Test strains: staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, resuscitated before testing, and made into 1 × 109cfu/mL of bacterial liquid.
Culture medium: MH agar medium.
Manufacturing a blank MH flat plate: 10mL of sterile MH agar medium was added to the plate and cooled to prepare a blank MH agar plate.
Preparation of the drug-containing agar plate: 1mL of the bacteriostatic care lotion prepared in example 1 and 9mL of sterile MH agar medium were added to the plate, mixed well, and cooled to prepare a drug-containing agar plate. Drug-containing plates of example 2 and example 3 were prepared in the same manner.
In the same manner, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans solutions were inoculated into each of the drug-containing plates and blank plates of examples 1-3, respectively, and each plate was inoculated with 0.1mL of the bacteria solution, and the procedure was repeated three times. The blank plate is used as a reference, and the inoculated strains and the contained medicines are marked on the inoculated plate. The results of each group were observed after incubation at 37 ℃ for 24 h.
The experimental results are as follows: the colony numbers of the three bacteria in the control group are obviously higher than those of all experimental groups, and the antibacterial nursing lotion in the examples 1-3 can effectively inhibit staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans. The bacteriostatic care lotion prepared in the example 2 has the most excellent effect, the inhibition rate on staphylococcus aureus reaches 98.1%, the inhibition rate on escherichia coli reaches 97.0%, and the inhibition rate on candida albicans reaches 93.9%; the bacteriostat prepared in the embodiment 1 has the advantages that the bacteriostat can reach 90.2 percent of the inhibition rate to staphylococcus aureus, 95.6 percent of the inhibition rate to escherichia coli and 94.1 percent of the inhibition rate to candida albicans; the bacteriostat prepared in the embodiment 3 has the inhibition rate of 92.6 percent on staphylococcus aureus, 93.7 percent on escherichia coli and 91.0 percent on candida albicans.
From the above embodiments, the invention provides an antibacterial care lotion and an application thereof, wherein the antibacterial care lotion comprises the following components: 10-20 parts of sophora flavescens root extract, 10-20 parts of fructus cnidii extract, 5-15 parts of rheum palmatum root extract, 5-15 parts of dandelion root extract, 4-12 parts of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 2-8 parts of licorice root extract, 1-5 parts of honeysuckle flower extract, 3-5 parts of ceramide type 1, 3-7 parts of ceramide type 3, 5-15 parts of alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, 10-20 parts of panthenol and 0.1-0.14 part of plant essential oil. The main raw materials adopted by the bacteriostatic liquid are extracts of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and the bacteriostatic liquid is wide in source and low in cost. Meanwhile, the formula is reasonable, the effect is obvious, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans can be effectively inhibited, and the traditional Chinese medicine is safe, free of irritation and free of side effects.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. An antibacterial nursing lotion is characterized by comprising the following components: radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, fructus Cnidii extract, radix et rhizoma Rhei Palmati extract, herba Taraxaci extract, Scutellariae radix extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, flos Lonicerae extract, ceramide type 1, ceramide type 3, alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, panthenol and plant essential oil.

The bacteriostatic care lotion according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of sophora flavescens root extract, 10-20 parts of fructus cnidii extract, 5-15 parts of rheum palmatum root extract, 5-15 parts of dandelion root extract, 4-12 parts of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 2-8 parts of licorice root extract, 1-5 parts of honeysuckle flower extract, 3-5 parts of ceramide type 1, 3-7 parts of ceramide type 3, 5-15 parts of alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, 10-20 parts of panthenol and 0.1-0.14 part of plant essential oil.

An antibacterial care lotion according to claim 2, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of sophora flavescens root extract, 15 parts of fructus cnidii extract, 10 parts of rheum palmatum root extract, 10 parts of dandelion root extract, 8 parts of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 5 parts of licorice root extract, 3 parts of honeysuckle flower extract, 4 parts of ceramide type 1, 5 parts of ceramide type 3, 10 parts of alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, 14.88 parts of panthenol and 0.12 part of plant essential oil.
4. An antibacterial care lotion according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plant essential oil is one or more of rose essential oil, lily essential oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil and tea tree essential oil.
5. An antibacterial nursing lotion according to claim 4, wherein the plant essential oil comprises 4-6 mass parts of rose essential oil, lily essential oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil and tea tree essential oil: 2-4: 1-3: 0.5-1.5: 0.5 to 1.5.
6. An antibacterial nursing lotion according to claim 5, wherein the plant essential oil comprises rose essential oil, lily essential oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil and tea tree essential oil in a mass ratio of 5: 3: 2: 1: 1.
7. use of the bacteriostatic care lotion according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for inhibiting staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans.
