.6份、蜂蜜:1.7份以及阿斯巴甜:0.09份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀;
(6)暂停配料缸的搅拌,然后再向配料缸加入适量常温的水,完成定容后再次开启配料缸的搅拌直到配料缸内的料液混合均匀。
实施例三:
(1)将罗汉果:0.8份、葛根:4.3份、金银花:3.2份分别粉碎至50-80目;
(2)向配料缸加入适量80-85℃的热水,启配料缸的搅拌,在搅拌的状态下分别依次将金银花、罗汉果、葛根缓慢地加入到配料缸中,并继续搅动使其完全溶解在热水中;
(3)在搅拌的状态下加入一水柠檬酸:0.6份,使得上述一水柠檬酸完全溶解;
(4)在搅拌的状态下加入枳椇子:0.12份、沙棘:0.09份、葡萄籽:0.08份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀。
(5)在搅拌的状态下加入木糖醇:2.1份、AK糖:0.15份、葡萄糖:1.8份、蜂蜜:1.6份以及阿斯巴甜:0.09份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀;
(6)暂停配料缸的搅拌,然后再向配料缸加入适量常温的水,完成定容后再次开启配料缸的搅拌直到配料缸内的料液混合均匀。
本发明提供一种具有解酒保健饮料,配方中葛根有醒酒、生津止渴、升阳止泻之功、补益脾胃,滋阴补肾;配方中罗汉果、鱼腥草等成分,具有化痰止咳,清肺润肠,缓急止痛、调和诸药等功效;配方中的蜂蜜等成分,含菊甙、氨基酸、有机酸等多种维生素及微量元素,具有养肝明目、美颜润肤、改善气色,抗氧化等功效;配方金银花、沙棘等成分含有绿原酸、胆碱、有机酸、等多种健康营养成分。具有清热降火,缓泻、利胆、解毒等功效;配方中的葡萄籽等成分,含有多种有机酸成分。具有消积化滞、祛湿升清、降血脂和胆固醇等功效,因此,本发明具有强肾养胃、醒酒护肝、化痰止咳、清肺润肠、排毒养颜,抗氧化、清热解毒、降血脂和胆固醇的功效。
试验方法:取昆明小鼠60只,♀♂各半,随机分为3组,第一组为空白组,第二组为对照组,第三组为实验组。第一组、第二组均灌注生理盐水0.2ml/10g体重,第三组灌本发明的口服液制剂 0.2ml/10g体重;30分钟后,第一组灌注生理盐水0.2ml/10g体重;第二组、第三组均灌胃白酒(42°),各组分别在灌胃白酒30分钟、 60分钟、90分钟、150分钟后分组抽取静脉血,并用气相色谱法测定血液中乙醇的浓度。
2、实验结果:见表一:各组小鼠不同时间乙醇浓度比较。
表一数据显示,本发明的具有解酒保健饮料的可显著降低饮酒小鼠血液中的酒精浓度,说明本发明具有很好的解酒作用。

临床观察和测试
1、受试对象:选8例身体健康的成人男士作为受试对象。
2、试验方法:随机选4例第一组作为实验组,并分别编号1、2、 3、4;在饮酒后立即服用本发明的解酒保健饮料;另外4例第二组作为对照组,并分别编号1、2、3、4;饮酒后不服用任何解酒药物。受试对象每人饮用48°白酒200mL;各组分别在10分钟、30分钟、60 分钟以后,检测所有受试对象血液中乙醇含量。
3、实验结果:见表二、表三、表四:检测受试对象血液中乙醇浓度含量(mg/100ml)。
由表二、表三、表四的检测数据我们可以看出,饮酒后立即饮用本发明具有解酒保健饮料后较直接饮酒者血液中的乙醇含量明显降低,表明本发明药物具有快速解酒的效果。
同时,通过观察两组受试者饮用48°白酒后的身体感受,发现饮酒者酒后饮用本发明的具有解酒保健饮料基本没有发生呕吐的现象,而直接饮酒者有明显的不舒服感,而且有1例发生头晕现象。
另外,实验还证明,本发明的具有解酒保健饮料在酒前服用,也具有很好的解酒作用。如酒前、酒后10min结合服用,则解酒效果更佳;而且男女老少均适宜。

Claims (6)
1.一种具有解酒保健饮料,其特征在于,包括以下原料配比:
罗汉果:0.5-2.4份、葛根:2.1-8.5份、金银花:1.3-5.5份、枳椇子:0.02-0.18份、沙棘:0.02-0.19份、葡萄籽:0.02-0.20份、蜂蜜:1.0-2.4份、水、180-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有解酒保健饮料,其特征在于,所述原料配比还包括甜味剂,所述甜味剂包括:木糖醇:1.25-3.18份、AK糖:0.05-0.22份、葡萄糖:1.0-2.3份、阿斯巴甜:0.02-0.14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有解酒保健饮料,其特征在于,所述原料配比还包括酸味剂,所述酸味剂包括:一水柠檬酸:0.25-1.3份。
4.一种具有解酒保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗汉果:0.5-2.4份、葛根:2.1-8.5份、金银花:1.3-5.5份分别粉碎至50-80目;
(2)向配料缸加入适量的热水,将上述罗汉果、葛根以及金银花的粉料缓慢加入配料缸中,使得上述罗汉果、葛根以及金银花的粉料溶解在热水中;
(3)在搅拌的状态下加入一水柠檬酸:0.25-1.3份,使得上述一水柠檬酸完全溶解;
(4)在搅拌的状态下加入枳椇子:0.02-0.18份、沙棘:0.02-0.19份、葡萄籽:0.02-0.20份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀。
(5)在搅拌的状态下加入木糖醇:1.25-3.18份、AK糖:0.05-0.22份、葡萄糖:1.0-2.3份、蜂蜜:1.0-2.4份以及阿斯巴甜:0.02-0.14份,同时继续搅拌使其混合均匀;
(6)暂停配料缸的搅拌,然后再向配料缸加入适量常温的水,完成定容后再次开启配料缸的搅拌直到配料缸内的料液混合均匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有解酒保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的热水温度为80-85℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有解酒保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)具体为:启配料缸的搅拌,在搅拌的状态下分别依次将金银花、罗汉果、葛根缓慢地加入到配料缸中,并继续搅动使其完全溶解。
