Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide the skin care composition for controlling oil and removing acnes, which has quick response and small irritation to the skin;
another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the skin care composition for controlling oil and removing acne.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a skin care composition for controlling oil and removing acne comprises effective components, water and carrier or matrix for forming skin care preparation; wherein the functional components comprise salicylic acid, composite fruit acid, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and bisabolol.
The compound fruit acid is a compound formed by any two or more than two of vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract, sugarcane extract, sweet orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract, maple extract, grape extract, pineapple extract or passion flower extract according to any proportion;
as a specific embodiment of the invention, the composite acid is composed of bilberry fruit extract, sugarcane extract, sweet orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract and maple extract according to any proportion.
The bilberry fruit extract, sugarcane extract, sweet orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract, maple extract, grape extract, pineapple extract, passion flower extract, etc. in the present invention may be any commercially available product; or extracts obtained by extracting fruits of Vaccinium myrtillus, sugarcane, sweet orange, lemon, maple, grape, pineapple or passion flower or other plant organs (such as stems and leaves) with an aqueous extraction solvent according to a conventional extraction method, and the extracts can be used in the present invention; as a specific embodiment, the Vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract, sugarcane extract, sweet orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract, maple extract, grape extract, pineapple extract, and passion fruit extract used in the present invention are available from Ative receptors, USA.
The carrier or matrix for forming the skin care preparation comprises a humectant, a freshener, a solubilizer, a preservative, a penetration enhancer, a sustained-release agent and the like.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the humectant is preferably glycerin; the cooling agent is preferably menthol lactate; the solubilizer is preferably laureth-4; the preservative is preferably 1, 2-pentanediol, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and ethylhexylglycerin; the penetration enhancer is preferably 1, 2-pentanediol; the slow release agent is preferably poloxamer 407.
According to a large number of experiments, the invention discovers that the dosage ratio of the three functional components of salicylic acid, the compound fruit acid and the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate and the two functional components of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and bisabolol have very obvious influence on the skin care effect of controlling oil and removing acne; wherein, the (salicylic acid + composite fruit acid + hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) and the (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate + bisabolol) are mixed according to the proportion of (1-7): and (1-2) the skin care effects of controlling oil and removing acnes can be better achieved when the components are combined according to the mass ratio, wherein when the ratio of (salicylic acid + compound fruit acid + hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) to (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate + bisabolol) is 5:1, the synergistic effect is best, and the optimal skin care effects of controlling oil and removing acnes can be obtained.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the weight parts of each functional component are preferably: salicylic acid 0.1-2 parts, composite fruit acid 0.1-2 parts, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.1-1 part, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.1-1 part, and bisabolol 0.1-0.5 part.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the amount of water used is preferably 47 to 87 parts by weight; the amount of the excipient is preferably 13 to 45 parts by weight.
The skin care composition for controlling oil and removing acnes can be prepared into various suitable skin care preparations according to the conventional preparation method in the field of the skin care preparations, such as common skin care preparations like smearing gel masks or face creams.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a preparation method of a smearing type gel mask for controlling oil and removing acne, comprising:
(1) dissolving salicylic acid, composite fruit acid and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate in water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) dissolving dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in water, adding bisabolol, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) uniformly mixing a humectant, a freshener, a solubilizer, a preservative and a penetration enhancer to obtain a mixture 3;
(4) uniformly mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and the mixture 3, and stirring until the solution is uniform to obtain a mixture 4;
(5) adding the sustained-release agent and a proper amount of water into the mixture 4 at the temperature of 5-10 ℃, and fully stirring until the mixture is in a uniform gel state.
The main functional components of the skin care composition for controlling oil and removing acnes provided by the invention consist of various natural plant extracts, so that the skin care composition has small irritation to the skin; the multiple functional components are compatible to exert the optimal synergistic effect, and the skin care effect of controlling oil and removing acnes can be achieved.

It is to be understood that the described embodiments are exemplary only and are not limiting upon the scope of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and that such changes and modifications may be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1 preparation of a spread gel mask (one) the ingredients were weighed according to the following classification (unit: g):
the component A comprises: salicylic acid 2, complex fruit acid (consisting of bilberry fruit extract, sugarcane extract, sweet orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract and maple extract; available from Ative Concepts, usa under the trade name of complex fruit extract) 2, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 1, water 21.2;
and B component: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.5, bisabolol 0.5 and water 15;
and C, component C: glycerin 4, menthol lactate 0.1, laureth-43, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.5, ethylhexylglycerin 0.2;
and (D) component: poloxamer 40720, water 30;
(II) the preparation process comprises the following steps:
1. dissolving the solid components (salicylic acid and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) in the A in distilled water, adding the rest components, and stirring to obtain a mixture 1;
2. dissolving the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in the B into distilled water, adding bisabolol, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
3. uniformly mixing the components in the step C to obtain a mixture 3;
4. and mixing the mixture 1,2 and 3, and stirring until the solution is uniform to obtain a mixture 4.
5. Adding the component D into the mixture 4 at the temperature of 5-10 ℃, and fully stirring until the mixture is in a uniform gel state.
6. And (3) vacuumizing and filling, wherein the specification is as follows: 100 g/piece.
Example 2 preparation of a spread gel mask (one) the components (unit: g) were weighed out in the following amounts:
the component A comprises: 1.5 parts of salicylic acid, 1.5 parts of composite fruit acid (consisting of lemon fruit extract, grape extract, pineapple extract and passion flower extract; available from Ative concentrates, USA under the trade name of composite fruit extract), 0.75 parts of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate and 27.4 parts of water;
and B component: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.375, bisabolol 0.375 and water 20;
and C, component C: 1 part of glycerol, 0.1 part of menthol lactate, 42 parts of laureth-42, 3 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol and 2 parts of butanediol;
and (D) component: poloxamer 40710, water 30;
(II) the preparation process comprises the following steps:
1. dissolving the solid components (salicylic acid and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) in the A in distilled water, adding the rest components, and stirring to obtain a mixture 1;
2. dissolving the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in the B into distilled water, adding bisabolol, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
3. uniformly mixing the components in the step C to obtain a mixture 3;
4. and mixing the mixture 1,2 and 3, and stirring until the solution is uniform to obtain a mixture 4.
5. Adding the component D into the mixture 4 at the temperature of 5-10 ℃, and fully stirring until the mixture is in a uniform gel state.
6. Vacuumizing and filling; specification: 30 g/piece.
Example 3 preparation of a spreadable gel mask
Weighing the following components (unit: g):
the component A comprises: salicylic acid 0.5, complex fruit acid (consisting of bilberry fruit extract, sugar cane extract and sweet orange fruit extract; available from Ative Concepts in the united states under the trade name of complex fruit extract) 0.5, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.25, and water 23.3;
and B component: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.125, bisabolol 0.125 and water 20;
and C, component C: glycerin 2, menthol lactate 0.2, laureth-42.5, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.5, butanediol 5;
and (D) component: poloxamer 40715, water 30;
(II) the preparation process comprises the following steps:
1. dissolving the solid components (salicylic acid and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) in the A in distilled water, adding the rest components, and stirring to obtain a mixture 1;
2. dissolving the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in the B into distilled water, adding bisabolol, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
3. uniformly mixing the components in the step C to obtain a mixture 3;
4. and mixing the mixture 1,2 and 3, and stirring until the solution is uniform to obtain a mixture 4.
5. Adding the component D into the mixture 4 at the temperature of 5-10 ℃, and fully stirring until the mixture is in a uniform gel state.
6. Vacuumizing and filling; specification: 50 g/piece
Test example 1 test for examining the effect of the mixture ratio of (salicylic acid + complex fruit acid + hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) and (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate + bisabolol) on acne treatment
The formula ratio of (salicylic acid + complex fruit acid + hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) to (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate + bisabolol) is shown in table 1.

70 volunteers 14-40 years old were randomized into 7 groups of 10 individuals each. The skin irritation score of the product is 0-3, wherein 0 represents strong skin irritation, stabbing pain and skin eruption, 1 represents strong skin irritation, stabbing pain and burning sensation, 2 represents weak skin irritation and slight stabbing pain, and 3 represents no skin irritation; the effect score of the product is 0-5, 0 indicates no effect, 1-2 indicates effect but lower than the effect of the same kind of product in the eyes, 3 indicates the effect equivalent to the same kind of product in the eyes, 4 indicates the effect exceeding the same kind of product in the eyes, and 5 indicates the best effect in the current use. The test results are shown in Table 2.

According to the test data in the table 2, the group 5 has the highest total score and less irritation to the skin, and the effect of improving the inflamed pox, closed pox and oil control is also obviously better than that of the other 6 groups; therefore, the best synergistic effect on improving the acne rosacea, the acne vulgaris, controlling oil and stimulating the skin can be achieved by combining (salicylic acid + compound fruit acid + hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) and (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate + bisabolol) according to the mass ratio of 5: 1.
