Background
With the increase of age, environmental pollution and living pressure, the skin of people is more and more obvious. The common manifestations and causes of skin darkness are: first, the age begins to increase: the more active the free radicals in the body will be with age, the oxidation of the free radicals is aging, and problems such as wrinkles, sagging, color spots, darkness, etc. may be formed. Second, lack of motion at ordinary times: lack of daily exercise causes too slow metabolism, which causes excessive sugar to be dissociated in blood throughout the day, and the excessive sugar is attached to collagen, which breaks or disorganizes collagen, resulting in "skin saccharification". Thirdly, long-term sunlight solarization: long-term sunlight exposure is the cause of 90% of the human skin aging and tanning. Fourth, dietary nutritional imbalance: overeating and excessive intake of sugar will destroy the normal metabolism of skin and make skin saccharified and dull. Fifth, no skin cleansing is done: daily care should be taken to thoroughly cleanse the skin each day.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
Carnosine (carnosine) is a water-soluble dipeptide that occurs naturally in the skeletal muscles and in the metabolically active brain of a variety of vertebrates. This is the first representative bioactive peptide isolated from natural sources. Carnosine can effectively resist saccharification, resist oxidation, remove free radicals, prevent skin aging and whiten skin.
Inositol, i.e. inositol, is widely distributed in animals and plants, and is generally extracted from calcium phytate. Has effects of moisturizing and removing wrinkle, and can improve skin glossiness.
Ergothioneine is a natural amino acid which is abundant in a plurality of animals and plants, cannot be synthesized by the animal organism per se, and can only be taken from the outside. Ergothioneine is a natural antioxidant, has high protective effect on cells, is nontoxic, and can inhibit pigmentation and whiten skin. Ergothioneine absorbs certain wavelength in ultraviolet absorption range, and has sunscreen and antiinflammatory effects.

In order to better illustrate the advantages of the invention, aiming at anti-saccharification skin-brightening series cosmetics, a specific cosmetic efficacy evaluation method is adopted to test and analyze the safety and efficacy of the composition obtained by the invention, and the detection results are as follows:
1. the shining of carnosine and the anti-glycation efficacy evaluation of the anti-glycation composition.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
randomly extracting 3 eggs, uniformly mixing egg white in the eggs, uniformly pouring 30 g of egg white in each beaker into 3 beakers numbered from 1 to 3, adding 20 g of deionized water in each beaker, and uniformly mixing the mixture.
② No. 1 beaker is used as a control experiment, 5 g of example 5 is added and stirred evenly, and then 1 g of sugar is added and stirred evenly again; no. 2 beaker is used as a control experiment, 5 g of example 4 is added and stirred evenly, and then 1 g of sugar is added and stirred evenly again; no. 3 beaker is blank control experiment, add 5 g of example 7 and stir, then add 1 g of sugar and stir again.
Putting 3 beakers into a constant-temperature water bath kettle at 90 ℃ at the same time, and keeping the temperature for 2 hours.
And fourthly, taking out the protein after 2 hours to observe the yellowing degree of the protein after being saccharified.
The results are shown in fig. 1, where No. 3 beaker containing the shine and anti-glycation composition of the invention, clearly glycation-severe proteins turned yellow to brown. The protein in the No. 1 beaker and the No. 2 beaker is basically white, has low yellowing degree and has obvious anti-saccharification effect. The protein anti-glycation whiteness of the No. 1 beaker is obviously white compared with that of the No. 2 beaker, and the results prove that the anti-glycation and brightening capability of the anti-glycation and brightening composition on the protein can be improved because the concentration of ergothioneine is unchanged and the concentration of the carnosine is increased in the anti-glycation and brightening composition.
2. And (3) carrying out brightening on carnosine and evaluating the brightening and spot-fading effects of the anti-saccharification composition.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the facial spot value by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the condition.
And secondly, applying the brightening essence of the embodiment 4 on the left face, applying the brightening essence of the embodiment 6 on the right face for 3 months, cleaning the face with clear water, testing the facial spot value by using a skin tester VISIA (visual inspection instrument), and recording the condition.
The results are shown in fig. 2-3, where the reduction in spots was significant after the application of the rejuvenating essence, but the reduction in spots was slightly lower for application example 4 than for application example 6. From this, it can be concluded that the skin lightening and spot lightening effect of the composition can be enhanced by increasing the concentration of ergothioneine without changing the concentration of carnosine in the lightening and anti-glycation composition containing carnosine and ergothioneine. The ergothioneine concentration is unchanged, the concentration of carnosine is increased, and the brightening and spot-lightening effect of the composition on skin can be improved. The carnosine and the ergothioneine are proved to have the functions of brightening and lightening spots.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
