Abstract

一种生物酶法制备普瑞巴林手性中间体(R)‑3‑(氨甲酰甲基)‑5‑甲基己酸的方法，具体方法是：首先，以化合物(Ⅰ)3‑异丁基戊二酸为原料与含氮试剂反应生成式化合物(Ⅱ)3‑异丁基戊二酰亚胺；然后，化合物(Ⅱ)在生物酶的作用下立体选择性开环，生成化合物(Ⅲ)(R)‑3‑(氨甲酰甲基)‑5‑甲基己酸：
