Abstract
本发明涉及一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;处理剂A由含有三价铬的化合物及聚氨酯树脂组成,且含有三价铬的化合物中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4‑5:1;处理剂B由丙烯酸树脂、1,2‑双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、N‑2‑(氨基乙基)‑3‑氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硝酸锆、硝酸钛及聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物组成。本技术方案通过使用处理剂A中三价铬与金属基体表面的结合,提高了金属表面处理剂与金属基体的结合强度,提高了树脂涂膜在层压过程中出现裂纹的情况,并且利用处理剂B提高了金属表面处理剂的耐腐蚀性并且提高了金属基体边缘的耐加工效果。

技术领域
本发明属于金属表面处理技术领域,特别是指一种金属表面处理剂。
背景技术
层压加工是将树脂制膜加热压合于金属材料表面的加工方法,为防止金属材料表面腐蚀所采用的金属材料表面包覆方法之一,已经被广泛应用于各种领域。与通过在金属材料表面涂布树脂组合物并使其干燥来形成树脂防护膜的方法相比,层压加工在干燥时产生的溶剂少,且废气的产生量也少,从环境保护方面考虑其用途已经逐渐扩大,现已经被用于铝薄板材料、钢薄板材料,包装用铝箔或不锈钢箔等为原料等方面。
特别是近年来,电子产品、锂离子电池的外包装材料等,使用质量轻且阻隔性高的铝箔或不锈钢箔等金属箔。对于上述层压加工中使用的层压膜而言,要贴合于金属材料上之后进行加热压合,与涂布树脂组合物并干燥而形成的一般树脂涂膜相比,其具有能够抑制原材料的浪费、针孔少及加工性能优异等优点。
将层压膜层压加工于金属材料表面时,为了提高层压膜与金属表面的密合性及金属表面的耐腐蚀性,在对金属表面进行脱脂洗涤后,通常需要实施磷酸铬酸盐等化学转化处理,导致有包含六价铬的处理液而对环境产生危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金属表面处理剂,以解决现技术的金属表面处理的层压膜或树脂涂膜有起泡现象出现,且存在六价铬的处理液对环境产生危害的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有三价铬的化合物及聚氨酯树脂组成,且含有三价铬的化合物中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4-5:1;
所述处理剂B由丙烯酸树脂、1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硝酸锆、硝酸钛及聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物组成。
优选的,所述三价铬包括但不限于氯化铬、硝酸铬、硫酸铬钾或三氧化二铬中的一种。
优选的,所述处理剂B中按重量百分比分别为,8-15%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、10-20%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1-3%的硝酸锆、1-3%的硝酸钛、20-30的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂。
优选的,所述硝酸锆与所述硝酸钛的重量比为1:1-1:2。
本发明的有益效果是:
本技术方案通过使用处理剂A中三价铬与金属基体表面的结合,提高了金属表面处理剂与金属基体的结合强度,提高了树脂涂膜在层压过程中出现裂纹的情况,并且利用处理剂B提高了金属表面处理剂的耐腐蚀性并且提高了金属基体边缘的耐加工效果。

实施例1
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有硝酸铬及聚氨酯树脂组成,且硝酸铬中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4:1;
所述处理剂B由8%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、10%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1%的硝酸锆、1%的硝酸钛、20%的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂组成。
实施例2
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有硝酸铬及聚氨酯树脂组成,且硝酸铬中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为5:1;
所述处理剂B由8%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、10%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1%的硝酸锆、1%的硝酸钛、20%的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂组成。
实施例3
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有硝酸铬及聚氨酯树脂组成,且硝酸铬中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为5:1;
所述处理剂B由15%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、20%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3%的硝酸锆、3%的硝酸钛、30%的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂组成。
实施例4
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有硝酸铬及聚氨酯树脂组成,且硝酸铬中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4:1;
所述处理剂B由10%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、15%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2%的硝酸锆、2%的硝酸钛、25%的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂组成。
实施例5
一种金属表面处理剂,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有硝酸铬及聚氨酯树脂组成,且硝酸铬中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4:1;
所述处理剂B由10%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、15%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2%的硝酸锆、2%的硝酸钛、25%的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂组成。
上述的各实施例使用溶剂为水、乙烷、丙烷、己烷、戊烷等。具体的使用方法为将上述实施例1-5的金属表面处理剂涂布于金属基体表面,在进行涂布前还包括对金属基体的清洗工序,具体的清洗工序采用现常规的清洗方法进行,所有能够用于对金属基体进行清洗的工艺均适用,因此,在本申请中不对清洗的工艺进行限定或说明。
上述各实施例金属表面处理剂的制备为,分别制备处理剂A和处理剂B,其中处理剂A和处理剂B分别按各自的组成并使用混合器进行充分混合后再进行混合。
本申请的金属表面处理剂能够适用的金属基体包括但不限于金属铝基体,金属铝合金基体,金属铁基体,金属铁合金基体,金属锌基体,金属锌合金基体,金属铜基体,金属铜合金基体等。
将金属表面处理剂涂敷于金属基体表面,在涂敷后不进行水洗而直接干燥形成金属表面处理剂被膜,干燥的温度在80-120度范围,具体的干燥方式不进行限定。金属表面处理剂被膜的厚度根据需要进行设定,但优选低于50nm。
在形成被膜后再进行树脂涂膜后进行密合性和耐药品密合保持性评价,并与没有进行金属表面处理剂而直接树脂涂膜后进行密合性和耐药品密合保持性评价,能够得到使用本金属表面处理剂后进行树脂涂膜的金属整体均优于对比例的性能。

1.一种金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,包括处理剂A和处理剂B组成,其中处理剂A与处理剂B的质量比为2:1;
所述处理剂A由含有三价铬的化合物及聚氨酯树脂组成,且含有三价铬的化合物中的金属铬与聚氨酯树脂的质量比为4-5:1;
所述处理剂B由丙烯酸树脂、1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硝酸锆、硝酸钛及聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,所述三价铬包括但不限于氯化铬、硝酸铬、硫酸铬钾或三氧化二铬中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,所述处理剂B中按重量百分比分别为,8-15%的1,2-双(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)乙烷、10-20%的N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1-3%的硝酸锆、1-3%的硝酸钛、20-30的聚乙酸乙烯酯的皂化物及余量的丙烯酸树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属表面处理剂,其特征在于,所述硝酸锆与所述硝酸钛的重量比为1:1-1:2。
