Description

具有内装式滤器的压缩机
在制冷压缩机中,制冷剂和润滑油的亲合总是需要将油从排出的制冷剂中分离出来并送回到压缩机。而且,返回的油通常在供到配油结构之前进行过滤。因为滤器必须便于更换以及能脱离出来以减少油的损失,滤器是设置在压缩机的外部。但是,这需要铜焊滤器下游管路,这可能会使焊渣被油夹带进入轴承等装置。
滤器壳体是压缩机机壳的一部分,以便对压缩机只有一单个油进入位置。滤器封接于一单向阀组件。在更换滤器时单向阀组件能防止油回流。一个电磁阀设置在单向阀的下游,但位于需要润滑的压缩机的轴承和运转齿轮的上游。因此,电磁阀必须打开以允许供应润滑油。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种尽可能接近压缩机磨损表面的独特的滤油结构。
本发明的另一目的在于省去滤器下游的铜焊。这些目的以及下文中将变得更加明显的其它目的,将由本发明来实现。
基本上,滤器是设置在压缩机机壳内,因此机壳内的那些通路至少构成依次包括一滤器、一单向阀和一电磁阀的润滑油供应路径的一部分。
图1是采用本发明的压缩机的部分剖视图;
图2是单向阀组件的剖面图;
图3是一阀片的视图;
图4是一卡环的视图。
图1中,数字10总地表示一具有一机壳12的压缩机。在机壳12内设有一开孔,它依次包括螺纹段12—1,孔腔12—2,台肩12—3和螺纹孔12—4。螺纹孔12—5和12—6与孔腔12—2连通。孔12—7与孔12—4连通,孔12—8与压缩机轴承、运转齿轮等连通。
从图2可以清楚地看到,单向阀组件20包括一阀体22。阀体22有孔22—1和22—3,阀座22—2位于这两孔之间。孔22—3中设有一环形凹槽22—4。阀体22由一环形凸缘22—5隔成两段。阀体22的一段有一环形凹槽22—6和一螺纹段22—7。阀体22的另一段依次包括六角形段22—8、台肩22—9、圆柱段22—10、过渡段22—11和圆柱段22—12。阀片24装在孔22—3中并由卡环26挡定在适当位置。阀片24很轻并能响应流动/压差而在阀座22—2和卡环26之间移动。从图3可以清楚地看到,阀片24由一中央盘和一环形圈构成,环形圈有多个周向间隔的将中央盘与环形圈连接起来的辐板。从图4可清楚地看到,卡环26基本上为C形。
在装配本发明的结构中,应将阀片24和卡环26在阀组件20内装配到位。O形圈或其它合适的密封圈28应设置于环形凹槽22—6中。然后,通过将单向阀组件20的螺纹段22—7旋入螺纹孔12—4中直至凸缘22—5与台肩12—3接触后达到—足够的扭矩,而将阀组件20安装于机壳12中。施拉德式螺塞30旋入螺纹孔12—6内起一放泄孔作用。回油管路32以螺纹连接于孔12—5。将装有O形圈或其它适当的密封圈42的滤器40套在阀体22的圆柱段22—12上并用力装到圆柱段22—10上。将螺塞44旋入螺纹段12—1内,这样,在螺塞44安装就位后滤器不会滑离阀组件20。
在运行时,油从制冷系统以系统压力经回油管路32流回压缩机10并进入孔12—2。油依次流经滤器40、孔腔22—1、单向阀24、孔22—3和孔12—4进入孔12—7。假定电磁阀50是开着的,油从孔12—7流经电磁阀50流入孔12—8,又从孔12—8流向压缩机轴承、运转齿轮等。可以注意到,滤器40并没有与需要润滑的零件隔开很长的距离或者被需要铜焊的接头隔开。
为了更换滤器40,将压缩机停机并把电磁阀50关闭。孔腔12—2将被通过顶开螺塞30内的阀而通过孔12—6减压,直到压力降至环境压力。将螺塞44旋出并卸下。任何来自孔12—7和22—3的流动趋势都将会使阀片24座落到阀座22—2上,并且如果电磁阀50发生故障或漏泄时也将如此。于是,可将滤器40卸下并更换。如果有必要或愿意,也可将组件20卸下并更换。然后将螺塞44再旋入螺纹孔12—1并旋紧螺塞30。真空度可由通过螺塞30和通路12—6抽气来建立,然后就可起动压缩机12。

Claims (5)

1.一种压缩机装置,包括:
一机壳装置(12);
一位于所述机壳装置内并具有一第一端和一第二端的第一孔(12—3);
一流体密封所述第一孔的第一端的装置(44);
一位于所述机壳装置内并具有一第一端和一第二端的第二孔(12—4);
一固设于所述第二孔内并允许流体从所述第一孔流向所述第二孔的单向阀组件(20);
一位于所述第一孔内并密封地连接于所述单向阀组件的滤器装置(40);
一连接于所述第一孔装置的回油管路(32),流经所述回油管路的回油进入所述第一孔并通过依次包括所述滤器装置、所述单向阀组件和所述第二孔的流动路径,向所述压缩机装置提供润滑油。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机装置,其特征在于,所述第二孔的下游的所述流动路径依次包括一位于所述机壳装置内的第三孔(12—7)、电磁阀装置(50)以及一位于所述机壳装置内的第四孔(12—8),借此第四孔所述电磁阀装置有选择地允许从所述第三孔经所述流动路径向所述第四孔的流动,与此同时所述单向阀组件阻止从所述第二孔向所述第一孔的流动。
3.如权利要求1所述的压缩机装置,其特征在于,所述单向阀组件包括:
一延伸入所述第二孔并固定于其内的第一段(22—7);
一延伸入所述第一孔内并适于所述滤器装置套装在其上的第二段(22—10);以及
一适于只允许流体从所述第二段流向所述第一段的单向阀阀片(24)。
4.如权利要求3所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述第一段是以螺纹固定于所述第二孔内。
5.如权利要求3所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述单向阀组件还包括阀痤装置(22—2),并且所述单向阀阀片由一卡紧在所述第一段内的卡环(26)挡定于适当位置。
