Abstract

本发明提供了一种水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,具体包括甲组份:去离子水1~10份、水性羟基丙烯酸乳液45~60份、分散剂0.2~0.4份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、润湿剂0.1~0.2份、增稠剂0.4~0.6份、防沉剂0.1~0.2、沉淀硫酸钡20~31份、碳酸钙4~9份、颜料3~20份、裂纹助剂1~6份、基材润湿剂0.1~0.2份、防腐蚀剂0.1~0.2份、防霉杀菌剂0.1~0.2份;乙组份:DB82547异氰酸酯固化剂;甲组分和乙组分按照6~9:1混合。该涂料拥有近似于0VOC的特性,同时涂料的施工能力佳,在不同的底漆和底材上都有比较好的裂纹效果,漆膜理化性能好,耐盐雾性极佳。

Description

一种水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆
技术领域
本发明提供了一种具有裂纹效果的双组份水性涂料,属于一种表面装饰领域的环保水性涂料。
背景技术
随着国家对环境保护工作的越来越重视以及人们环保意识的不断增强,水性涂料成为涂料发展的重要方向和研究重点。环氧树脂品种繁多,特向性能优异,广泛应用于涂料生产中。双组份水性裂纹涂料的诸多优点:对多种底材有极佳的附着力、固化后的涂膜耐腐蚀性和耐化学性优异、硬度高、耐磨性好、电气绝缘性能优异;还具有有机溶剂或VOC含量较低,不会造成空气污染,满足环境保护要求;同时以水作为分散介质,价格低廉、无气味、不燃、储存、运输和使用更安全;施工工具可以用水洗;水性裂纹涂料的优势还表现在该混合体系可在室温和潮湿的环境中固化,受环境影响的程度较小,有合理的固化时间,并保证有很高的交联密度,远胜于通常的单组份裂纹涂料。
但是目前的水性双组份裂纹为了满足施工性能,必须添加部分助溶剂,而且裂纹的花纹不均匀,裂纹效果容易受到不同底漆和底材的影响。因此施工简单通用性好的裂纹涂料一直是裂纹漆用户的渴望。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述现有技术中的不足,提供了一种水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,该涂料拥有近似于0VOC的特性,同时涂料的施工能力佳,在不同的底漆和底材上都有比较好的裂纹效果,且能够通过不同颜填料、助剂的搭配得到不同的裂纹效果。漆膜理化性能好,耐盐雾性极佳。
实现本发明上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,包括甲组份和乙组份,各组分以及各组分的质量份为:甲组份:去离子水1~10份、水性羟基丙烯酸乳液45~60份、分散剂0.2~0.4份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、润湿剂0.1~0.2份、增稠剂0.4~0.6份、防沉剂0.1~0.2、沉淀硫酸钡20~31份、碳酸钙4~9份、颜料3~20份、裂纹助剂1~6份、基材润湿剂0.1~0.2份、防腐蚀剂0.1~0.2份、防霉杀菌剂0.1~0.2份;所述水性羟基丙烯酸乳液为DB4253H环氧改性羟基丙烯酸乳液,所述裂纹助剂为聚氨酯裂纹助剂,具体为双键化学DB3502聚氨酯乳液;
乙组份:DB82547异氰酸酯固化剂;
所述甲组分和乙组分按照6~9:1的质量比混合,从而得到水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆。
所述分散剂为优卡化学UNIQ SPERSE 690W。
所述消泡剂为迪高TEGO-810消泡剂。
所述的润湿剂为气体化学Surfynol104E润湿剂。
所述的增稠剂为水性流变助剂明凌Tafigel PUR64增稠剂。
所述的防沉剂为海明斯BENTONE LT。
所述的颜料包括铁红粉、钛白粉以及黄颜料中的一种以上;所述铁红粉为国产氧化铁红粉,所述钛白粉为国产金红石型钛白粉,所述黄颜料为颜料154号黄。
所述的基材润湿剂为迪高TEGO-270。
所述的防腐蚀剂为国产FXB-01。
所述的防霉杀菌剂为罗门哈斯KATHON LXE。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆具有以下优点:本发明采用0VOC羟基丙烯酸乳液和聚氨酯裂纹助剂搭配多异氰酸酯固化剂制备0VOC水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆。通过两种树脂的有限的相容性和两种树脂收缩速度的极大不同,在不使用任何助溶剂的情况下,即可以达到极佳的裂纹漆成膜效果和漆膜性能,完全淘汰了高沸点环保溶剂的使用,气味大大减小,而且裂纹效果优异,不会随着底材和底漆的变化产生较大的波动。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做详细具体的说明,但是本发明的保护范围并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本实施例为某涂装公司使用的粗裂纹水性双组份裂纹漆,由以下成分组成:

1.一种水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于包括甲组份和乙组份,各组分以及各组分的质量份为:甲组份:去离子水1~10份、水性羟基丙烯酸乳液45~60份、分散剂0.2~0.4份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、润湿剂0.1~0.2份、增稠剂0.4~0.6份、防沉剂0.1~0.2、沉淀硫酸钡20~31份、碳酸钙4~9份、颜料3~20份、裂纹助剂1~6份、基材润湿剂0.1~0.2份、防腐蚀剂0.1~0.2份、防霉杀菌剂0.1~0.2份;所述水性羟基丙烯酸乳液为双键化学DB4253H环氧改性丙烯酸乳液,所述裂纹助剂为聚氨酯裂纹助剂,具体为双键化学DB3502聚氨酯乳液;
乙组份:DB82547异氰酸酯固化剂;
所述甲组分和乙组分按照6~9:1的质量比混合,从而得到水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述分散剂为优卡化学UNIQ SPERSE 690W。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为迪高TEGO-810消泡剂,UNIQ FOAM 290W消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述的润湿剂为气体化学Surfynol104E润湿剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为水性流变助剂明凌Tafigel PUR64增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述的防沉剂为海明斯BENTONE LT。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其特征在于:所述的颜料包括铁红粉、钛白粉以及黄颜料中的一种以上;所述铁红粉为国产氧化铁红粉,所述钛白粉为国产金红石型钛白粉,所述黄颜料为颜料154黄。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性双组份单涂层裂纹漆,其8特征在于:所述的基材润湿剂为迪高TEGO-270。
