本申请涉及一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.2~2.5%、吸湿剂8.5~12.0%、碱剂1.8~3.2%、色光稳定剂0.5~2.0%、阳离子聚合物0.2~1.8%、促染剂1.5~3.5%,其余为水;所述增稠剂采用非离子性增稠剂。所述色光稳定剂采用还原性色光稳定剂。本申请所制备的活性数码印花浆料各组分相互协同,浆料抱水性明显提高,增加棉织物表面对墨水的堆积,减少墨水向周围渗化,大幅度提升印花织物表面得色、花型精细度,综合性能优异。

技术领域
本申请涉及一种纺织印染行业的一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料。
背景技术
数码印花是将花样图案以数字形式输入到计算机,通过计算机印花分色描稿系统(CAD)编辑处理,并由计算机控制数码印花设备将专用墨水直接喷印到纺织品上,形成所需图案。相较于传统印花,数码印花具有低耗能、低污染、快速灵活等优点,在保证高印花品质的同时,也满足个性化定制、小批量生产等客户需求,具有广阔的市场应用前景,是印花生产加工的重要发展方向。
活性染料又称反应性染料,分子中含一个或多个活性基团,在适当条件下可与纤维素纤维上的羟基、蛋白质纤维的氨基等发生反应形成共价键,适合棉、人棉、丝绸等纺织品的染色与印花。为获得高质量的图案,在数码印花前需对印花面料进行上浆。所谓上浆就是将提供墨水与纤维发生反应的化学助剂,如增稠剂、吸湿剂、碱剂、促染剂等浸轧到织物上,在织物表面上形成的浆膜。减少后续喷印和烘干过程中,活性墨水向背面或四周泳移,提升数码印花精度,同时保证活性墨水更好的上染与固着。故上浆浆料对数码印花织物表面得色花纹轮廓清晰度及织物手感等性能起着至关重要的作用。
目前技术中活性数码印花浆料大多数来自传统活性印花糊料,如海藻酸钠、变性淀粉、淀粉等,此类浆料抱水性差,在数码喷印过程中,墨水易从面料正面向背面渗化,导致面料得色差,且精细花型边缘渗化,因此高精度、高得色花型很难实现。
发明内容
本申请解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述不足,而提供一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料。
本申请解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.2~2.5%、吸湿剂8.5~12.0%、碱剂1.8~3.2%、色光稳定剂0.5~2.0%、阳离子聚合物0.2~1.8%、促染剂1.5~3.5%,其余为水;所述增稠剂采用非离子性增稠剂。
作为本申请进一步的方案,以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.5~2.2%、吸湿剂9.0~11.0%、碱剂2.0~3.2%、色光稳定剂0.5~1.5%、阳离子聚合物0.5~1.8%、促染剂1.8~3.2%,其余为水,所述色光稳定剂采用还原性色光稳定剂。
作为本申请进一步的方案,所述的增稠剂为羟丙基瓜尔豆胶、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、黄原胶中的一种或者几种。
作为本申请进一步的方案,所述的吸湿剂为尿素。
作为本申请进一步的方案,所述的碱剂为碳酸氢钠。
作为本申请进一步的方案,所述的色光稳定剂为间硝基苯磺酸钠。

与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果是:本申请所制备的活性数码印花浆料各组分相互协同,浆料抱水性明显提高,增加棉织物表面对墨水的堆积,减少墨水向周围渗化,大幅度提升印花织物表面得色、花型精细度,综合性能优异。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本申请技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本申请并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本申请的限定。
本申请采用高保水性非离子性增稠剂的羟丙基瓜尔豆胶、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、黄原胶中的一种或几种与阳离子聚合物聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子纤维素、阳离子淀粉的一种或者几种进行复配,具有良好的防渗化作用。阳离子型聚合物可以与活性染料结合,提升活性染料的上染率,提升印花织物的表面得色,同时浆料中加入还原性色光稳定剂间硝基苯磺酸钠,可以减少在汽蒸过程中活性染料被氧化,提升印花产品质量。
实施例1
一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.8%、尿素9.5%、碳酸氢钠2.4%、间硝基苯磺酸钠0.8%、阳离子型聚合物1.0%、促染剂2.0%,其余为水。
实施例2
一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.9%、尿素10%、碳酸氢钠2.7%、间硝基苯磺酸钠0.9%、阳离子型聚合物1.1%、促染剂2.4%,其余为水。
实施例3
一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂2%、尿素10.5%、碳酸氢钠2.8%、间硝基苯磺酸钠1%、阳离子型聚合物1.2%、促染剂2.7%,其余为水。
实施例4
一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂2.1%、尿素10.5%、碳酸氢钠3%、间硝基苯磺酸钠1.2%、阳离子型聚合物1.4%、促染剂3.0%,其余为水。
对本申请浆料与市售浆料活性数码印花试验
试验面料:133×72全棉府绸
数码印花工艺:浸轧上浆(一浸一轧)→活性数码喷印(600 ×1200dpi,单色色块100墨量)→烘干→汽蒸(102℃×15min)→冷水洗→温水洗(60℃)→皂洗(95℃,皂洗剂2g/L)→冷水洗→熨干。
性能测试:
(1)抱水性测试:在烧杯中加入按上浆配方配好的的浆料,然后将已经剪好10cm×1cm滤纸,在距底端1cm处用做好标记,用试管架夹住,放入浆料溶液中,保持标记线与溶液表面平行以及滤纸的垂直状态,30min后取出滤纸,用尺子测量水上升的高度。
(2)表面深度(密度值)测试:用便携式测色仪i1对印花面料测试密度值,对比颜色深度,数值越高,深度越高,反之则越低。
(3)精细度测试:打印精细度测试图如图1,观察可以看清几条线,看清数量越多,精细度越好。

由表1看出,本申请活性数码印花浆料的具有极好的抱水性、印花织物表面得色明显比市售浆料好,且印花花型精细度好。申请浆料极好的的抱水性可以减少打印墨水由正面往背面以及正面往周围渗透,增加了面料正面堆积,使面料正面得色提升,同时打印花型的轮廓精细度也得到提高。综合来看,本申请活性数码印花浆料综合性能优异。

1.一种高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.2~2.5%、吸湿剂8.5~12.0%、碱剂1.8~3.2%、色光稳定剂0.5~2.0%、阳离子聚合物0.2~1.8%、促染剂1.5~3.5%,其余为水;所述增稠剂采用非离子性增稠剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述的浆料以重量百分比表示的组分为:增稠剂1.5-2.2%、吸湿剂9.0-11.0%、碱剂2.0-3.2%、色光稳定剂0.5-1.5%、阳离子聚合物0.2-1.5%、促染剂1.8-3.2%,其余为水,所述色光稳定剂采用还原性色光稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为羟丙基瓜尔豆胶、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、黄原胶中的一种或者几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述的吸湿剂为尿素。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的高得色棉织物活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述的碱剂为碳酸氢钠。
