Anxiety and depression are common in young and middle-aged years, with about 2.64 billion patients with anxiety by 2015 worldwide, as with depression, anxiety women (4.6%) being more common than men (2.6%). At present, modern medicine mainly treats anxiety disorder in two aspects of drug intervention and psychological regulation. However, most people do not adapt to the psychological treatment room and the psychological treatment mode when receiving psychological adjustment, and do not want to be right at the psychological diseases, so that the drug therapy is still the main treatment means of various anxiety disorders and depression at present. The existing anxiolytic and antidepressant has serious side effects, slow clinical effect and easy relapse after drug withdrawal, and is not suitable for long-term administration. Therefore, there is a need to find a mild, low-side or even no-side effect method to smooth mood and regulate emotion to alleviate anxiety states.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a pharmaceutical composition with the effects of relieving anxiety and improving depression, wherein the pharmaceutical composition adopts medicinal and edible materials, and achieves the purpose of improving the anxiety and depression states caused by stress reaction;

a pharmaceutical composition with effects of relieving anxiety and relieving depression comprises Ginseng radix extract, Poria extract, fructus Jujubae extract, Stichopus japonicus extract, rhizoma Acori Graminei extract and Grifola frondosa seed extract.
The composition comprises, by weight, 250 parts of ginseng extract, 200 parts of poria cocos extract, 50-150 parts of red date extract, 50-100 parts of sea cucumber extract, 300 parts of acorus gramineus extract and 200 parts of griffonia simplicifolia seed extract.
The composition comprises, by weight, 150-200 parts of a ginseng extract, 120-180 parts of a poria extract, 80-120 parts of a red date extract, 60-90 parts of a sea cucumber extract, 150-250 parts of a rhizoma acori graminei extract and 120-180 parts of a griffonia seed extract.
The composition comprises, by weight, 180 parts of a ginseng extract, 150 parts of a poria cocos extract, 100 parts of a red date extract, 80 parts of a sea cucumber extract, 200 parts of a rhizoma acori graminei extract and 150 parts of a gardner seed extract.
The composition is used as an active ingredient, and is mixed with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and an auxiliary agent to obtain a pharmaceutical preparation; wherein the content of the composition in the preparation is 15-40%.

The sea cucumber extract is prepared by cleaning fresh Stichopus japonicus with cold water, adding water at solid-liquid (g/ml) ratio of 1:5, and soaking in cold storage at 4 deg.C for 48 hr; beating the soaked sea cucumber into homogenate by a homogenizer, freezing at-20 ℃, thawing at room temperature after completely freezing, centrifuging at 4 ℃, and collecting supernatant and precipitate. Filtering the supernatant with sterilizing membrane with pore diameter of 0.25 μm, and storing the filtrate at 4 deg.C; the resulting precipitate was again frozen and thawed with water and the supernatant collected by centrifugal filtration. the rhizoma Acori Graminei extract is prepared by extracting dried rhizome of rhizoma Acori Graminei according to Ginseng radix extract extraction method.
The Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract is prepared by extracting seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia plant according to the extraction method of ginseng extract.

Example 6: pharmacodynamic test of the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention

Therefore, the composition provided by the invention can obtain unexpected technical effects by matching certain active ingredients according to certain proportion, is not simply and randomly combined by a plurality of substances, and the composition provided by the invention combines the ginseng extract, the poria extract, the red date extract, the sea cucumber extract, the rhizoma acori graminei extract and the gardner seed extract, has a remarkable anti-depression effect in a depression model, particularly has the best effect in a medium dose group, and has an effect superior to each proportion. The raw materials in the pharmaceutical composition have synergistic effect, and the effect of the composition depends on the mixture ratio of the raw materials.
